Love this place. Good food. Easy to socialize. Easy to meet People from all around the world. We also enjoyed to watch people dance salsa in the evening.

Just great Gourmet! The local offering is fantastic. You may not find a seat but walk about. Have gelato, wine, coffee.
Great place and good vibes. Recommend for group of friends and share food among all. There's a live cook demo masterchef as well. No photography rules apply.
Mandatory visit in Lisbon! Very good Portuguese food for reasonable price. Lots of options. Always crowded, though.
If you are there at the right time, it's f*king awesome!
Lots of choices so little and so little stomach. It was also a great place for tourists and visitors to start there trip at lisbon.
More on the posh side of life but all kinds of food. Gr at to browse through.
So many outlets with lots of interesting food and drink a must see if you are there
If in Lisbon, I highly recommend this as a lunch spot. It's big, clean, has many options and gives everyone a good chance to try various things.
Trendy place bit overrated.Too crowded and full of tourists. The food is expensive for what you get. You have to wait at least 15min to get served and you need to fight to get a table
Great food, great atmosphere. Coming from Australia, I have a huge appreciation for good quality food and this is the place to get it. Be sure to check Asian Lab, the food is amazing.
Really enjoyed it,great variety of food and drink. All delicious....
Excellent food but it gets extremely crowded. Some places aren t open until noon and rudely tell you so. Loved L Eclair and Santini!
We love this place! Many options for delicious food and wine! We ve loved everything we ve had here during our 3 visits!
Rather than eating along the main strip, do yourself a favor and come here. You'll enjoy a nice walk along the Tagus and some great food at prices that are more than reasonable for the quality and portion size.
But good luck finding a seat...
I stop by every time I'm in Lisbon, and will have to visit the one in Miami at some point.
Very nice market love it because you can also buy fruits and vegetables and Flowers
Large selection of different types of food (fish, sushi, burgers, local, pizzas, etc), but very pricey compared to the restaurants in the city. Most options were around 12+ for a small portion. The inside is nice.
Came here twice as we knew we were getting what we paid for. Wish they had these places everywhere
Beautiful trendy place with mini restaurants in food court. Like the seafood from Maille stall. Can do shopping for fresh seafood and vegetables and fruits next door too.
Nice big open food market. Lots of food and drink vendors.
Most overpriced tourist trap in my 12 days all over Portugal. Most expensive sandwich sold as main course I can remember. Smelly, noisy, terribly non Lisbon ambiance... My 42 euro for two buys a great meal in a real Lisbon restaurant. AVOID the hype all cost
Best place for quick dating with Portuguese cuisine
Felt safe and not too crowded but most are just little expensive
Nice place for dinning.. various cuisines not only Portuguese but asian available..
Nice food court concept. Very diversified and modern. I loved it. Would return anytime.
I only come here to buy fresh vegetables and fruits and eggs
A must in Lisbon, a perfect way to try many different types of food AND wine!
Very good food and atmosphere. Its a very international food market influenced by the American culture. I had lunch in one of the local chefs stand and it was delicious!
Really busy market, perhaps because everyone was dodging the rain outside. We left then came back 90 minutes later and finally got a place to sit, although waiting in line to get food was long nonetheless. We went to 3 different vendors and thought food was average. Nothing out of the ordinary. Good experience tho and cool place though to hang out and try different types of food.
Overpriced cuisine for tourists. Some of the restaurants are good but they've inflated the prices quite a bit. It's a great place to go with a group of friends before a night out though. Go early to pick up a table.
We had two lunches here on a recent visit to Lisbon. Lots of wonderful choices specialising in Portuguese cooking. Order your food and eat at communal benches so best to get there early. Great place, great fun, great food.
Good ambiance. Among them. I would like to recommend pad thai. It was like that was in bang kok
Great place to visit and grab some food. Huge seating area, can be crouded during lunch time.
Quite touristy and the name suggests. The food was okay, would ve been better to just go to a local restaurant. Not much variety
Fun place. So many choices and great vive. Must visit.
This place is ridiculous, all tables were full we've spent 40 minutes trying to find a free table then we decided to take away and guess what you actually can't do that because they are not allowed to give food take away. F u time out!!!
