We ve have gone to Seven Feathers since it opened many years ago. Enjoyed our stays. Always clean and front desk has always helped us with our request for certain floors.
Only problem is the overwhelming air freshener they have been using for quite awhile. It very strong at the front entrance. Some family members stopped on their way down today and left because one of the the freshener. Definitely not good for respiratory problems.
Please tone it down. Thanks for a lot of fun times though.

This is by far the best hotel from Eugene to L.A. The pool is gorgeous and clean. The hot tubs feel amazing. The arcade has a great variety of games for all ages. The Casino is clean and lots of fun.

This is a highly suggested casino to visit. I've been here two times now and both of which have been very satisfied. All of the staff members are very courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The accommodations well updated and modernized. The general public facilities are very nice. The gaming areas are clean and provide lots of fun.

October update: Another visit with more than satisfactory rating. This was my birthday celebration trip. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The resort was booked full, but they still managed to not misstep. The resort is fully engaged to keep us all as safe as possible from the COVID-19 virus. The accommodations remains top clean notch. I highly recommend to stop and stay at this resort should you pass through on your way to Southern Oregon or driving from California North to Portland or Seattle.

The room was very nice and clean. The fan in the bathroom did not work but other than that the room was perfect. It was also nice to get to use the hottub and the pool on this stay!

Probably because I know most of the people that work there, but they are very nice crew. They make you feel welcome, they help you have fun, overall just a good experience. I would recommend this place to others. Plus it kind of helps out canyonville, haha. Canyonville can use it

I just wanna know why I don't get coupons or free stuff from seven feathers a couple of my friends keep getting stuff and barely come there and I've been. There numerous times

My son is a truck driver and he loves this place for good food and cheap prices

Food was great.
Had an wide variety of slots including the newer ones like Walking Dead, Willy Wonka. Old favorites like Wheel of Fortune were present.
There is a self serve, complimentary refreshment station with a variety of fountain drinks, tea and coffee which was a welcome change instead of waiting for a cocktail waitress. (Especially when not ordering alcohol)
Plenty of the standard table games although I did not see roulette.
Very clean and kept up.
Every staff member we encountered was nice.
Also had an assortment of Musician memorabilia from Pat Benatar to Slash.
Definitely worth a stop.

Only place for miles and miles to go to the casino. It's always a blast but expect to loose so you won't be disappointed. The eagle out front is a great place for photos. They have several bars and several restaurants as well as hotel, pool game room for kids and truck stop close by.

Motel staff were perfect as usual, the updated room was inviting and comfortable. Pool and hot tubs were clean and readily equipped. The food service was slightly less than the best - But to their defense, the facility was at maximum occupancy.
Seven Feathers are doing the best they can in these unique days. Keep it up - almost a perfect 5 star.

Sadly my recent experience was not a great one. I've been to many casinos and have never had an issue carrying around a beverage that I purchased outside of the casino. While waiting in line to get a table to eat at the stix bar without warning the hostess walked up to me in line and snatched my drink out of my hand while I was talking to my friends and told me I wasn't allowed to have it. I attempted to apologize that I didn't know and told her I would take it back to my room and she refused to return it to me. The level of rudeness is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced and to top it of we were told we couldn't be seated due to covid 19 restrictions while 4 other groups that were behind us in line were seated. Ive worked in the service industry and would never treat a customer this way no matter the situation and I genuinely hope a lesson was learned and the rudeness I experienced doesnt happen to anyone else especially since otherwise I would have had a good night with nothing but good things to say.

Great place to play and b entertained. An amazing group of ppl to b around. They go way out of their way to take care of u. Exemplary customer service

This is a really nice place. Not just a casino, it is a great family getaway with kids. There is an amazing indoor pool and hot tub. So much fun for kids.

One of our favorite RV parks. Very pleasant, with good shade. We always stop here on our way to Washington or the Oregon coast from California.

I love Seven Feathers Casino, it's my favorite out of all the casinos in Oregon.

Went to the seafood buffet, was awesome as always. Got there right at 4pm so I didn't have to wait around. After dinner went and played on the machines for a little while. Always a great experience for me.

I actually loved it here. I have given five stars even though I stayed in a particulary noisy hallway. Thankfully the front desk had ear plugs and it did quiet down later on. The River Rock Spa is BEAUTIFUL and the staff there,, amazing.. Will definitely go back.

Had a great time, the staff was very pleasant. During this whole covid issue going on I had no concerns while staying there and playing there so many props to the cleaning staff (Thank You).. I stayed in a newly renovated room in the East wing that was done very tastefully and very comfortable, again props to the staff. Thank you very much for a great couple days and nights. See ya soon.

