I visited with my grandkids on my last day in Minot. What a beautiful place! Love the story behind it & the staff certainly doesn't let her memory down (they were all very friendly). We had a blast!

What a wonderful facility with an amazing lodge named Annie's House; named in remembrance of Annie who died on the twin towers on 9/11. Botno winter park offers ski and snowboard lessons, snow tubing and all equipment can be rented and fitted in house. The staff is wonderful and this is a real treat considering its located in northern North Dakota.

We took our two boys (6 & 8) skiing for the first time today. The rental equipment was fantastic and our instructor was amazing! She was so patient with the boys and they gained confidence quickly under her teaching. Great job BWP on making our kids first skiing experience a great one. They can t wait to come back, and neither can we! The facilities are amazing, and the tributes to the Nelson family are very moving. Thanks for the great memories!

Well run small ski area, great for new skiers/boarders. Triple chair with no lines. Also has tubing runs with magic carpet shared with bunny hill. Newer large chalet with food and place for parents to hangout while kids ski/board/tube. Love this place.

Visited here over Christmas! Was so much fun, I think the Christmas period is a lot quieter than usual which may be a plus point to some. You can go skiing, snowboarding or tubing. All equally fun, I think a few hours here is long enough as people may get bored going down the same slopes again and again. There's plenty of equipment available to buy and hire and ofcourse a small restaurant to get your energy back.

The hills are really small, but they're well kept. If you're a family looking for a day of stuff to do, it's a pretty great time. Food is pretty much concession stand food, but you're going to burn all the calories learning how to snowboard anyways.

I was amazed to have a place like this here in Bottineau, North Dakota. I though it would be just an unorganized and little made hills but I was so wrong!. This place is amazing. Big hills, with electric seats to take you to the top of the hill. I am not into ice, cold or skiing but enjoyed it. Ah! Very nice restaurant (no good food though), I should say nice big place that you can sit and watch the people skiing. Comfortable couches. Just bring your own food and a book. The prices for renting $20 I think for equipment.

This is the perfect place for new skiers/snowboarders. Beautiful new Lodge! All the equipment seemed new. Prices are very reasonable. Magic carpet up the bunny hills. Awesome place for young skiers.

I travel to this area due to my role as an alpine ski coach in Manitoba. The lodge facility is unparalleled in the region as a result of community and charitable efforts and investment for the creation of an adaptive training centre. This has provided the infrastructure to support one of the most active ski racing clubs in the region. Really shows what an investment in superior winter sports facilities close to a population centre can accomplish.
