TI Hotel and Casino Review

I stayed at TI during a convention I attended at the hotel, and I'll admit I was pleasantly surprised. Having stayed at some questionable hotels on the strip in my youth, for some reason I'd always grouped TI in with the hotels I'd be better off avoiding on personal trips. The rooms were actually very nice, if a little dated. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, and everything was clean and well maintained. It's easy to get around the strip from here, too. After this stay, it's on my radar for future trips.

This was my first time to stay at TI. Not only were the escalators not working but 2/4 elevators going to the rooms weren't working as well. I thought surely they will be fixed in the morni g. Nope. Neither one of them. It was a mess trying to get up and down. Check in was super easy at the kiosk, but when we went to check out the kiosk wasn't open. It was clearly marked on the door 6:00am-11:00pm. We were there at 6:05 and they were still closed. If the escalators had been working that wouldn't have been a problem but I wasn't going to go back downstairs hauling all of our stuff. The room was okay but it was not easy to cool. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night as we were only passing through. I would not stay at TI again. But of you are on a budget, its probably okay. The Cirque du Soleil show was amazing and I highly recommend it.

Place was great, clean and courteous, they even hold your bag for a few ours before our flight.

The best thing about my Treasure Island Experience who by far was the ability to park here in. I did go in and gamble at the tables a couple different times. However, my luck ran out each time there. But, that's how it all works, no fault of the casino. The hospitality in the fact that they have a Starbucks here and a number of other places make Treasure Island worth going to at any point for the trip. You'll actually save money my coming here until you go to the tables.

It was great I had not been there for years. People were friendly. There is no worlds to describe mystery. The performance was amazing. I would do it again

Room was booked online. The amenities were not what was advertised. The photo of the Room and hands its beauty. It was clane but slightly run down. Peeling paint on doors and windows. Molding bathroom in repair. I am sure there are probably nicer too much nicer rooms.

Nice place to stay.. very close to strip, rather its on the strip. Nice view of strip from the rooms ..

Beautiful place. But was so sad that alot awesome store here were temporarily closed. Would be nice if at least one or two of them open for few hours

Walked through the hotel and casino and had a feel for the theme which was pretty on point. Gaming and area could use a revamp as other casinos do have better setups. Overall had an okay experience.

Gillies Country and Western Bar is brilliant. Great music friendly staff and we'll worth a visit.

View from the 34th Floor always a great experience at Treasure Island

Very comfortable and well appointed room. There were quite a few noisy, obnoxious young people on our floor, slamming doors, yelling, cussing and yelling ghetto things, as if we were staying at a jail. Not the hotels fault persay, but it did detract from what otherwise would have been a very pleasant experience.

Best experience ever thank you to the front desk person who helped us and the wonderful room service woman who helped us everything was so great cant wait to come again

Very nice place , we diddnt stay at the hotel so i cant speak on that but the casino wasnt too bad big selection of machines , diddnt win anything but it was still fun . My favorite part of the place was all of the very beautiful artwork , and sculptures and statues and things around the place , esp the big boats out front at night the lighting on them looks amazing there is a cvs you can get to from inside the casino wich is nice to get some slightly cheaper snacks and drinks and things

The person who checked me in was somewhat rude. I've never stayed at this hotel and she just handed me the keys without any explanation of the perks or even directions on how to get to my room..
I'll contact Corporate when I return home..

Nice hotel. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Large sleeping area and included a mini fridge. The casino was a little dated, the slot machines did not have the newer games as seen in other hotels. I was there on a Sunday, and tried to go to Billy's but they had a cover charge, even for guests they said. Great place to sleep but went elsewhere for food and entertainment.

On top of paying regular hotel fees, you also have to pay a $40/night (US dollars) "resort fee" for non existent amenities including wifi, pool usage, and cable.

WiFi was terrible. Barely worked, cut in and out. Airport free WiFi is better.

The TV in our room only worked half the time, and would not shut off.

The pool was closed.

One lamp did not work.

We got extremely ill from the amount of smoke in this building.

Staff were pleasant but compared to other resorts on the strip this one is not worth the money.

A good place to stay. I'm not sure about all the theme stuff, I really didnt see anything pertaining to it except out front. It's difficult to get from the parking lot to the room, not that it's a long way, but you have to go down escalators and wind through the casino and then go up the elevators. I think they want you to have to walk right through the casino which is awkward carrying all your luggage. But the room was nice enough and free parking is a plus.

We stayed for my birthday. Had a great time. Room was clean and the bed was better than the Hilton we were at. They upgraded us to strip view and looked awesome at night. Sucks the pool closes at 8 PM didn t even get to use it. Resort fees suck we didn t use anything it includes so that was money wasted. Overall it was a good hotel needs an update but for $50-$100 per night you can t complain.

The hotel is not as modern as the rest in that particular area of the strip. But for the most part, staff was nice.

