Pretty fun place. They take care of pretty much everything for you. Enjoyed the process.

The place itself is awesome. My 4 year old had a blast, and the few people we did have join us had a blast as well. I paid close to $400 for the 10 kid Ultimate and only had one or two show up. The rest were adults. My sons party was set for 7pm and to end at 8:45. The staff was horrible. They didn't have anything organized, they barely spoke to us and we were left to find cups for our drinks on our own. They cut the cake and left. We never saw them again until we were leaving or paying. The room was still dirty from the last party, and regardless of what time our party was, $400 is a lot for there to be no one around when needed. There was no one in the play room, they took 5 pictures of my son playing and that was it. The idea and the inflatables are fantastic, but I would never suggest a party there because the staff was ridiculous. Luckily my son was turning 4 and he didn't notice, he just had a blast knowing that day was HIS day.

I had my daughter's 2nd birthday party here. We love the place far as the neon colors to all the inflatables but I wouldn't recommend a party there, in my opinion I think its just for kids to play and get rid of energy. Not events!. First my boyfriend paid $407 for 15 kid party for 1 and 45 minutes. It was set from 4:00 to 5:45. So of course everyone was not on time, and they could care less.. As soon as 4:00 strike they asked us to hear over to the TV and benches to watch a safety video with they asked in a rushing fashion, and for anyone to pay that much , no one wants to be rush.. Next after the video is over you head to the play area which consist of many inflatables. But before the adults can walk back the have to sign in every child they brought, which leads to less time to see their children play. The staff played along with the kids well and took nice pictures. But that hour went really fast and like I said if you know your going to have late comers don't book ! Next was the pizza and cake eating. Well before the children at they called me back asking me what all I wanted decorated and I was kept there until the children arrive in the room, which I didn't get see my daughter and family play much. The whole time we were trying to eat one of the staff kept walking around asking people if they wanted something to drink even after they said no. Which was very annoying because no one could conversate without being rudely interrupted.. Then after we ate pizza and cake and open presents they same staff guy yelled while everyone was talking among each other and said EVERYONE PLEASE HEAD INTO THE LOBBY, WE HAVE TO START CLEANING FOR THE NEXT PARTY ! It was a very unpleasant experience for such a price, I had rather had it at Chuck E Cheese honestly.

Never have I experienced such impeccable professionalism and hospitable service! I would recommend this location to anybody! My daughter had the best birthday party! They did everything from set-up, serving, clean-up, they even helped me pack up everything, and load up my car! They made a thank you list for me as my daughter opened her gifts and took pictures for me during the whole party! Planning a birthday party is hard on anyone, especially a single parent; but from the booking process to payment of the balance at the end of the party, they went above and beyond the call of duty. I am ever so grateful and will definitely book another party here again in the future! Thanks Pump It Up!

I brought my son here for a birthday party, and it was awesome. All of the staff were friendly and really great with the kids. They had a room that they decorated for the party where you eat the cake and pizza. It was clean and well organized. All of the kids and adults had a blast!

This place has the party down. The staff was amazing and everything went perfectly. An amazing experience for my little girl and her friends to celebrate her birthday. Thank you all to the wonderful staff.

We had a birthday party for my 5 year old and her 25 guests. It was the best party I've ever been to. Pump It Up did everything and it was perfect! I can't brag on them enough! It was clean and they stood by the door as all the kids went from the inflatable arena to the party room and made sure all got hand sanitizer. Every detail was cover from start to finish. I didn't have to lift a finger! They brought my party supplies, cake, etc. from the car in and set it up and loaded up gifts and supplies and put it back in my car. Excellent service and staff! Highly reccomend booking your party here!!! Loved it!!!

We ve attended multiple birthday parties at this establishment and have been very impressed!! The kids absolutely love the inflatables and slides and the place is ultra clean. We were also thrilled with the private birthday party experience that Pump it Up provides. Very helpful staff and great location with plenty of parking. Can t wait to go back!!

This place is amazing to let your kids have as much fun as they want. Adults can also join in. Good price. Sessions are three hours at a time. Socks are required, but you can bring your own or purchase them there.

Adequate play. Not really worth $18.53 for 2 kids but you would spend about that much at Chuck E Cheese and at least here they're getting exercise.

Similar places are often much larger and you pay for all day. This was very small and you only get 2 hrs. Also front desk lady was too busy on her phone to see me standing in front of her till her kid nudged her. Very clean however and the staff was very nice mostly

Great place for kids to enjoy indoor bouncy houses. My boys never get tired of this place.

My grandkids love this place wish they had more big slides and not 2 bounce houses or baseball thing, staff is always super nice!

We had our son's birthday at Pump it Up this year and it was by far the best birthday party we've ever had! The new owners have put so much into this place. We were met at the door for our party check-in with a big smile and service cart from the owner. The registration process is a breeze with a slick iPad app. We were very impressed with how clean the play equipment was. It stays this way because the attendants clean it after EVERY party. The kids loved the inflatables. There are some that both babies and older kids will enjoy. The birthday party process at Pump it Up is incredibly organized. There were two fun staff members who get all the kids seated and fed. They pass out all the cake, snacks, and drinks. They even take pictures of the whole party for you. Clean up? Not for the parents! They got all that covered. After the party was over they even helped us take presents to our vehicle. We called around town and their prices are very competitive. Save your time calling around and just book the next birthday at this place. You will not regret it!