Great place to have lots of fun fore the entire family .

I love it here. I come here a lot. But the problem this time was the sink was full of hair when we entered our room and I dont know what was wrong with the door. We called right away to get it clean because it was gross, and the lady said someone would come up and clean it but noone came. So we called again a few hours later and the lady was rude at the front desk. Heres pics of our sink and bathroom.

It's a small, yet more personable casino. All staff is friendly, and the chicken fried steak dinner is AMAZING. I usually always leave with a win in my pocket off of the machines. Always clean, always well stocked drink stations, always plenty of parking.

Once again 7 Feathers was awesome!!! Honoured our $39 a night coupons during our evacuation. My 4 greatest treasures: Lilly age 8, Carter aged 7, Norah and Nathan aged 4...had a blast, swimming, the arcade and ice cream. Safe clean air and an awesome room with two queen beds. The staff as always were so kind. We appreciate their kindness and their professionalism. Thanks again, during a horrible time you made a little spot of safety and brightness.

Very nice hotel property. Very family oriented. Casino leaves a little to be desired. Too few table games. Craps table closed until 4pm.

Beautiful place! We stayed in the RV Park everyone was awesome from the shuttle bus driver to the waitress in the buffet and the people on the floor, helping the novice gamer figure out how to get her free play

Great place to spend some time! We came for my birthday and they surprised me with a card and sparkling cider which was such a thoughtful touch and I loved it!

The rooms are clean and attractive with a modern decor and very comfortable beds. The pool and spa are well kept, large, and very enjoyable. The casino is something I had no desire to spend any time in because I don't enjoy either smoking or gambling. The food at the restaurant buffet was dreadful and I would go far out of my way to avoid eating there.

It's a nice casino with a large variety of slots and all the typical table games. The slots are open 24/7, the tables open during the day. A great midway-break stop if you're travelling through on I5. Quick and easy access on and off the More

Two friends and i were on a trans Canada/USA motorcycle trip. We stayed at a motel a couple of miles from the Feathers and took the shuttle to the Casino. None of us were gamblers, so it was just a big eating excursion. It was there at the buffet that I was able to have all the smoked salmon that I could eat in one sitting. It was wonderful!!
All the food was top quality - at least it appeared so!!

Great service, drinks and food. I have stayed in the hotel before and everything was clean and exceptional. They do call last call at 2a.m.

You welcome it was fun, clean, people friendly, a great place to come hang out gamble and there is also a arcade for the kids now, the restaurants are open not the buffet, but good environment. The only thing that I would love to see a change in is people are still able to smoke inside.. make a designated smoking area or outside only should be.

It was clean, lots of machines open, tables. Sanataion stations were all over.

This is a beautiful place with a creek running through it and potted hanging flowers everywhere. It is among the hills so sometimes you will see deer wandering around. It has an indoor pool and hot tub, a gym, book exchange, convention room, laundry, etc. The shuttle to the casino or anywhere in town is free and frequent. The spaces are wide, each with metal picnic tables and lawn. There is a nice playground for the kids and sidewalks throughout. I have stayed at RV parks throughout the U.S. and this is one of the best. Well worth the money.

We had a lovely stay with a great dinner at the KBar. Fabulous massage for myself and facial/back facial for my husband at the River Rock spa! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the hotel with a fun evening playing the slots. The courtyard was absolutely beautiful with the flowering trees!

I have stayed at a bunch of Indian casinos in a bunch of states and this by far has been the best one. I haven't met one rude or crotchety staff member. They have all been very nice and helpful, especially in the bingo cafe. I had a wonderful time. The room was big and the beds we're comfortable. The food was pretty good and they even gave me silverware to use in my room after I I got a steak dinner to go. I would definitely recommend this casino and hotel and come back!

The rooms have been renovated, they are very nice. The casino is very vigilant regarding cleanliness, and safety precautions due to coronavirus. The restaurants menus are very limited at the time. DO NOT EAT THE BARBOCOA SUPER BURRITO in the new food food court!!! ( Which is basically still a buffet) It's sooo gross!

I love 2 stay here...but they offer NO Celiac Disease Help. If they would offer the bread...pancakes...waffles whatever that would be helpful. I literally had 2 make a grilled cheese out of my trunk

We just traveled across the US and Seven Feathers Casino was our last stop before home. Well we stayed an extra 2 days instead of going home. We had our best experience with the loosest slotmachins we had seen. Management was the greatest the Hospitality was Five Stars. We will be back to Seven Feathers Casino. Also had bowls , a mat , dog treats and a bag and a towel. The best pet friendly room ever.

The food was perfect. Had a grilled steak salad that was out of this world.