Our bathroom was for handicap and the shower head was so low. We had no reason to need a handicap bathroom. No fridge in room. The 4th floor smells AWFUL! It smells like sewage when you get off the elevator or go into the hallways. So much smoke on the gaming floor. Rooms were not the best cleaned. Would not recommend and will not be back.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The only complaint I have against the hotel is the bed. We kept running into corner of the bed closest to the door and stubbing our toes.

I am not much of a gambler, nor smoker or drinker, so it was rather disconcerting for me to walk into rooms full of smoke every time I would come down from my hotel room. The hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful stay was had and highly recommended versus staying at one of their competitors.

Nice but the resort fees are high. No comps and the meals are pricey.

This is like the perfect location on the strip. Also free parking, which is hard to find in Vegas. This is our go to hotel as we like to explore and it saves some steps in the end.

Awesome place, fun atmosphere, good old fun. Everyone should come check it out. Will come again

We are first time family travelers. We found the ONLY employees that had a spark of personality
were the valet team The rest of you need to understand that a simple smile goes along way explain the procedure I gave plenty of opportunity to give good customer service I went to 2 of the restaurants food was great but if your waitresses are so unhappy they should find a new job

Driving to the parking lot is crazy wild. Everybody is drunk and forming their own lane . I love it!

Free room upgrade and no deposit very nice people awesome and clean room

Very reasonable for what you get. Its not a 5-star hotel but the location is great and the amenities are decent. There are nicer hotels around but this is a great value that will not disappoint.

Went to a show and walked around. Dated but well kept up.

First of, it is such a convenient place to leave your car (free self parking) and explore the strip from there. Within close proximity with the Venetian, simply hop on the bridge and you'll have access to multiple other venues, from piano bar to strip clubs. Gilley's is a fun place with live music; the country vibes sets the mood. The staff at TI is very courteous and helpful; good work ethic.
You can definitely find it all at Treasure Island (TI) and, if it happens you can find what you're looking for, within short distances, you're sure to bump into a store where it's at.

Attended a conference over the course of 2 days and was pleased with the experience.
The event was catered and the food offerings did not disappoint. There was always water, coffee, tea and sodas available as well as different snacks throughout the day. Lunch was provided for both days and it was delicious and ample with a salad, main course and dessert.
The banquet room was large and sufficiently cooled. There presentations went on without any difficulties except a microphone issue that was promptly corrected.
Overall the property was clean and looked like it offered plenty of reasonable priced amenities and best of all PARKING WAS FREE!

I love this Hotel, we always have a wonderful time here...great location, lots of food and drink options. We always get good deals on our stays so it's nice but not grotesquely overpriced.

A little on the cheap side. The coffee shop however was really good.

Altogether a lot to take in! Everything was fabulous! The ship and the dancing are must see!

The hotel is centrally located. Free parking. Very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and clean! I highly recommend it.

This isn't the nicest of the hotels on the strip. There was a noticeable change in the atmosphere here. Just not as upscale or classy as nakamura every other hotel. We ate at Senor Frogs which was meh, and saw Mystere. It was interesting... Definitely a bit off the wall, a tiny bit cheesy, but the acrobatics were pretty amazing. Overall it was just an okay experience.

Good location, rooms are normally affordable, no poker room, but the Mirage next door has one.

Really bad. The housekeeping lady embarrassed us because we were ten minutes over the checkout time. She told us we had to take all our stuff and get out or she would call security. If that s hotel policy then Treasure Island is horrible and I m never staying there again. She was very unprofessional and it was no way to treat guests.

Went there for the cirque du Soleil show which was awesome and the hotel was beautiful

Nice casino and it has senor frogs, and an awesome country bar inside called Gilly's

Food is great, bingo all day and a free shuttle that will take you to a sister casino and the strip.

Anyone staying at TI Petite Suite will not be disappointed. VERY spacious updated room. Weird place for refrigerator (bathroom closet) but at least it was there.

Watched the Chicago Bears game at the Golden Circle sports bar. Great service and a HUGE plate of nachos.

Very nice casino, has a pretty good atmosphere. The dealers there are very friendly and always willing to help out.

For the price and location you can't go wrong. Room was inexpensive and facing the strip. There's an attached CVS which was very convenient. The Marvel interactive museum is here. Cirque du Soleil- Mystere was awesome!

Really nice. Just the view was spectacular. The shops are real cool. U can buy some unique skulls and pirate attire.

Lovely clean rooms. Great atmosphere, great entertainment.

Awesome experience. I really like this casino better than the rest. It's fun and lively and the service is always so happy. They (in my opinion) have the best decoration and the coolest theme.

No pirate ship show anymore. Hotel wasn't very pirated at all.

It's just not the same...its newer but miss the pirate theme...bones & skulls..

One of my favorite casinos!! Club Senor frog is awesome! Dance to to all your favorites! Latin music upstairs and enjoy the beautiful scenery from upstairs

Rooms were clean and everyone friendly. The only issue was the buffet was closed during our stay for remodeling. We still enjoyed dining at Senor Frog- very lively spot!

