Our discovery of Japan has been ruined by this agency.
The hotels were shabby for rates 3 to 5 times higher than advertised prices. A shame!!!
After information, the room was 80 per night ...
From our departure, the tone was given: The seats were not confirmed by the tour operator.
We traveled 11h separately (family trip).
The agency has planned passages in cities without any interest for a first discovery of Japan.
The hotels were MINABLE, the food constraints in some hotels were not respected, the situation of the hotels was deplorable (unless you like the surfaced areas filled with tourists and without any charm) and finally, we were not warned of the cancellation of our return flight.
We found ourselves completely delivered to ourselves with a transfer to the airport which had not been changed ....
During our stay, I forwarded my remarks directly to the tour operator with a claim for compensation. They took a month and a half to answer me and rejected my request.
His argument: "The name of each accommodation and the type of room was well indicated on the program you signed".
That's right, I signed ... This indicates that we should not trust you ...?
As I was able to let them know, the traditional agencies have disappeared because of people like them. Totally detached from the wishes of their customers.
In short, if you want to discover a country and keep a good memory, go your way, you will face serious disappointments and your morals and your wallet will not recover.

I always had to go to agencies to schedule my vacation and escape spirit was by far my worst experience!
We went 2 weeks in Japan looking for a change of scenery and discovery. The "typical" towns sold by the agency were nothing more than tourist sites or stalls of memories succeed one another. The hotels "charms" were eccentric hotels without interest or we were surprised when we arrived to learn that our reservation for 4 people was in a room on tatami mats originally planned for 2 people.
We were forced to change our stay by ourselves once on site (all this at our expense) so as not to spoil these 2 weeks of vacation in their entirety.
After a calculation of what we would have cost these holidays without agency we quickly realized that this grotesque service has a cost: 5000 in the pocket of the agency for a sloppy job. Thank you evasion spirit.

Bad surprise for our 1st trip with LAGON SPIRIT
Travel booked in MAY 2019. Excellent exchanges, answers to our wishes with hotel booked. Travel set ruby on the nail at the end of JANUARY 2020. Arrived at the hotel after 20 h of travel ON 03/10/2020, what is not our surprise when the hotel informs us that LAGON SPIRIT has not settled the delivery and that if we wanted to have the room keys we had to repay the stay is $ 4832, which we had to do at the risk of sleeping on the beach. LAGON SPIRIT contacted by phone at this time, was not able to confirm that this payment had been made OR would be made before the end of our stay on March 18. After having a good stay and a somewhat complicated return because of a repatriation a day earlier than expected (in addition to 1 day of hotel paid twice and lost) we are told with disdain by LAGON SPIRIT that we will only be reimbursed when they are reimbursed by the STATE !!! This is totally inadmissible on the part of this tour operator because we are not asking for the reimbursement of our stay but the amount we paid in DOUBLE ..
WE WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK AGAIN. RUN AWAY !!!!
