Agree with the last poor review. Terrible !!! Don't believe the Amazon Reviews. Delivery for a $1500 watch took forever, then came and went. When I contacted them they finally sent something.....the wrong watch ( a much lower cost item)!! Had to get refund through Amazon. Don't Order from Royal Time !!
Con Artists. Ordered a ~$1,500 watch online and they sent it to me, very poorly packaged, missing manuals and authentication documents. When I attempted to return they withheld $300+ after weeks. Do not buy from these guys.

Terrible company! Got the watch and it came without the guarantee- and then the Bezel fell off this $1300 watch. Sent back for refund and they sent watch back with so called guarantee- and then Bezel fell off again washing my hands. Probably a $50 knock-off! Stay away from there!!
Shysters! I was told in writing that I could return a watch and then royal time withheld 230.00
