Worst customer service I have ever had specially with employee name NAHLA she was very rude Especially when I mention I want to return this package to AMAZON
like she doesn t want to deal With anything related to Amazon
she left me standing there for 15 minutes and she came back she said no we are not going to print for you .
So I have to go back home call Amazon they told me don t worry we will pick it up from your house,
I highly not recommend everyone special Nahla she was unprofessional Not polite and aggressive with her tone .

Went to pick up package, and didn't realize until I was home shipment was "1 of 2". Take your glasses, check the box, and be sure you have your entire shipment, because staff here won't.

Returned next day and get "2 of 2" but took them a long time, and several conversions in broken English to find it "because lots of boxes". Here's a tip, if having a lot of boxes is hard for you, maybe you shouldn't own a package delivery franchise. Alternate suggestion was "Maybe different name?" No, if package was paid for and labeled by UPS as "1 of 2" and "2 of 2", they're going to have the same info on them, and sure enough it did, he just couldn't find a box, that was properly labeled, in his shipping store.

Went their with a freight package, 173lbs! The manager was on site and not only did she take ownership of my needs, but she was VERY meticulous and professional. I felt like I was being helped by someone who truly took pride in her work and wanted to show it, how rare is that to experience these days?

The owner got my FREIGHT (not regular package mail) shipped out and delivered, she communicated with me by calling multiple times, and even emailing me, I was honestly surprised by her care.

I give this place 5 stars and it's all thanks to the wonderful owner!

Update: on a correction note, printing service is a pain. but the 10+ times I dropped of my amazon returns, there have never been an issue. I'll be sure not to print here but this store continues to be my go to ups store.

Unprofessional service. Extremely rude attitudes. Inadequate equipment. Employees dont seem to know how to operate their own computers and printers. Wasted customer's money on several printing trials.

Bad customer service most of the time. They lost a package for me once that caused me a nightmare to try to resolve and only got an attitude with me. Then Amazon returns can sometimes give you the option for them to pack to it or you pack it, but it s not always clear which is which when you have multiple returns in one order. They give you attitude if you have it wrong and will force it to mail that instant and pay for their packaging instead of take it back home to package it yourself. They then get an attitude and ask why your upset. They don t get customers or want to get them. Go to kohl s instead.

This place is the worst, go to another location. I've given this location many chances and they never seem to get anything right. Every time I come in here there is an issue whether it's a simple amazon drop off or print job. The employees are very rude and management does nothing to help resolve the issue.

I use this location for a PO Box and that's about all it's good for. They have a young man, Alex, left from old management who is excellent and does the best he can. New owners and management are a big disappointment. USAA deposit machine never works. I've had one package we thought was lost but arrived several weeks late and an important letter sent next day that has gone missing. Three days later and now the tracker on line is stating the number is invalid.

Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone. Waited in line to pick up a package and they ultimate tell me to come back tomorrow since the system is down. I came back, the same thing happen. I wish I could call in advance so I won t waste a trip there.

Cheap quality printing and terrible service!!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

First of all, the employee something Ali was not wearing a mask the whole time we were there. Secondly, the quality of the pictures didn t even come out well and it took almost 30 minutes for him to print them. The man there blamed our file, and charged us $20 for two 8.5 x 11 pictures in computer paper. Immediately after we went to FedEx next door, and they printed higher quality pictures for us on higher quality paper in less than 2 minutes and only charged us $1.55 for both pictures.

Of course we went right back to UPS to return the pictures and the employees told us they were new and didn t know how to. They said the manager had stepped back would be back any minute and we waited but he still didn t come. The employee told us to leave our pictures and receipt there, and told us to write down our Credit card and phone number And said he would ask the manager to process our return when he returned and would call us. We called thirty minutes before closing after waiting for the call and the employee said the manager wasn t there and he would call us tomorrow. Four days later we still hadn t heard and when we called Them, they told us they didn t do returns on pictures. The man on the phone was so rude and unapologetic. Nowhere on the receipt or on their website do they say they don t accept returns, and now we don t even have those pictures.

I ve been using this store s services for about a year now. Always great customer service, very responsive and friendly stuff. The store is busy, but if to come at slow hours you can get your tasks done in no time. Recommend to everyone!

Have taken packages there at least a dozen times. Staff always courteous, efficient, offer to help finish the packing correctly to save my time and theirs. They're good at explaining shipping time/cost options. No packages have been lost or delayed. Parking lot is a bit tricky - cars make a quick right turn from Majestic Lane (near Rte 50), then a quick left turn into the lot, unless the exiting cars block the way. Cars also enter quickly from the far entrance to the parking lot. There isn't much room to maneuver your car to back out. Even though the parking lot is typically almost full, there's always a spot, often right in front of the UPS.

