My husband and I needed a place to shower and crash for a couple of hours on the strip before catching our flight so we booked Treasure Island. When we got there around 5pm there was two hour wait time to check in. We only needed the hotel for a couple of hours by the time we would have got the room it would have been completely pointless. We spoke to Joy Goven at the front and Agie Espinosa at the complaint department both were rude and not helpful. They kept repeating everyone has to wait in the line up and no other hotel warns you about wait times on booking. (well that's because they don't have two hours wait time to check in). Agie offered champagne once we got to our room. She clearly was not listening that we would not be able to check in because we had a flight to catch.

I was not asking to bypass the line. We only wanted our cancellation fee waived as they could not commit to a 3pm check in time as promised. They asked for another $40 to check in early and bypass the line. There should be some warning on booking with TI that it takes two hours to check in. The line up is ridiculous. I will keep re-posting this review until someone from TI calls me to resolve this.
We also stayed at Paris. Great service stay there for the same price and nicer.
