Poor service, room service food was horrible. They will add charges to you that you are not made aware of to use your deposit. Reservations give wrong information to front desk. Inquires are made out to be definite plans and that is not the case when you call to get pricing information. Charging were suppose to have been resolved at check out. Later to find out that the credit was changed after we checked out and returned home. MANAGEMENT STAFF ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS. FEMALE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE SHE WAS UNABLE TO EXPLAIN CHARGING ON MY CREDIT CARD MADE BY THE HOTEL. This was my 3rd and last time staying with this hotel. I also came with 2 other couples who wont be returning either.

One of the centrally located hotels in the famous street/strip of Vegas. We checked in late so had to satisfy with fourth floor rooms, however on the next day we were given rooms on 31st floor with amazing views of near by properties and other areas. The casino is quite big with a number of eateries around.''Mystere'' the show of high energy acrobatics, stunts and dances is performed in a theater inside treasure island. The hotel is self sufficient in every aspect even there is a CVS pharmacy 24x7.
The hotel security near elevators is vigilant.
Most of the other properties with good shows and entertainments are just at a walkable distance. There is a continuous free tram service connecting this hotel with mirage properties ....only a minute run.
One can enjoy all the the Vegas fun from here.
The tariff is quite reasonable and is dynamic. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, however, no coffee/tea cattle is provided in the room which is a must for most of the guests.
The front desk staff is well trained, courtious and helpful. The best part is check out...just inform reception and leave the keys either in the room or drop boxes.

Room was nice. Had a little smell of smoke even though it was a smoke-free room. The front desk was courteous but didn't go above and beyond. Surprised they couldn't help out with a razor and shaving cream. Don't travel alot so maybe that's the way it's going.

I can't say much for the casino. It was nice. We went to a show which was facinating. Stay away from the buffet. It sucked. If you like the same thing for lunch and dinner, Monday through Thursday, enjoy yourself.

I was bummed that due to the weather (summer time and rain) that the pool was closed temporarily but we never got another chance to go back. Also, for the money spent for a single nights stay the the rooms could use renovation.

This hotel is not what it once was. 5 years ago it was a 4 star. Not anymore. We had numerous problems with the room. While they initially tried to handle the problems, they did not ultimately solve the issues and it became something we just tolerated. The front desk was pushy and snappy when we called with problems. VT never worked right. We had to move the refrigerator in the room and plug it into an outlet near the bed to get it to work. We had multiple light bulbs out when we first got in the room. It's almost like no one checks or cleans these rooms. We had do not disturb and a late checkout scheduled for our final day and the house keeper tried to bum rush into our room 3 hours before check out. I had the dead bolt on or she would have just walked in on me completely naked. I go to Vegas a lot and I will not stay here again. I am giving it a 2 star instead of 1 star because the single bright spot was a fun time at the pool.

Thanks for having safe parking for me. You're the only casino I visited and probably will visit here. TI, yes. Suburban trash I have to fight on the sidewalks, and jerks at the golden knights area, no. A very hard no.

The only casino on the strip that doesn't charge for parking. All the other casino's charge for parking especially to the customers with hotel rooms. This is the last casino on the strip that hasn't decided to screw its customers since it gouges enough already.
Love the vibe and decor

It's right across the street from where we stayed on the strip buffet was great atmosphere is awesome, I had fun saw a show played fun new slots. I may even see if I can get a room there when I go back to Vegas.

This is supposed to be a 4* hotel. The room had no dental kit, no shaving kit, no coffee maker, no kettle, no bathroom slippers. These are kind of basic amenities you would expect from even a 3* property.
The room lighting is dull. Furnishing including bathroom are old but functional - no complaints in that department.
Food is good and reasonably priced. Service and serving time are also good.
Casino is so so and has limited footfall. Their clubs have decent footfall. Most of their crowd is local.

