This was my first time to stay at TI. Not only were the escalators not working but 2/4 elevators going to the rooms weren't working as well. I thought surely they will be fixed in the morni g. Nope. Neither one of them. It was a mess trying to get up and down. Check in was super easy at the kiosk, but when we went to check out the kiosk wasn't open. It was clearly marked on the door 6:00am-11:00pm. We were there at 6:05 and they were still closed. If the escalators had been working that wouldn't have been a problem but I wasn't going to go back downstairs hauling all of our stuff. The room was okay but it was not easy to cool. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night as we were only passing through. I would not stay at TI again. But of you are on a budget, its probably okay. The Cirque du Soleil show was amazing and I highly recommend it.
