Excellent from start to finish. The team listened to me during the construction of the project and was able to offer me a tailor-made course while respecting my constraints (both budgetary and practical). The agency took the time to answer all my questions before the trip.
I received all the necessary documents a few weeks before my departure, all stages of the trip were well documented and included excellent visiting advice, I would probably have missed some experiences without them.
Once arrived there everything went perfectly, no incident to report, the hotels booked corresponded to my expectations.