All in one place, good everything but, at the lunch and dinner a lot of line,
Very nice place and tasty food for afordable price
Tips: Get seats before you order, it s very busy during peak time
All sorts of cuisine. Must watch out - a bit pricey.
Great spot to start the night in Lisbon. Great spot to try out some tipical portuguese food with a twist. A bit expensive but worth it.
Would definitely recommend O Prego da Peixaria with a beer.
A really nice place to try some really nice Portuguese and other cuisines from around the world. There are lots of different dishes to enjoy at this food market. It might get difficult finding a spot to sit during peak hours though.
Loved it! Amazing food stalls and great range of cocktails + craft beer. Be prepared for queues and the fight for a table.
Really liked this place!
Initially went early in the day when it was not too busy which was ideal for us.
Returned a day or two later in the early evening.....it was Heaving!
Very popular, but too busy for us on this occasion.
Great atmosphere, very busy, continuous flow in seating and cleaning of tables. Great selection in food and drinks. Definitely recommendable.
This is a bit expensive but you can find pretty much everything there!
I went during summer and it was impossible to find a place to seat and eat. The food is ok and the place is fine. Is a place to visit but not repeat.
Must visit for food gourment! dozens of food stations ithn one market. Try eclairs!! and sea food is awesome. You can by from different spots and mix dishes.
Must go. Good atmosphere. Better to go for dinner as it is a bit hot during summer time.
If you're in the area; you must go here. A massive warehouse with little stalls sells food and drink from around the world and local fares. Several cocktail bars with some of the tastiest drinks that probably exist. Run don't walk people
Not like any of the other markets I ve been to around Lisbon. It easily has the best food (variety, quality and taste) from all the biggest chefs under one roof.
From croquettes to full meals to pizzas to Asian food you can find pretty much anything you want here.
Of the 6 days I was in Lisbon, I went to have 5 meals at Time Out.
The seafood is amazing and really fresh. The squid and king prawns are a must try. From pretty much any of the seafood stalls there.
A must visit if you re in Lisbon.
I loved the place, especially the party upstairs on Saturdays with Brazilian music. The food wasn't bad
Overall, not a fan. Not really a market versus a big expensive food court. Food from the country but at exaggerated prices and hard to find tables.
Right place for insta kids... not authentic at all.
Great selection best time to go is between 2 and 4 in the afternoon as it's a little quieter
If you want just want to get stuff your face with food, this is the place to go to.
Good spot for a group where each member can get what they prefer. A lot of options to choose from. Most of the stalls have their own restaurants. The food is really good. However, the place can get really crowded. Find a seat first.
Not your average food court, food tastes delicious and reasonably priced, cost half what you would pay in states, so much better than the restaurants off the tourist traps.
One of a kind food court that is worth the visit when you are in Lisbon. Very spacious with premium food offerings so it's slightly more expensive than Lisbon average price. It can be difficult to find available tables during peak hours as well. Good place for group gathering, you have plenty of drinks booth to get the party starting. Food wise, there are plenty of choices, I tried the burger and it was quite nice!
t is very crowded and expensive and it is too noisy if you want to relax.
Excellent food and great ambient! Highly recommend it!
So much choice of so much good food. Lots of seating inside.
Excellent place to go for a wide spread of local and some not so local food. Only downside is that it can be really hard to find somewhere to sit.
Great atmosphere, not so friendly to non meat eaters.
Nice covered market in Lisboa, You can find different kind of food
Always fun. Great food and people from around the world. Forget your phone and talk to each other.
Too crowded. Touristy. More tourists than locals. Prices are a bit high for the concept
A must go if you enjoy eating local food. Great ambiance...
It's definitely must-visit place in Lisbon! A big market with different food. Here you can find fresh sea food, good pizza and pasta, local wines, coffee and delicious pastries (especially Portugal pasteis). I ate salmon and codfish from Sea Me and it was really very very good!
