I wish I could give this store zero stars. I went there to pick up a very important package only to find out they'd sent it back. Fine. I understand that they have limits on the amount of time that they can hold a package. However, when I asked how to find my package, the woman working there, Salome, just shrugged her shoulders and was not even willing to look it up and help me get it re-routed. She just brushed me aside like it wasn't her problem. After calling the company from which I ordered the package, I found out that UPS could have easily located it and rerouted it from their store, but this UPS store worker was simply too lazy, apathetic, and unhelpful to do it. There weren't even that many customers in the store at the time, so it wasn't that she was rushed and just wanted to get me out of the way, not that that's acceptable either. She could've taken five minutes to help me, but she refused. Absolutely terrible customer service.