This place is very nice! It does smell like smoke in the lobby but besides that a great experience.

loved our stay with a 15 month old. they provided a cot free of charge. the staff are helpful. the room is clean and tidy. the beds are so comfy. only thing is needed a kettle to boil water for bottles and they dont provide one in the room.

The show I attended was amazing. Of course the tickets are rather pricy, but I guess it's expected in Las Vegas. Floor seats are not always better. Next time I'll probably just purchase balcony seating. They differently need better refreshments and less expensive. Overall I'd definitely return and smuggle my own snacks inside.

I love coming here when I'm in Vegas. The rooms are inexpensive, but very nice! I love The Coffee Shop, I eat there morning and night. The customer service is excellent. Always a great experience when I come here.

I had stayed at TI them years ago and found it nice enough. When looking for a single night stay in Vegas I decided to go back. The pirate ship is still there but the show no longer takes place. They added a western-style bar that doesn't seem to make sense with the pirate theme, and the gambling floor is still mostly filled with older people who are chain smoking.

The rooms are nice and the location is great, but parts of the building are staying to show their age.

The room was cheap, clean, and the bed was nice to sleep in. It is a casino also though. So, walking through cigarette smoke indoors is required to get to your elevator. Also, the walls are a bit thin... What stays in Vegas can be heard through Vegas hotel walls.

Beautiful resort right on the Vegas strip. Great seafood buffet and casino!

Check in and out was quick. I was able to use the refrigerator, it was not full of over priced items for sale. CVS was attached making it easy to get forgotten items. I would stay there again.

A cool place with lots venues to be entertained. Loved the jabawalkies.

Super pricey drinks. And they cancelled the The Sirens show.

It was nice. Two queen beds works perfectly for a family of 4. Lots to do for all the family. Had a great time.

They have pretty good rates and the casino is kind of charming in an old way. Staff are friendly. Main complaint is that other than Ritchie's Sub Shop the other food options are really bad. The strip view room only kind of had a view of the strip. You need to be standing in the corner of the room to see any of the strip. Still, it's comfortable and little more chill feeling than some of the "fancier" casinos.

Great resort ! Rooms smell really good and the beds are confortable . Their casino is nice , but doesn t really pay much but you can expect that from casinos at the strip. It s in a really good location in the strip and next door to the fashion show shopping mall. Always love my treasure island when I come to Vegas !

I Loved treasure island, the room was very nice, super clean, and the staff is very friendly. Coming back for sure.

Aloha travelers The Treasure Island in Las Vegas is beautiful! So upscale and EXCELLENT food at Corner Market Cafe.
There were crablegs, Ahi Poke, Prime Rib, many desserts! I stuffed myself as it was included in my VIP Package to see Cirque de Soleil, Mystere. The show was Alive and the costumes and what more can I say! Fourth time I've seen Cirque de Soleil! AMAZING ACROBATS AND OUTRAGEOUS COSTUMES!

Visited for a show in the theatre and it was great! Though I didn't stay here over night, from what i saw everything was clean and nice. The prices are also great, and they even have a large order parking lot.

Very nice! they have made some great updates to the Casino area and it looks very nice. Make sure you check out all the stuff they have on display, awesome collection throughout the Casino area.

We went here for my husbands 30th birthday. We had a blast! I would recommend Treasure Island to anyone!

We did not live here. But had unforgettable experience in mystere show.

Was a nice resort to stay at! Room was clean and the stay itself was nice - no complaints here. The only downside is that it s kinda far from the main attractions on the strip, even though it s right next to the Mirage.

My husband and I needed a place to shower and crash for a couple of hours on the strip before catching our flight so we booked Treasure Island. When we got there around 5pm there was two hour wait time to check in. We only needed the hotel for a couple of hours by the time we would have got the room it would have been completely pointless. We spoke to Joy Goven at the front and Agie Espinosa at the complaint department both were rude and not helpful. They kept repeating everyone has to wait in the line up and no other hotel warns you about wait times on booking. (well that's because they don't have two hours wait time to check in). Agie offered champagne once we got to our room. She clearly was not listening that we would not be able to check in because we had a flight to catch.

I was not asking to bypass the line. We only wanted our cancellation fee waived as they could not commit to a 3pm check in time as promised. They asked for another $40 to check in early and bypass the line. There should be some warning on booking with TI that it takes two hours to check in. The line up is ridiculous. I will keep re-posting this review until someone from TI calls me to resolve this.
We also stayed at Paris. Great service stay there for the same price and nicer.

Fun place to be energy very high kind of a mix of of a crowd winning were medium to low.

Sunday morning 6am had to leave the resort to find a cup of coffee, OK for the bars to over serve the drunks.

Used to stay for a couple of days on my vegas trip. It was nice place which close to other hotels.

Very accommodating stay. My suite was very clean and spacious. Casino is very fun (lots of different slots) and the buffet was delicious. Convenient located on the Las Vegas Strip. Will definitely be coming back at some point of my life. Thanks Treasure Island!!!

The buffet was reasonably priced and extremely delicious overall atmosphere was really clean and inviting