Excellent foody place especially for Portuguese and tourist. Not recommended for vegetarians
WOW ! Great place great selection of food , even bought beautiful flowers well priced , food and wine expensive but worth while experience wouldn't go everyday because of prices but as a treat
Great place to try lot of fresh foods. I really loved all the foods we tried.
It's a touristic place first and foremost. It's a nice place, good environment, great restaurants, lots of people and overall a good experience.
I won't give 5 stars because the prices tend to be absurd, but.... For tourists that don't care about this, is super nice thing to visit!
Overall, recommend it, but be aware of the prices!
Excellent environment with a good choice of food, drinks and bars. A good place to go and have a fantastic evening.
Big open resto space with different kind of food, from portuguese standards to gastronomic dishes. There's also asiatic food. Prices are little more expensive that in popular barrios but the sphere worth it!
Very cool market space with lots of cuisine options - including local and international options. I had bachalau (cod fish) cakes with tomato rice. Drinks are a bit pricey compared to other spots (6 euro spritzer or sangria) beers 3.5euro for 40cls.
Seating turns over quickly so despite how busy it was 2 of us didn't have a problem finding seating.
Everything you might need in just one place. Any sort of food at affordable prices. Nice style
A lot of great food options. The bathrooms are clean and free. They have wifi that u have to register for. I had caldo verde- which is green soup of kale its local to northern Portugal. There's also a regular market inside
Expensive but good quality. Excellent for trying out Portuguese flavours.
I went there in the morning hence not crowded at all... but there were already people walking through. There are several stands with a variety of food, from snacks to traditional Portuguese, from pizza to desserts and of course cakes and pastes de nata. There are also various other sale units where it is possible to buy row fish for cooking.
The food is fairly good (although it seemed expensive by Lisbon standards), and there's a good variety of different food outlets which meant even as a vegetarian I was able to find something to ear, albeit not Portuguese. I ended up having a pizza. It was a good pizza (at 19 euros it really should be!) but when in Lisbon I really wanted to experience something more local, and it seems nowhere in the city, not even hip modern places like this, is able to provide a taste of local cuisine which caters for vegetarians.
The over popularity and lack of sufficient seating made for quite a stressful dining experience, especially with kids. Best suited for twentysomethings, who probably don't mind the hustle and bustle, but if you're getting middle aged like me, and want a more relaxing meal, probably best to go elsewhere.
Amazing location to have some top quality food. The market is packed with individual chefs cooking classic Portuguese dishes and dishes from around the world. This isn't a street food market. We had a 2 course meal with a glass of wine for a decent price. Seating is a free for all and it may take you a while to find a seat but there should be enough to go around. Well worth a visit
So vibrant , everyone is enjoying their food at night . So much choice and very lively atmosphere.
Nice place and vibe. I love eating cheesecake there!
It's a good place to go to sample different foods & drinks! Ideal if you're with a group & can't decide on a cuisine. It's very busy in holiday season & it's not cheap, but reasonable for what's on offer & the food is good. Recommend.
Finally after a long walk downhill from Chiado to the Time Out Market, I was able to buy a large bunch of fresh tarragon to take back to Morocco. I needed it to make Bearnaise Sauce since dried tarragon is not recommended.
Fortunately I got to the large produce area early enough to find the tarragon before the shops completely closed down for the afternoon. A generous amount in a sealed bag cost a mere 2 .
I was very pleased that during my mid-November visit I found what I wanted since on two earlier visits to Lisbon in May and in August they were sold out of fresh tarragon at Time Out Market's large produce area.
The fresh flower shops that also have a tremendous variety of seeds of flowers, herbs, trees and vegetables is truly remarkable. I found some jacaranda seeds and will plant them indoors until the seedlings are large enough to plant outside.
I do not really like the food stalls and restaurants that seem overpriced and mainly crowded with tourists, but this covered market has all the fresh vegetables, meats and fish you could possible want, plus potted plants, cut flowers and seeds.
Be assured the prices here are often lower than supermarkets and the freshness can't be beat.
Everyone can find here his Dish. Much different Food. The Prices are fair. If you just want to drink a coffee its perfect too. Nice atmosphere.
Every time a must Visite point in Lisbon... Time out market wirh fresh food, flowers and dinner...