Cheap-Ish on an off night. The casino ambiance was not very pleasant. The room was semi-clean and we could not control the heater. But I will say... the views (if facing the strip) were one of a kind! And the only reason this place is getting a 3 star review. Free parking is also nice. Overall, a pleasant stay but don t expect too much.

Always have a great experience at TI. Easy check in, friendly staff, fantastic location, great dining and nightlife options in hotel and nearby. This is definitely my go-to hotel when traveling to Las Vegas

Rooms are large and fairly clean. They are missing some amenities in the rooms that should be standard, such as a coffee maker. Staff is attentive. The casino is fairly modern but a bit small for the strip. Alcohol flows well on the casino floor in the early morning hours but a little less so earlier in the evening. The price for the rooms is usually fair--until they beat you over the head with resort fees that cost as much as the actual room.

This place is cool with lots of hidden. Treasures....make sure you check out the woolly mammoth tusk ..In the carving , you can actually see the weaponry change as technology advanced throughout the decades it took to carve.

TI Location is good. TI could use a good cleaning (power wash) outside it s entrances. The casino is quite smoky. It gave me a slight headache, but you get used to it & don t notice it as much. The check in process (2/14) was a breeze, no long lines or waiting & rooms were ready at check in. The hotel rooms (35th & 24th floors) were nice, clean & newly updated. You get daily housekeeping which is nice. The only complaint was duct tape in the window sills in both rooms on the 35th floor. The lower floors may not be updated. I was offered rooms on the 10th & 11th & they weren t updated. My family stayed on the 16th floor and complained of dust, early morning construction noises & ripped out hallway flooring. The corner market buffet was good with lots of variety. Make sure you check for weekday bogo buffet coupons when checking into the hotel it ll save you $35-50. I would stay again and recommend to a friend.

The customer service at check in was terrible; the concept that I had to pay over 250/night on weekends for a king size bed that was super uncomfortable and pillows that were an absolute joke with an outdated room is disconcerting. It s only saving grace was the pool cabana that was affordable and pleasant. Will never stay again.

Just checked out of our hotel after a four night stay to discover bed bugs in two of our three booked rooms. Hotel provided a contact number for Risk Management that only lead us back to the front desk. The Manager Edgar provided zero support or care for the situation. Unless you want beg bugs and no reimbursement for your stay you should definitely avoid this hotel.

If you like old casinos and 10 year burn in cigarettes and cigar fragrance. This is place for you. The service and the selection of restaurants are not bad. But the smell is everywhere. I think it might be in ice as well. I remember the ice tasted bad and the whole floor we were on smelt like mildew. Wasn't a pleasant experience for my nose. But again got great service.

Overall, hotel was very clean. Parking was free. Actually, I visited Avengers Station. My 7 years old son very enjoyed it. But 5 years old son was scared of sound and visual effects. I think this place is good for all ages except under 5.

We tried to do the quick check in but that service was not working, we then got in line and it was pretty long but they kept people moving quickly. The cashier was very nice, she was having difficulty locating a room and was very apologetic. Room service was quick and the food was great but not worth the cost (pineapple juice cost almost 8.00 and a pancake breakfast is 19.95!). They did give us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding which was very nice and unexpected! The hotel room was outdated and very dark, the bed was okay. Nothing was bad about the stay but it wasnt great either. I will say I enjoyed it much more than staying at Circus Circus (the manor motels).

Treasure Island is an amazing hotel in Vegas. There is so much to do here both in the daytime and at night. They have Award-winning restaurants and live shows. It's a lot of fun to come here and see all the beautiful decorations and people watch. I highly recommend to the restaurants and the bars.

I LOVE staying at Treasure Island. The prices are so affordable yet it remains a VERY nice hotel! I love it s location on the strip, I love the strip view rooms, and the staffing is always excellent when it comes to customer service! Love this place!

Hotel rooms here are old, very dated and smelly, and it's really hard to get a place to smell moldy in Vegas with average humidity of around 13%. The casino floor smells like cigarettes and broken dreams due to the age of the casino. If you need a place just to crash and don't want to pay the room rates above Tao, this hotel across the street is not too bad of a choice.

