Am a frequent ups store customer. Came in today and for the first time ever was asked to pay for the tape used to secure my prepaid packages. Have used ups stores throughout the area and this was the first time someone didn't casually tape up the boxes I was paying to ship. The feelling of being "nickeled and dimed" was undeniable. Taking my business back to Reston to ship my packages.....
