Time Click is an excellent product. It has saved me time and energy when calculating hours for payroll. It is very user friendly and the support staff is fantastic! We recently had an issue with a computer system change and Dax from tech support was so pleasant and supportive. Definitely worth your time and investment. In business, it's great to work with the combination of a helpful product and a wonderful service team.
Best support services ever! Very rarely have any issues but if there is ever a snafu, their support team is so responsive it is unheard of in this day and age. THANK YOU TIME CLICK!

We have been using Timeclick for about 4 years now. It does the job for us. The user interface is fairly straightforward to use. The tech support has been very good in the few times we have needed it. Drew was very helpful when we ran into a technical issue when upgrading the software to the latest version.
I believe the techs name is Kyle, he was great and fixed my issue fast and was very patient with me not being tech savvy.
Best thing we ever purchased. The software is very user friendly. Technical support is second to none....although I have only had to use the support line two or three times in two years they always pick up right away and have the solution I am looking for. I wish more companies had the customer service that this company provides.

I came across TimeClick software through Capterra and found great reviews on the software. Our company was looking for timeclock software since we are in the process of getting a new LIMS. We wanted software which would work on our network. I have been very impressed with the software. The software has a lot of features. I especially like being able to import data into our accounting program. The customer support has been great. Tech support has been very helpful too.

Very helpful folks with an upgrade issue. Ended up our ancient server is the issue by Kyle did his best to try to allow us to export old data over to a new server and software upgrade.
We've been using TimeClick since 2014 and it's pretty bulletproof. We're looking forward to the newest version with mobile enabled logins.

Our company has used TimeClick for 3 years. We have had very very little issues with the program. It works great and makes running payroll very easy. Every time (about 4 in 3 years) that I had to call for technical support the team there is courteous, fast and efficient. Grant helped me today and it only took 8min to fix the issue!!! Great company!
As a very small business, we use TimeClick LITE but the support team is still fabulous with their assistance when we run into problems of any kind. The LITE version is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Definitely give TimeClick consideration if you are looking for a time management program.

On the few occasions that it is necessary to work with technical support (program is awesome!), everyone is so knowledgeable that it usually takes less than 5 minutes and you are done. Today, I had Samantha and Grant and both were very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable with respect to my query. Just a great company all the way around.
They are so helpful and patient if you have any difficulties with updates, etc. The product is very user friendly and very detailed. We have been using this for many years now and love it.
Found a weird bug with TimeClick. When running a customized report, it doesn't include Holiday pay in overtime calculations even though all the right boxes are selected. Spoke with Customer Support and this was news to them. The default report will pull the information correctly. The Customer Support rep consulted with the software development team, and they will be working on resolving this issue to include the fix in an update when the issue is resolved. The responsiveness of the TimeClick customer support and development teams is much appreciated!

Had an issue that randomly occurred, where our main computer disconnected from out work station computer. A gentlemen named Dax helped me to solve my issue, understanding exactly what was going on and walking me through the steps to fix it, also answering any additional questions that I had. I would like to applaud this customer service group for its simplicity and instruction.
TimeClick is a very simple to use program and the support staff is always super helpful when you can get a hold of them. But they have been pretty good about returning my call.
The customer service is expedient and thorough. Whenever there's been an issue over the last 2 years they've been very helpful and we've always gotten it resolved in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with the TimeClick product. Had to move away from it for awhile and have recently returned. Easy to use and the customer service has been great. I have worked with both Clayton and Dax and they are both very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Have used this program since 2016LE version. Pretty much worked as advertised. Just upgraded to the latest version 2021 but have yet to work on it. Would have been able to continued using the previous version, but because we did not have the installation files from '16 and since it was no longer supported, we had to upgrade for a fee (thankfully, discounted); one side of me says, if it ain't broke don't fix it, as the need hadn't changed, but these days, upgrading is the norm and almost always for a fee. // Also, we had a issue with the registration code, but they worked on it and called back in a few hours, so we could finish the installation on the server.
Worked through all my questions. Patient, kind and was knowledgeable.
Been using the software for around 5 yrs. Had a licensing issue because of our server upgrade so I called yesterday. Spoke to a nice lady who quickly and easily help me reset the license. Thanks!!

TimeClick is affordable and easy to use in our small office environment. I just had a problem opening the app after a Windows update, and their Chat help rep Dax, helped me in less than 5 minutes!

We have been using TimeClick for several years and always get great support when needed. Today, I had been locked out of the admin password, changed it and forgot what I changed it to and they fixed it for me with no problem.

I was recently hired as an IT Manager and one of the many things on my to do list was to upgrade our TimeClick version. I hit the brick wall a few times but was able to resolve very quickly by just calling support and working with Dax. I love working with TimeClick's support, Dax you rock! TimeClick is easy to use and easy to manage I highly recommend this software.
Time Click has been very user friendly. It was easy to install, set-up and use. I have had to replace several computers this year and it was no hassle at all to call support. They picked up right away and helped us install the program on the new computers.
The TimeClick team has consistently worked diligently to get my questions answered and issues resolved. I still have some new feature requests that would make use of the software easier, such as allowing me to set pay rates, and different pay rates for the same employee, within the software, but I suspect the program will get there before too long. They have found workarounds for me to get the reports I need and are always courteous when I have an issue. And I've not had many issues in the almost 4 years I've been using the program!

Awesome patience and thorough explanations walking me thru the steps when I was unable to get everything connected correctly! Great company and professional employees! Always there to help!
I'm a first time user of TimeClick as the new HR manager of a company. The company has been using TimeClick for some time but hasn't been using it to accrue PTO. I worked with Grant who helped me step by step on how to do PTO on an accrual basis. I ended up needing to live chat a couple hours after our initial discussion and he responded right away. Great first experience and wonderful customer service experience!
I've been using TimeClick for about 3 years and have had a very good experience. It is nothing complicated, and serves it's purpose well. My favorite part, however is the support. They are helpful, friendly, and not condescending (not always the case with IT).
I did a lot of research on different timeclock programs before choosing TimeClick. I don't think I can say enough good things about it. The software is super easy to use and the functionality is fantastic, but I think the best part is the support. Every time I have called in with any questions Dax has been amazing. He truly knows the ins and outs of the software. There is never a moment of hesitation when he answers questions and he is very patient. I think he is the only tech support because he's the person I get every time I call!

TimeClick has been an awesome program to track out employees times in and out at 4 total locations . We like the reports that we can pull very quickly when needed. Dax was awesome at getting our system configured so that all our other locations can log in , he is very knowledgeable and was a great help !!

I just registered with Time Click and was excited for our employees to use it. We had a major storm blow through and our power went out. WE had issues logging in and Tech Support via Live Chat was on top of it and so helpful! Samantha walked me through the steps, remote in, resolved the issues and we are up and running! I am the office manager for a Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon's office and we use TimeClick for managing our employees time worked. I love the simplistic way of accounting and when needed modifications to the employees time. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a new and simple choice in Time recording software
TimeClick is so easy to use. Recently, the payroll specialist at our office resigned. Another staff member was able to step in and take over this duty with minimal training. Navigating the software is self explanatory and support services were readily available when we had questions. We would highly recommend TimeClick!
