Let me just say, that TimeClick is amazing! We have been using it for several years and haven't needed support often, but we we have needed them, they are very responsive. It's nice to be able to jump on a chat session and have them help out with updates remotely. Thank you, Dax, for restoring our database today. I was certain I had inadvertently deleted it! You saved the day!! AND thank you TimeClick for providing such an excellent product!