The valet staff was friendly when we pulled in to ask where the closest entrance was for the restaurants. We then entered and checked out the gift shop, which had all sorts of neat stuff. The staff in the gift shop was very polite. We always see the road signs for the buffet when driving down Interstate 5, and thought would finally swing in and see how it tasted. Unfortunately we were unable to. We were there about 2 p.m. and the roadside signs didn't state that there was no lunch buffet, and that the buffet itself didn't open until 4 p.m. I was a little disappointed that there is a breakfast buffet at some of the restaurants there, a dinner buffet at some of the restaurants, but no lunch buffet. We checked out the place before leaving and it looked to be nicely kept and on par with some of the other Casinos we've seen in Oregon and Washington. However, we left a little disappointed that we weren't able to eat at the buffet. It would have been nice if they put the hours on the roadside signs or had a lunch buffet also.

The room was very nice. I had a king single I think in the remodled wing. it had a nice seat to relax and watch tv except the tv sound didn't work. I called the desk and they said they would send someone from maintenance up but it was after 5:00 pm in Covid times so nobody came as far as I know.
The wifi was strong luckily so I was able to stream Netflix on my laptop.
The steakhouse was closed and buffet probably closed forever but the family dining spot was open and I had their steak dinner. It was good except for the salad was disgraceful!!! It was like it sat out all day and wilted.
I think maybe they are doing best they can but no tv sound and wilted inedible salad are not excused so 3 stars.

Always a pleasant visit when we stay at the hotel. We spent a little more on the slot machines, but it was fun and relaxing.

Made reservations 3 weeks In advance for my wife's birthday. Requested bottom floor Handicap with power chair. I told registration I did not want the Room without a power chair. My wife has congestive heart failure and COP And just got on the hospital the day before. When I got there they told me they did not have a power chair, too bad take it or leave it! Talked to hotel manager and casino manager, Hotel manager said to bad, casino manager never called back. Casino is great place but hotel management needs a lot of HELP. I've been going to this casino since they opened, Not no more, going to Yreka (Rain Rock Casino ).

The price was fine. BUT. No microwave. No charger phone. Was not pleased with that. But will come back. The staff were great.

I won 60 dollars with my free signup money. Also, the buffet was good and had a great dessert selection but I'm looking forward to the seafood buffet.

Cow Creek wait staff is AWESOME! Food was delicious. Had some drinks at the sports bar that were made perfect. Several Tv's around the casinos with all the games playing. Another thing I love about this place is the casino ventilation system. I didn't get that 40 year old stale cigarette smoke smell like I do in most casinos. Everything is well kept and clean.
The shuttle service is very convenient and the drivers are very friendly and inform you about up coming events. Highly recommend this resort.

Sooo we have been on a week long 58 the Birthday road trip, tonight we landed at Seven Feathers Casino. We played our 40.00 each for hours here, we both walked away about 100.00 ahead. We headed for K-Bar Steakhouse, there we had the most amazing top sirloin, tender, juicy, tasty, the baked potato was perfect, veggies we're tender yet crisp, oh and the fresh made bread simply scrumptious. The service was superb, we asked for a birthday picture, he not only did he take the photo he brought on the house a cream brulee with a candle as well as a sweetie for my honey on the house. The end of a perfect birthday I'll never forget my experience I had here today! Thank you.

3 stars for the restaurant because the menu is very limited right now due to covid 19. Also the floor in the dining room has been rearranged to create more space between tables and this has caused the noise in this room to increase to an uncomfortable level. Our conversation at the table with our friends was actually quite difficult due to the noise. FIVE STARS for waiter Bobi!

I'm so happy the umqua have this casino resort. They have the best steaks and ice cream from their reservation. It's like catching fish in the ocean and eating that same day.

not the greatest found dirty needled and spoons for drug use within our towels and after calling and complaining we were compt our room and jokingly asked to basically let it go as its a casino and all resorts have this issue..room was not clean and with covid virus there should be no excuse as to why poor management and dirty rooms were provided at a 5 star hotel and resort..disgusting...probably wont go back again only reason for a 1 star is because it forces you to put something

Great place to go have a night of fun. Stay away from the sticks bar and grill for food. Not very good at all. But the casino was a blast

Lots to do here for the whole family. Nice swimming pool, arcade, casino, a variety of restaurants, spa, and more. We don't really gamble, but we came for an event and had a great time. The rooms are spacious and clean too.

Great place to rest for the night if you're on a road trip. There's a well lit and secure parking lot where they let you park for the night for free. Obviously you get sucked into gambling inside the casino :-D Naturally the casino also has wash rooms, so you can freshen up.
