TLS needs to at least train the staff how to be courteous to applicants. Really rude behaviour by staff. Almost 7 staff were chewing the gums while talking to applicants. Stephany attended me with a attitude which I won t forget for the rest of my life. The delivery service for passport is just rip off. The delivery will take a week after the receive documents and TLS takes no responsibility for the loss of ur passport but eagerly wants to charge you for that. Overall experience was just stressing and upsetting.
