This stay was unexpectedly nice. I was expecting rooms that were fitting for the lower budget that my company is willing to pay for. Instead, the rooms are recently updated with a new look and feel. That's important when you're in Vegas! Also, the location and view down the strip are excellent.

Great place only when u buy a room. They turn off the TV channels after like 2 am. I even called the front desk. They told me that the TV providers shut off the programs. Which was stupid in my opinion. Will not go here ever again.

Ever since my first time staying here when it first opened, luck has always found me. Even though my 1st visit, they lost the reservation, got bumped up to a Jr. Suite. Then once in the room, lost a $20 bill down into the side slot of the More

Enjoyed our stay, room is clean and good size. Very convenient CVS downstairs and I love the $10 store too. Buffet was good and the monorail was convenient. Pool needs to close later and more reliable escalator because it was broken most of the time we are there. Casino however needs to air out the second hand smoking or designed areas because it really made me nauseous.

Treasure Island is a great Casino and Hotel they offer a lot of attractions here I would have given it 5 stars if they still offered their pirate show. A lot of the big casinos offer free show Treasure Island used to. They closed it down but still have their beautiful pirate ships up for display

Staff was all very friendly and helpful, I could not smell cigarettes at all, just a nice light vanilla. Rooms are spacious and nice. I did not like the advertising film on the outside of the window, made it impossible to see

Treasure Island was interesting because I expected more of a theme inside. There really isn't any architectural awesome design that makes T.I. stand out... It would be really cool to have seen the pirate shows back in the day! However, you think the theme would have flowed to the inside of the casino.

Casino was nice had a good time although it did carry the scent of the smokers down in it. CVS located on its corner with access from inside Treasure Island and restaurants looked clean and in inviting.

The acoustic insulation is not so good. From the 24th floor with sealed window and drape close, the motor vehicle street level noise is easily heard in the room. Bring ear plugs for a good night sleep. This would be a one and done unfortunately I am booked multiple nights for a conference.

Very nice hotel. It seems to be remodeled. The room was really clean and nice. There is plenty of dining and gaming options. I would highly recommend. It s a little pricey but totally worth it.

I really liked the over all vibe of the hotel and the available amenities within walking distance. But the customer service we recieved when we got there was not what youd expect as an "out of towner". We actually had a manager do our check in and he never made eye contact and over all wasnt very friendly, no genuineness to his tone just flat hardly smiled barely thanked us for picking them from the plenty others. (The only reason we picked then was because of the attached gilley's.) The "doormen and women" were extremely rude and inconsistent asking for keys to get on the elevator? So we didnt know til the second to last day that we needed to have it out everytime. The pool is SO tiny. We tried to go down twice and everytime it was packed because there is WAY more chairs than there is pool. Everyone suggested to see if we could get anything comped for gambling and we spent plenty in the casino and had only $5 credit given back to play. The "free" drinks you get when you gamble are free for a reason. They are extremely watered down and good luck tracking down the waitresses once your order is taken. We had better service at the Excalibur which wasnt even our hotel.. if I had to choose for next time I doubt I'd pick it again because it was just so subpar from what I expected the "fabulous Las Vegas" hotels to be like. Come to Texas because We are customer service snobs so we treat others how we want to be treated!

First time we tried this hotel. Awesome location with a CVS inside the property, car rental company inside as well, variety of dining options and dee parking! Very pleasant check in experience. The room was quite spacious and comfortable.
However next morning we woke up to very loud drilling and hammering sounds right above our floor. It s not the kind of morning experience you want after staying awake till 3am at the casino. We were told some renovation was going on. Wish they could have informed us that during check in so we would have picked a different floor. Also same day our water got completely shut off and front desk advised this was an emergency shut off on some floors and guest couldn t be informed. This was very disappointing!!
But -the general manger was very empathetic to the situation. He resolved with so much dignity and courtesy. So I will be coming back!!

Room was clean but had a power strip to plug in our electronic devices into next to one of the beds. We used the BOGO promotion that came with vouchers that could only be used on weekdays which would have been okay if we were not checking in on Saturday and leaving on Monday. When are you suppose to use them. Most of the staff were pleasent enough. When I come back to Vegas I doubt I would stay here again.

I have stayed at the hotel. Excellent place. Price is fair. Its on the strip. Family oriented place. However, the best part is that it has FREE parking which has become an issue in many of the big hotels.

First, I NEVER give 5 stars unless it's heaven...and since I have never been or stayed there, well...u get the picture. Now, this place is very well run! It's very clean. It's very well maintained and the people are very kind and courteous. The price is very competitive to the surrounding hotels. It's is kid friendly and safe. All around, it's a great place to take your family for a Vegas excursion .

Love treasure island it's nice and clean and the staff all around is great. I have stayed here several times and will many more. The ONLY thing I don't suggest about TI is Senior Frogs, the food there is really not great.

The TI is our go-to Casino on the Strip as we've never been disappointed and have always been treated like royalty. We've stayed at TI seven times and booked another stay in April. Can't wait to be spoiled again. We've stayed at many other Hotels on The Strip which didn't have coffee makers which include The Palazzo and The Wynn. Big deal. If you want a coffee maker book the Hotel 6. The TI is the only Hotel that has an empty refrigerator that you can use without having to worry about moving the hotel supplied alcohol and snacks within it. Hotel elevator Security and free parking is a real plus. And if that wasn't enough, there's an CVS just off the Lobby and a free tram to the Mirage. Great coupons at check in, free room upgrades, and an awesome quiet pool area until noon! Thank-you TI, you have a customer for life!