We went to see the drag brunch show at senor frogs inside treasure island. Even though the actual treasure island staff was of no help in assisting us with finding the box office to pick up our tickets, (we were told it was separate from TI, so it was not their job) the show itself was so great! It was highly entertaining and high energy the whole time. The actual brunch food was not that great and cold, but we didn't go there for the food. The drag Queens themselves made up for everything else, so I'm still giving it 5 starts.

Went to see Cirque Du Soleil "Mystere" here and it was a phenomenal experience. We didn't stick around to gamble but the property seemed well taken care of and very nice. The show was amazing.

Phew, where to begin.... Check-in was an absolute disaster! Booked a suite for 9 days 6 months in advance... Only to have the lady say there were no reservations. It took probably 20 minutes for her to get the room and match the rate that had been booked. No apologies, no upgrades,no comps. Downright terrible customer service. Of course they have no concierge to complain to either. Now to the room... Terrible drains, running toilet that didn't want to flush, run down furniture, black mold around the door of the shower. Oh and the door doesn't latch on it's own. So one night I came back to see that my room had been accessible to whoever wanted to walk into it. Thank God no one had. The TV channels suck, and the TV remote was even worse. Room service menu sucks. Basically everything comes from one of the extremely lackluster restaurants. Can't wait to come back to Vegas and NOT STAY HERE.

Lovely casino. Nice staff. Was stuck with no ride all night along, so I wondered around there all night not once did staff ask me to leave which was lucky for me since it was freezing outside and would have been at least 2 hour walk back to where I was staying at..

Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Love the view of the strip. Hotel staff exceptionally nice and helpful. A coffee pot would be nice as many may not be Starbucks coffee drinkers and disposable slippers would be ideal. Only wish the treasure island show would come back.

This place is definitely starting to show its age. Sure, they ve put some new games in but the building itself and all the facilities are just not as nice as some of the other places. They claim to have several $5 blackjack tables, but I only found 1 the entire time was there and the rest of the trip there were only $10 and up tables. I will say that most of the staff seems upbeat but there were a few that just had no personality at all. I wish they still had the pirate show, that was a big attractant. If you enter the top level be careful around the elevators and escalators. I encountered several shady characters there, but they didn t cause any issues. it s just worth paying a little extra attention.

Everything was good except for 2 of the 4 elevators being down that serviced our floors. We stayed on the 33rd floor and 2 of the 4 elevators were down our whole trip we had to wait up to 30 minutes or more sometimes just to catch an elevator up to our room or back down to the casino because of the 2 working elevators were constantly full. We even had to call the staff and they sent people up to escort us to the service elevators because there was a big group of people waiting to get down to the casino but couldn't catch an elevator.

My partner and I attended Mystere at Treasure Island. The hotel itself is a little older and shows in some places but overall is clean and well kept. The show was very good. It's one of the original Cirque shows in Vegas so it doesn't necessarily have the production value of the newer or bigger shows but has held its own. The performances were very good and the performers themselves did a great job. Definitely would recommend.

I'll start off by saying we paid a little under $60/night for our room, so we knew we wouldn't be getting the royal treatment. The layout of the hotel and location of shops and restaurants is a bit confusing, more signs would help. The pool is extremely small and we were almost shoulder to shoulder on a Tuesday. As with almost everywhere on the strip, food and drinks were overpriced. The room was nice, however. Pretty standard. We are in our late 20's with no kids, and I think if we had stayed longer than just 2 days we would've paid $30-40/night more to stay at one of the nicer resorts on the strip. Overall, not bad. Good for a cheap option.

Visited for the breakfast buffet, and was wonderful. We had the food discount card from 1/2 off Tix. Breezed right in and had a good time. Did pretty well on the casino, bummed there is no show out front anymore, but the ships aren't looking very good either anymore. CVS was very handy to pop into since it is connected to the hotel.
