If this is a ticket fly that sells the Georgia Renaissance Festival tickets then absolutely this is for you :-P... :-/.. I'd give no stars if I possibly could... We purchase the tickets online three of them was only $72.. lol which will not make or break us one way or another.lol.. . When we saw the tickets and purchase them they gave us a range of time between the end of September to the beginning of November but when we printed the tickets out they gave us a specific date that weekend to show up... we had to work that weekend... I immediately called and could never get through and they never reached back to me.. I then called the Credit Card people...
I also give the same rating to the Discover card people who they tried to intervene so to save my $72 from being wasted but that didn't happen either.. and after I sent them proof that we had a range of dates with this picture they still charged my card ...
Hence we use our Chase Manhattan and American Express cards... Furthermore, I'll purchase all my tickets when I get there even if I have to spend a couple dollars more - oh well ...
I'll consider this into the Lost category of $72 for the next time I spend a couple dollars extra on tickets... This is exactly how these disgusting Pathetic companies make their money.. It was no skin off their nose to cancel them off for us to just pick another weekend to come because we couldn't come the weekend that they designated the tickets for... so yeah, I would tell anybody this company Ticketfly or Discover card are not acting in the consumer's best interest and I will Ieave the discover people same rating...