Fun place for kids. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and they keep it clean also. They do a good job with birthday parties. I've had a pleasant experience every time every time I've gone.

Been to several kid's birthday parties here and there always have a good time. The staff do a great job of keeping the events moving.

Clean, lots of fun. Love the rearrangement of activities. Company is generous, they donated gift cards to our school to help. My kids love coming here.

My kids love this place. Great place for the kids to go and get exercise. Lots of blow up bouncy housed, slide, obstacle course and basketball court. Great for parties or to go for individual play. Clean and staff are friendly

Fun place for the kids and family even b day partys

My son's 4 year old party was a blast. We had kids that were ages 3-10, both boys and girls and all of them had a great time. The equipment was cool and well kept. We did the glow add on and it was neat to play in the darkened room. The staff was so friendly and great with the kids. Patient, funny and kind. The party flow/organization was un-intrusive and well-timed. Thanks for the service! I will certainly recommend to others.

This place is a kid spot. They can burn off some energy here.

It was very safe and everyone there was so jolly and happy. It was our first time in Huntsville and at Pump It Up. Will defiantly be coming back!!

This is the place where every kid will have SO much fun! They will get good exercise too! My 2 boys love it at Pump It Up! Every city should have one! Great customer service and clean facility.

We celebrate my twins' birthday here. Adorable place for all ages starting from 18 months. Adults can play as well

Great place for parties, the air conditioning was out, so as we left they gave us a card for a free trip back.

Not worth the money, very small closed in facility, the kids that work there don't want to be mean to kids and make them mind. The older kids were trampling the younger ones. There is no check in/ check out, so you have to keep an eye on your kid 100% of the time bc someone could just walk out of their with your kid in the hecticness. I've been to much better ones for half the price and much more space

In from out of town. Our local Pump It Up closed a few months back, so my son was super excited to come. The front staff was really friendly, and the facility was clean and fun.

Great place for kids 12 years and under, but parents and older siblings can enjoy it as well. Reasonable price and plenty of fun!

A little small and not much to play on for the kids

Wonderful experience. The employees were wonderful and so kind. They took care of everything and I loved the added touch of getting the pictures they made during the party. They used our decorations to set up the party room and it looked great. VERY pleased. Highly recommend and would use again for another party at some point. Bubbles were totally worth the cost for our 3 year olds. Thank you to the wonderful staff for a wonderful party.

My sister had her daughter's bday party here, 4 years old. Every kid there was SUPER excited. They had an hour in the activity room and they were all exhausted by the end. They had a bubble machine going the entire time that was a hit, a blowup jump rink with basket ball goals, 2x types of blow up slides, a "wipe out style" jump from big ball to ball thing. They also had lots of foam building blocks to make forts and such. The kids (and me, 38yrs old) all loved every second.

They had a separate part room where you go for pizza, cakes, presents and such. They had hand sanitizer waiting for you upon entering that room (yay!).

Clean bathrooms, and some souvenirs were available. Excellent party business :)

The equipment is more worn than I'd expect. I've been to another Pump It Up (Memphis) and their items were meticulously maintained, so I was surprised by the areas here that were hard or completely worn through. There is one slide, one bouncy house, and one obstacle jump plus misc small game-type areas. Overall it's still a good value but I wasn't impressed. I should comment that the staff was helpful. My 2yo daughter was a bit over her head on the obstacles, so a male staff member helped her. It was reall cute and very considerate.

A nice place for kids to jump around and play, have a birthday party

Had a good birthday party for my 6 yr old grandson. Somewhat on the pricey side. Party was supposed to be 1 to 3 with 1 full hour of play time. Probably had closer to 45 mimutes and done with the party room soon after 2:30

Great indoor fun for the kids... and adults that never completely grew up. Great for hot days and rainy days. Well structured if you want to do a party.

It's a good place to bring kids to just not great for under 2 my 19 month old has a hard time because it's meant for bigger kids

My grandson celebrated his 5th birthday here. I was impressed. The play area is reserved for only invited children and adults. The business collects all the gifts. If you forget to wear socks, they sell some for a couple of dollars. They called all the kids together for a group picture before going into another room for the food and presents. The young lady assigned was very attentive to everyone. She made sure everyone had food, beverage, and dessert. The birthday boy or girl sits in a huge chair to open the presents. They provide a wagon to carry everything to ones car. Lastly, she cleaned up the room. The price was reason according to my daughter, especially for all that one receives.

We had an awesome time, my babies even had a blast.

Very disappointing. I paid more than $400.00, for my granddaughters birthday party which only allowed the kids an hour to play on the jumpy air bouncies that you can play on for free a few times a year at various locations (churches, parks, etc...). The few other games they had, you have to pay to play. They were suppose to include Domino's Pizza with the party (my gbaby, son and daughter in laws favorite) but instead when we were herded into the "eating room" they gave us Donato's Pizza, which none of us like. They explained that they changed because Donato's gave them a better price. I asked if that better price was then going to lower my bill and of course they said no. The young man then tried to back peddle and say that it had reflected on my bill. Bull! If they are going to change the menu then they should be asking if it would be alright with the folks who purchased the party to begin with rather than assuming that all pizza is the same, which it most certainly is not, and that any pizza will be fine, which it most certainly was not. These may seem like minor things but for the amount of money I put out for this party we should at least get what was included in the contract. Also, you must supply your own cake and decorations if you would like these things. Next party I am taking my gbabies to Shakalaka!
