I have been using TimeClick for a little over a year now. It is an easy program to use. Our company has about 8 hourly employees. TimeClick has made it easier and better to keep track of their time. Anytime I need help with updates, or moving the program to another desktop, the staff is always very helpful.

After having troubles with another time clock software, I elected to go with TimeClick. It's worked perfectly at my first location, and when I started having issues with my old program at a second store, I decided to purchase TimeClick for that location as well. We have some quirky network security issues, but tech support took care of that within a few minutes to get our software loaded.
Support is fantastic. we accidentally changed a machine name and messed up the license, in a matter of minutes we had a chat support session open and the matter resolved.
Software is easy to get the hang of and easy to setup multiple stations. Upon calling Tech support to clear licensing I realized I called after hours but they made sure to return my call first thing in the morning and get me squared away. It has been a pleasure to work with the TimeClock Team. Keep up the great work over there
Upgraded to 2019 from LE 16 and it all went well. I had to re-establish Admin privileges on the new version, and the helpdesk was great in providing a temporary password that allowed me to reset on the new version. Fast and flawless.
I am a small business with 21 employees. I have been using TimeClick software for over 6 years now. The application has developed for the better over the years. The service is always great which is rare these days! I transferred the app to another computer and needed a little support. They were instantly on the phone when I called and helped me out. Within minutes they had a solution and had me up and running.
tracking 33 employees has never been easier since we started with TimeClick. my wife does our payroll from home and those long question and answers about who, what and when on Monday nights have gone by the wayside with their great reports

Very well priced considering the strong functionality. I recommend this over many other products I considered/tested.
Support staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - and responsive - they've always answered my calls, emails etc.
They are working on a new version, which I hope improves the user interface (the only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is some clunky interface issues that should be fixable, but for now require extra time on the user's part). If the user flow improves, I'll upgrade this review to 5 stars for sure.
We have used TimeClick for several years. It is easy and it works great. Their support is amazing. If you need assistance, they are very responsive. Nancy and Dax were both willing to jump in to help with our updates.

We just upgraded our TimeClick software to version 16. The upgrade went very smooth. A few minutes registering the product via the Chat service on TimeClick's website and we were done. Great tech support from a super software company.

We've been using TimeClick since 2013. It's super easy to use and the support team is fantastic. I've only needed the support team twice (besides calling in the beginning regarding annual renewals). Once because I was unsure of how to format a report, and the other was for today. I was unable to open the program. I called TimeClick and was able to get right through just like always. They were able to log on to my computer to easily correct my issue while being super friendly!
When our company began looking for an employee time card solution back in 2013, I'm very happy I trusted what I read online about TimeClick and picked them for our needs. I was unsure about the necessity of a program requiring annual fees to renew, but it's been worth it. We're happy. They've been a very easy company to work with. As a senior HR manager (SPHR), I recommend TimeClick.
TimeClick seems to be a good option for smaller businesses that do not need an extremely advanced program. The support was very helpful, and knowledgeable on their own software. My call lasted a lot longer than expected but it was due to issues within our Database Computer. Their support was very help in trying to figure out why their software was not installing on the computer. Seems to be a great small business application.
We just did a remote update of the software. All went very smoothly. We've been using TimeClick for more than 10 years! Very happy.

Time click has been great. Not only has the program worked well to track our employee time but we recently upgraded our internet service to fiber. We had a problem wit the changeover and one quick call to the tech support at Time Click got the problem resolved.

It turns out, we have an older version and it was explained to me that we can upgrade (for free, because we have the unlimited package) and accomplish the things that I was inquiring about. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I regret that I didn't get his name.
After researching different programs, TimeClick seemed to be the most responsibly priced with a one time fee without added cost. Being a non-profit the budget is extremely important and they were gracious enough to give us a discount. The employees are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The other thing I found helpful is their video tutorials! I would highly recommend their product!

We have been using TimeClick for over a year to track hours for 25 employees TimeClick is easy to use and includes customizable reporting. We converted to a new server this weekend and Brett was very helpful in getting my database moved when the computer thought it was somewhere else. I would recommend TimeClick to anyone for an easy to use time tracking system that has customer service in the US.

Good software and although a little pricey up-front it beats paying for a monthly subscription. Timeclick will pay for itself within a year when compared to paying every month like most vendors.

We have used TimeClick time tracking software for several years and in several departments across our two campuses. We love TimeClick! Our management is pleased with internal messaging feature as well as the reporting capabilities it provides and our employees report that they are most impressed that they can clock-in or clock-out with just a few simple clicks.
I am a technician and found that TimeClick is easy to install and configure and the support provided by Hawkeyes Technologies is excellent. For example, this morning an employee received an error when trying to clock-in. I reached out to support, their technical support technician, Grant quickly recognized the issue and had it solved in a matter of minutes. He then took the time to make sure I understood what the error meant and the steps he took to resolve it should it ever happen again. Thanks TimeClick (and Grant)!
