One of the best libraries in the state. so fortunate to have this resource available.

Quiet, frendly staff, facilities are clean, shelves are stacked abou half full, could use more books.

Great, super clean place with incredible staff. David, and everyone are super helpful, don't be afraid to ask questions! During the pandemic you can't read in the library, but you can still browse. They also have a free book cart, and they are currently taking book donations at the time of this review!!!

Very friendly staff. Great book selection. Could use a few more Margaret Atwood's however. The building is very nice, inside and out.

My family loves this library and comes just about every week for the story time or to do some crafts. There is a great selection of books and very kind librarians.

Well done. Maybe have more hand sanitizer throughout, if possible. It was great to be back inside the library that I've loved visiting for years!

Very enjoyable to sit quietly and read, or do computer searches and print articles of interest. New series books can be held for pickup when they come in if not available on the shelf.

Always helpful on the phone and in person. I returned a book today and were closed due to Covid-19. Book was checked into system all most immediately. I was confused about the auto renewal and they cleared up the confusion for me also. I also noticed they are extending due dates because of being closed. I don't know if the staff at our library knows how much they are appreciated. Being open for curbside pick up during the epidemic is a godsend. I have been reading a lot being stuck inside. For a town our size they have a great selection and almost always have the book I'm looking for.

Wide range of books, movies, and cds, generally pretty clean and staff is pretty nice.

Great library with a lots of selection.. You can find from art to history and science.

Love this place. Great service and friendly staff. Pickup service for holds is great. Love the Covid changes to keep everyone safe. Everyone masked, self checkout options, hand sanitizer available. Very few people in the library when I have gone in.

They have a system where you can call in to pick up your holds. This is perfect for Covid. You can also walk in and look around. The computer room is available. This place is very safe to visit.

Great free place for the kids to go hang out. They can read, play with puzzles, and play with games on the computer.

I love this library! My granddaughter and I have been attending the classes for kids since she was about a year old! Started with Lap-sit, now in toddler time and going to try pre-school class today! The librarians in the child area are AMAZING and we love them all!! It s not a long time of interaction with other kids, but every bit helps and we look forward to going!! Thank you for your work and devotion to these kids!!

This is an awesome library in the middle of town. Well educated and trained staff.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. When I am thinking I need help their right there right away.

I have been coming her since I was a kid. And it was a nice place to and be able to find anything with good help. Until lately. The last five or six times I am for help out was like I was begging them. Yes I'm able to use the computer to do the most of my things but if I need help don't hurry me away, don't roll your eyes, or Mumble under your breath. I truly hate this library but it's the closest I've to my house. I've placed several completes with nothing done about then. I'm sorry I'm not mentally challenged it an elderly person or don't know the internet. But treat the same way. Is that too much to ask. I think not. But the people who work at the library does. Again this comes will go an answer as well.

Quality public library right in the center of town. Movie selection is a little suspect. They also do not charge late fees.

Cute spacious library spaces. I enjoy the quiet study room in the back!

Been able to find many great books here. Decent media selection, especially if you're into obscure out dated music. Conference rooms are nice. There are usually very interesting community events held here. Love this place!

i lost my wallet and someone took my library card now i have a lot of fines and i have told them several times it was not me with the books but the say i have to pay.

Customer service, efficient research materials, bathrooms, water fountain, access to library from buses: 4A, 9, 3, and 6B outbound from bus station (8 blocks away), computer room, spacious area, several tables and chairs for use.

Their librarians in the children s section are passionate about helping share their love of books and reading with kids. My kids enjoy the reading programs and other fun events they host. We also enjoy their book sales. We find great books to add to our home library.

One of the biggest and most well equipped libraries in Lafayette. Excellent building design as well, with the splitting of the kids wing away from the adults wing. A great place to study. Highly recommended

Awesome library! Only wish I had more time to enjoy the facilities.
