Drew was very helpful, worthy of the 5 star rating. However, the wait time, 1 hour 45 minutes, of which I was first in line for 1 hour 30 minutes of that time was not customer service oriented. They also offer the ability to online contact support, and this was offline the entire time as well. For overall wait and ease I would give them 1 star.