This is an excellent UPS Store. The Manager is very pleasant and provides excellent service not only during normal business days but also during Holidays when things get hectic. I have almost always received prompt attention and a greeting when I enter the store. The staff is friendly and the management almost always take care of any special requests I may have. All my packages have been delivered on time and all packages sent out get a receipt. I also have a mail box with this store and my mail is delivered promptly without any delays. I wish all my other shopping experiences were as seamless as this store. Please ignore the negative ratings given by other customers and do business here with FULL confidence. Many families depend on you, so continue the Great Service.

Worst customer service ever. Rude management. For a small piece of tape they will make you pay. Also, once they charged me for borrowing their ink pad (for taking three thumb impressions (required in the passport application form) for my 4 months old baby and he said since the baby is small I only charged for two impressions. I would have bought two ink pads using that money. Sigh). I don't have any UPS near by otherwise I will never/ever go to this place.

Looks like you didn't read my review properly. I am not talking about Fingerprinting service. Please read my review again. Why would someone ask a paid service for free?

I am talking about borrowing your *INK PAD* (just ink pad nothing else) to get thumb impressions for my 4 months old baby to affix it in the passport application form. Btw, what is the need for Fingerprinting for a 4 months old baby :) ?

I wish I could give this store zero stars. I went there to pick up a very important package only to find out they'd sent it back. Fine. I understand that they have limits on the amount of time that they can hold a package. However, when I asked how to find my package, the woman working there, Salome, just shrugged her shoulders and was not even willing to look it up and help me get it re-routed. She just brushed me aside like it wasn't her problem. After calling the company from which I ordered the package, I found out that UPS could have easily located it and rerouted it from their store, but this UPS store worker was simply too lazy, apathetic, and unhelpful to do it. There weren't even that many customers in the store at the time, so it wasn't that she was rushed and just wanted to get me out of the way, not that that's acceptable either. She could've taken five minutes to help me, but she refused. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I tried to make Amazon returns for 2 small separate items today. I had the barcode, no other messaging that these must come packed, and the exact same items have been accepted without packaging before and very recently as in like 2 weeks ago. Owner (in front of a somewhat busy time in the store) tried to tell me I must be remembering wrong or I must be crazy because there is no way they would accept them. #1rule of customer service- don't imply your customer is crazy. Big mistake.

If I don't understand something she is always willing to answer my questions respectfully. She seems to be a hard worker and extremely dedicated to customers! As I tell her every time keep up the great work and I hope they make you Supervisor!! Destannie always smiles and greet me and I enjoy her smiling face! New owners have been GREAT this past year. We have our business PO Box at this store for almost 2 years and it s terrific! Fast, friendly, accurate service every time, especially during COVID and rush hours. We get a lot of incoming mail and packages every day. Never had a problem of any kind. You ll love this store. So convenient, easy in/easy out, plenty of parking, and open later so you can make it after work. Great location!

I m not surprised to see the bad reviews at this place. Probably one of the worst customer experiences I ve ever had. I went in to do an amazon return and the lady working there with the black curly hair was so unnecessarily rude to me I came out feeling confused and horrible. Now that I see others had bad experiences here too I ll never go back to this location.

Great customer service. One of the staff whose name is Nala is awesome. She helped me with shipping several times and was always nice and helpful. I had to ship a heavy package over 150 pounds on Sunday and she told me they don't ship the freight on weekends. But thankfully, she let me leave the package over night at the store so I didn't have to carry twice. She is the best employee at UPS store!

New owners at this location are wonderful!! If you had difficulty in the past here, it is no longer an issue and you should give them another try! Owners and staff have packed and shipped many care packages to kids at college, as well as gifts for Mother's Day, birthday, etc. I recommend this location very highly and have never had an issue with the service or price. Am a frequent ups store customer. Came in today and for the first time ever was asked to pay for the tape used to secure my prepaid packages. Have used ups stores throughout the area and this was the first time someone didn't casually tape up the boxes I was paying to ship. The feelling of being "nickeled and dimed" was undeniable. The employee was NOT wearing a mask, and when I showed him the QR code from my phone he took my phone from my hand. They should just scan it with me, holding my phone. Didn t feel like they are taking any precautions.
They don't have sneeze guards, as it was told. They do have markings in the floor to have people stand 6ft apart but that's about it. If the employee is not wearing a mask, I wouldn't want to go there.

We needed documents notarized and this store's owner, Nahla, and an employee named Frederick helped us get that done well. They were careful, efficient, and friendly. Nahla even granted our special request related to COVID-19 risk management. I've mailed packages at this store, as well, and had positive experiences every time.

Could be the worst location to visit if you're looking for quick returns to Amazon. For frequent Amazon shoppers, you'll recognize, "No printer? No problem." The service costs $1 and they'll automatically deduct it from the return. They give you a QR code that you're supposed to show at any UPS location, and the location will provide a label to slap on the box.

Problem is, this location wants to charge you an extra $1 for printing the label. You're a shipping store. Why are you charging for labels?

My experience with this place after several visits is that this location sucks in the customer service department. It's crazy that this store is so opposite of Amazon's customer centric philosophy.

Highly recommend catching another UPS store on the way into the city. There is also another location my the mall that's much more helpful.
