This company is only interested in sales. You only get service from the hearing aid acoustician, with whom I was completely satisfied. You can't expect anything from Audibene. Annoying calls just to keep the customer. Also with the bill is promised that you will get overpriced batteries that I still do not have. On the internet, quality batteries cost less than half. Better go to a hearing aid acoustician right away, who can do something about the price. If this goes through Audibene, there is no more leeway. The services are not provided by Audibene. They only offer the insurance.

They only want to have (as many) your data as possible, hence the alleged "job offensive".

That is going to have consequences!

After 30 years of wearing hearing aids behind my ear, I wanted to try it in my ear. I reacted to the aggressive advertising. Get an appointment immediately. Advice was good until the contract was signed. Then the hearing aid in the left ear was touched up twice because it did not fit. It still falls out today. it is an absolute misconstruction. The executing company in Hof even let me eavesdrop on the conversation. I was also accused of wanting to lower the price due to the complaints. Look at the pictures. In any case, I no longer fall for something like that. 3000 euros can be invested better. Oh, a service at the Braun company in Ettenheim was rejected (agency audibene) !! So service bad or not at all.

I can't say much about the hearing aid product. Are definitely good. The way this company deals with inquiries, however, takes some "getting used to". Despite several reminders (by phone and email) no reaction from the employees. Thank you Ms. Rei ... n & Co. 4 nothing!
