However, I wish there were more options for investment and wealth management. Overall, it's an alright bank to work with.

They should consider it just a corporate office not a banking brance, I went all the way from longisland and the building reception didn't allow me to go up and I called so many time but nobody answer
Why is it commercial only? Make CA and NY resident inconvenient.
This is a Union Bank office that is not accessible to the general public. There are no ATMs or windows. The only way to make a deposit or withdrawal in New York is to use the web, phone, or use the ATM of another company.
