I have used TimeClick in my office for over 15 years. Reliable program with excellent service. I have free time clock software with my office management software but prefer the reliability and service of TimeClick.
Our company has used TimeClick for several years and it has been great. Yesterday, we had a short power outage that caused our time click to stop working. I called tech support and they were able to quickly and efficiently fix the issue and explain what they did in the process.
Samantha in the support department helped me out this morning and was very helpful and patient with me!! Each encounter I have with any of the staff from TimeClick I am very pleased with. They have all been friendly, helpful & patient! Nothing negative to say!

I updated to the newest version about 1 week ago and when I tried to print a customized report, I ran into a little snag. I contacted Tech Support and spoke to Dax. He was clearly concerned about finding out why I couldn't print the report. He was able to remotely connect to my computer (after my authorization) and look at the files. He discovered it was due to an unusual method I was using to assign employee numbers. They quickly created a fix and had me up and running again in a little over an hour. I have NEVER had a programing issue fixed this quickly in my life. Great, FAST service.
