Drew was very helpful, worthy of the 5 star rating. However, the wait time, 1 hour 45 minutes, of which I was first in line for 1 hour 30 minutes of that time was not customer service oriented. They also offer the ability to online contact support, and this was offline the entire time as well. For overall wait and ease I would give them 1 star.
Dax and the customer service team at TimeClick are fantastic to work with. Each time I have had to call for help, they are extremely friendly, customer focused and knowledgeable. We have had TimeClick in our insurance office for about 4 years and love it!

TimeClick software is just what I was looking for! They offer a free trial period of 30 days which was more than enough to try it out. It is very easy to use and they have free on-line support - another plus. I just finished up my free trial and went ahead and purchased it. As if all of that wasn't good enough, the price is absolutely right! Very satisfied!

We've used the TimeClick system for 2 1/2 years and found it to be pretty much bulletproof. Since installing in 2014, we've needed minimal support but the support we did need was delivered promptly and allowed us to fix the problem quickly. I'd recommend TimeClick to other small businesses.

Easy to use and pretty reliable time clock software, the only difficult part is updating the software. It would be ideal if the software had a simple update button, instead our update takes at least 45 minutes. Luckily, customer service is efficient and helps with each step.

I enjoy the timeclick software and have been using it for years. I pay a small amount for unlimited support which is well worth the money. The system works well and is easy to use. I also find customer support to be very helpful. I spoke with Taylor today about a minor issue which she helped me to resolve quickly.
