This is an excellent UPS Store. The Manager is very pleasant and provides excellent service not only during normal business days but also during Holidays when things get hectic. I have almost always received prompt attention and a greeting when I enter the store. The staff is friendly and the management almost always take care of any special requests I may have. All my packages have been delivered on time and all packages sent out get a receipt. I also have a mail box with this store and my mail is delivered promptly without any delays. I wish all my other shopping experiences were as seamless as this store. Please ignore the negative ratings given by other customers and do business here with FULL confidence.