Pros :

Pros :
+ Affordable.
+ Location is on the strip and close to everything.
+ Automated Check-in process was smooth.
+ Blackout curtains.
+ Convenient rideshare location.

Cons :
- Uncomfortable bed and pillows ; it felt like sleeping on a bag of socks.
- Soundproofing feels non-existent.

Overall : 3/5 ; would be 4/5 if the bed we're more comfortable.

Good hotel for the price. Very family friendly for Las Vegas. The pool is a little small and restaurants are limited but it's very easy to get to other locations. Not particularly luxurious but a quality hotel on the Strip.

First off: THE CASINO IS SMOKEY. YOU CAN'T AVOID GOING THROUGH IT TO GET TO THE NON SMOKING ROOMS.

Now with that out of the way, the hotel itself is quite nice. It's got a friendlier more old fashioned aesthetic than some of the other hotels.

I didn't try any of the restaurants, but the room was quite attractive, the bagman was extremely friendly and so was the girl at the front desk.

The check in is after 3pm and the line to check in can be extremely long which is a pain (unless you pay $40 there).

To make up for it, you can check out by texting a number you'll likely receive after checking in which lets you avoid the check out line.

The room was clean, the toiletries stocked and the towels were clean. The resort fee is around $40 and basically gets you wifi. I didn't go to the pool or fitness center, but you might have to pay more for them? I didn't entirely understand the info they gave me regarding it.

Overall the location of the hotel is great and it links right to the mall and the Venetian. Just be wary of how crowded the lanes at the front door can be.

I was also hoping to get escort advertisements as souviners, but there actually weren't any shady criers in dront of the hotel which shocked me.

Ive been to high end resorts and ive been to run down junkie den motels AND then i stayed at treasure island. The staff treated myself and my girlfriend as they sincerely appreciated our business and didnt hesitate to reveal their gratitude by providing a solution to a problem if confronted with 99% of other place would not have helped . Ive never experienced any business go to the lengths treasure island went to help their guest no matter what. Thank u

Nice place, great location. Disappointed that, for the price, there is no coffee maker in the room or microwave. Also, paid for a strip view room but the windows were so dirty..emailed them about it and never heard back.

Family friendly, good luck with slots, kids loved Senor Frogs, pool is great, drinks are done well. For a family, I recommend the the petite suite for the room. The staff here is amazing, they have been fabulous through the COVID thing and I appreciate their kindness even though things are difficult with some people refusing to wear masks.

Great place. Nice rooms. Valet was awesome. We had an adapter piece in our hitch for my mom's wheelchair and it feel out.....they walked through their parking garage until they found it and mailed it to us at no charge. So awesome!!!!

Room was clean, there's only 1 floor that they allow smoking (floor 36 the very top floor), so the smell is strong, free parking, free valet (but please tip them they work very hard)

Tried treasure island for the first time and I'd stay there again for sure. Large clean rooms, close to everything on the strip, and I tried the buffet and it was epic. The buffet has a smaller selection than most but literally everything I ate was cooked perfectly. Perfectly. I even tried stuff I would normally just write off as something not to eat from a buffet and was impressed to say the least. I did get the buffet on a Saturday night so it was the seafood buffet. Better sushi than any other buffet I've tried to date not just California rolls, they had large pieces of fish and tasted excellent. They had perfectly cooked crab including snow crab.
The best item I tried was the short ribs. I would've paid the price of the buffet to just eat that. I'm wanting more now just thinking about them. The beef stroganoff was as good as fine dining restaurants make and the prime rib was some of the best I've ever tasted. Not just fat.
I'd give over 5 starts if there was an extended scale.
Treasure island has a treasure, it's the buffet.

Very disappointed with my stay at Treasure Island. Treated my Mom to a quick weekend getaway so she could watch a show she had been asking to watch. Looking at the dates, Treasure Island had a good price and was conveniently on the Vegas strip. The rooms also looked nice on the website. During our stay, 4 of 6 elevators to our room were broken so wait times were very long. In the room, the room was dark and not updated as seen on the site, sheets looked old, wrinkled and dirty, lamps didnt work, and the shower drained very slowly... an underwhelming experience. Even check-in was cold and mechanical. I should have spent a little extra and stayed in one of the newer hotels... lesson learned.

Fantastic location on the strip. Walking distance to all the shows and entertainment we were interested in, such as the Cirque shows and Bellagio fountains.
Good sized, comfortable rooms. Plenty of on site restaurants or again loads more within easy walking distance. Also had free parking which was a bonus.

Like to stay somewhere different each visit. Slightly outdated, but still nice. The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes, except for our room. After a day, it was the nose burning kind of cigarette smell. Pool was closed, so no opinion of that. Maids did a great job. Resort fees are way to high, considering i had a data package and the pool was closed (if i didnt get the air/hotel package i could have opted out, which sucked) lesson learned, and 45$US a day up in smoke. We won't stay here again, but if you are on a budget, this hotel will do!

they skipped y'all in the vaccination since they asked ya'll to say name because of MY initials "Say baby I love you" It was the PGH HUD housing on the phone with Chicago for that nose noise.
