You offered a great price for LED tubes to replace my old T-12 florescent tubes. The install was straight forward and I am extremely pleased with the result. Much better light at a great price. The tubes were delivered on time and the packaging was way more than adequate (double boxed). I can't imagine how things could have gone better.

Had issues with some ballasts I ordered, but problem was quickly resolved. Great products & excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Received an email staying they had to special order the parts I ordered and was told were in stock (and additional 3-4 business days).

I asked for a expedited shipping or a refund in shipping in exchange for false information on their website as well as in my confirmation email.

Was told we don t do that .

Horrible experience dealing with Atlanta Light Bulbs. I ordered a bulb and it was broken by the time it arrived. I called back to have a replacement sent and it never arrived. I called back again and since it was past the 30-day return window (which was because I had been waiting for the replacement bulb that never arrived) they said that they could no longer honor a replacement. They instead offered the bulb at half-price, at which point I decided to order from another company. Truly one of the worst ordering experiences I've gone through and I recommend that no one uses them.

I bought a very specific type of bulb from this company for a very specific type of fixture. I was sent the wrong bulb. Per their policy - they can substitute what they feel is a suitable replacement; however, the suitable replacement they sent me did not work in my fixture. After A LOT of communication and frustration, they agreed to refund my money - including the shipping charges. However, I still had to pay the $8.00 to send the incorrect light bulbs they sent me back to them. So it cost me $8.00 for their mistake. This is not intended to be a negative review, just a statement of fact, take from it what you will.

I received exactly what I expected, (LED tube lamps), and they are nice and bright. I also received plenty of helpful communication. I ordered the bulbs for a retro fit on two (4) bulb T12 fixtures, my first retro fit using LED tubes. Well I did not realize that the LED's do not require ballast, so I had also purchased ballast, (from another source), and I had LED tube strobe lights, but after some communication with Atlanta Light Bulbs, I now have nice bright light. I needed a ballast for my circular light bulb in my office. The old one had broken connectors and functioned intermittently. They had a picture and description of a new ballast resistor for my light. I used the old one to order the replacement which merely plugged in and my light viola, has worked since. They company was very responsive and by providing the description, picture, and the nomenclature, I was able to successfully repair it.

I ordered a small cheap balast for my fixture. Paid the minimum shipping. Yet it showed up darn near overnight.
Kept me informed when they picked the order when they shipped it and when UPS picked it up.

Needed a ballast for an aquarium light. Noone in town had it so I searched online, alb had it cheaper than anyone! They also gave me a code for free shipping. Fixed an expensive light for 8 dollars!

Better watch them! They charged my CC then sent an email saying the product was on 90+ day back order. It was not easy to get a refund. Reputable companies do not charge the CC until the order ships. BEWARE!

Needed some hard-to-find bulbs and Atlanta had them. Good price and I received them quickly. I will definitely shop at Atlanta in the future.

Terrible experience there,they wouldn't get my order over phone,spent 2 hours there,didnt get order right,warehouse worker smarted off.used to be a good place when other people ran it.not going back! Ever!!

Our small start-up company ordered over 1500$ in light bulbs. We were shipped the wrong light bulbs. When we went to return the bulbs and ballasts it took 3 customer service agents and 6 weeks to generate an RMA number. We paid to return them through Fedex and in the mean team we went on to order a second batch of light bulbs. When the ballasts and bulbs finally made it to Atlanta light bulbs, it took 2 more customer service representatives to get answers. Customer service agent Valerie Bowes refused to issue us the credit saying we returned used burnt out light bulbs despite the fact we returned the bulbs in the same box and shipping materials as they were sent in, never took the bulbs out of the box, have no way to use the product (since it was the wrong size), and sent the photos to prove it. We tried repeatedly to contact anyone at Atlanta Light Bulbs including our CFO. Our efforts to try to schedule a meeting were ignored. Needless to say we will not be able to do business in the future with such an unprofessional company with terrible customer service and unethical business practices . I have attached the photos of what we received. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Atlanta Light Bulbs was a great shopping experience. I had two items I was searching for and found them immediately. I had found them on another site but at a much higher price. Then to my surprise once I ordered them they arrived days before I thought they would. In only three days from the click of my mouse to them arriving at my doorstep.

I just had a horrendous experience after years of prompt, attentive and quick service. I placed an online order at the end of March. My credit card was immediately charged. In early May I contacted them as I had not received the items. After several hours of chatting and phone conversations, I learned that because 2 lightbulbs (out of an order 16) were out of stock they were holding the whole order. Finally I talked to a supervisor who shipped the remainder of the order. I was told the remainder of the order would be shipped May 14. Today (2 months after the initial order) I contacted them again and after 45 minutes was told the items would be shipped from the vendor tomorrow and then to me.
My biggest complaint is the policy to pass the charges through when the order is placed. This gives the company no incentive or record that customers haven't received the items.

Easy ordering, great prices, reliable and timely delivery are the reasons why Atlanta Light Bulbs will be a preferred vendor moving forward.

Just what I wanted, at a great price. Got it fast and worked like a champ.

SHADY. On two occasions, we had a return of new-in-box product, which we needed exchanged for a slightly different sized led driver to fit in a narrow ceiling cavity. They sent my company an RMA with all kinds of strange hold-backs of the original item values. Probably hoping we won't call it into question, and just sit on the new product that doesn't fit. One star for poor customer service / one for bad business.

Good price for Flowtron FC-8800 replacement bulbs, better price compared to Flowtron replacement bulbs found on Amazon and from other vendors on the internet. I was very skeptical considering they were 1/3rd the price but it's more than 3 weeks and is zapping bugs better than the original bulbs.

These replacements were 10 watts more than the original bulbs that were in there and I was unsure if 50 watts would work but I guess it is because when we are out enjoying in our backyard, the bugs are getting zapped every second - amazing!!

Tip - Do get new starters when replacing the bulbs and it works like a champ.

I received the order in a timely fashion. I had ordered twenty bulbs and that is how many I received. However, two bulbs were duds. This kept my rating at 4 stars and not 5 stares. The bulbs are inexpensive and the value of the two dud bulbs is far less then what the shipping charges for replacing the two bulbs would be. I had ordered 20 bulbs because I expect to blow a few in my experiments so the two duds are not a problem and just part of the equation . At this time I am a happy customer.

Customer Service is Terrible. Kevin Taylor and Robert the operations manager are very unprofessional. They actually billed my company and shipped a product we didn't order. Once we asked them about it they were rude and apathetic about it. This company needs more training in dealing with customers.

Just bought the same light bulbs at about a fifth of the price of Lowe's!!!

I purchased two light LED bulbs from these guys but the bulbs ended up not fitting in the fixture I ordered them for. They charge a $65 restocking fee! I will gladly support local companies but not if they're going to charge $65 to add two bulbs back to their inventory and stick them on the self. I recommend purchasing else where. $65 fee is 20% of my purchase amount.

I ordered 2 bright white lite 12 watt replacement tube bulbs but was sent in error 2 12 watt blacklight bulbs that are used for bug repellant and are totally useless for illumination of the outdoor area. I would not use this resource again.
