I call again, and at the insistence they tell me that I had no insurance since October 5. Despite that they had told me otherwise on several occasions, and they sent me documentation by mail, not in force of course, so that I would remain calm. Nor did they comply with the clause of the contract that specifies that in the event of termination, the insured must be given a 15-day notice. And they didn't explain to me after so many calls why they proceeded that way. They just tell me to wait, and they don't know what happened. I clarify that I am already doing the process in defense of the consumer to resolve this conflict. And I'm going to publish it as soon as I can, until someone from the company gives me an answer as to why they did what they did. After being six years insured there, I must say that Allianz was a big disappointment.
