It's a casino what do you want you go and think you're going to end up rich and come up poorer than you were when you got there

Staff members are focused solely on the safety of there guests during this pandemic and I appreciated them for taking such great care of my family during our stay

Excellent RV park, clean, friendly staff, the nearby casino and girl stop are super convenient.

The casino was fine, my boyfriend got food poisoning from a raw hamburger in the restaurant. The salad I had was average. We stayed in the hotel attached to the casino and this place was not planned by the brightest person. The entrance to the motel is not visible when you enter the parking areas. The room was nice but for a senior you need a ladder to get in the bed. My boyfriend struggled and due to being sick he stayed in the chair as it was too much of a struggle to get in and out.

Rooms were spacious and clean. There were black out curtains and in room thermostats, overall very comfortable. My only complaint about the hotel is that we requested 3 consectutive rooms and our rooms were all on separate floors. The casino was clean, staff was helpful and friendly.

I would give this casino five stars if it wasn t so darn smoky. Never have understood why so many people have to smoke while they play the slots. Stop there on a long drive from California to Oregon had a decent meal but the smoke was overwhelming.

Very clean. The buffet was very-good and reasonable. We had a great time.

We went for a 3 day weekend. We had a great time, and the people who work there were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was nice and the beds were soft... a little too soft and too high to be able to comfortably get on the bed. I felt like a walrus trying to climb a verticle cliff.

The restaurant food was just ok, however the portions were generous. The tap water tastes a bit sulfurous, most likely from old volcano tube since Crater Lake, which is a dead crater in itself, is nearby. The restaurants give you free Aquafina bottled water to quench your thirst.

We will be returning in the future and hopefully, they will give me a bed that is lower to the ground.

Although I didn't win I loved this place. The best casino I'd been to while in Oregon.

Nice place. The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful with all the flowers in Bloom.
We actually car camped in the rest stop across the highway. It has all the amenities an overnighter needs.
Once the two very large "lot lizards" made their way down the hill to the truckers lot, the place was nice and quiet.
There is no charge to sleep in your car for up to 12 hours. Clean, heated restrooms and well lit area. Make sure you bring draping for your windows.
The casino was also very clean and the contact we had with the employees was very favorable. I would certainly recommend this stop. There are also dry Lots to overnight in as well as a park close by. The park charges to stay overnight and also charges for a shower.

$2.99 Steak and eggs for truck drivers, go here once a week and never had a complaint.

Terrible. Booked 3 nights and stayed one. To many mask police. They only allowed 2 people at the card tables. I was with a date and we couldn't sit together at a table because there were either 1 or 2 people at every table open. No drink allowed at the tables and half were not even open. Also they raised the minimum bets because and this is what they said "less people at the table we have to make more money". Really? So the burden of a all on us the customers so much for customer service let's make the customer happy. Also the bar "Stix" remove half of there sitting. Social distancing they say . But yet the everyone of the slots on the bar are open and there 3 ft a part. This casino is a tribal casino. You would think after hundreds of years of lies deceit and
oppression from the politicians of this country this would be there chance to stand up against what this government is doing to its people. This casino doesn't have to follow any of the so called covid rules. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I will not be visiting this place ever again. No food choices, room air conditioner broken. They said they fixed it but it cooled it one degree and then stopped. Very loud! It sounded like a heard of elephants were running through the hotel all night. Terrible!

Very clean fun and well no ones really gambling but it's fun none the less.

It's a beautiful casino. So many flowers when you drive in. The dog rooms have been remolded. Beautiful. Tile floors.

Enjoyed the wonderful, value priced room for my overnight stay. The room was well-furnished, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

When is Seven Feathers going to be open 24 hours again? While the Mill Casino is in Oregon, and comparable in size and capacity and has been open 24 hours. This is getting ridiculous, is it to cut costs, or jackpot payouts.

I'm not a big fan of casinos but the customer service was impeccable! We had one of their Penthouse Suites and it was beautiful. Other than the hot tub in the room which I chose not to use because I find them to be not completely sanitary, the shower was amazing! The concierge brought sparkling cider to our room to celebrate our anniversary and that was incredibly thoughtful. It was quiet clean easy to find easy to get in and fairly upscale. Probably one of the nicest hotels in Oregon. We will be going back

If u speak up let them know that your food became Frozen in the refrig they will make it up to you with a free breakfast dinner or lunch they give an extra free room sometimes. 90 percent of their employees AR respectful helpful.
The rooms are clean the beds& pillows are comfortable.They have many slot machine to pick from.
The food in the Bingo snak bar is very Good & reasonable priced. The sirloin Breakfast in Cow creek restaurant is priced very well and very delicious and plenty of food. The food in Stix Bar is also very Good big portion.

I always have a great time there and occasionally stay in the hotel. Customer service is excellent and people are friendly.

Loved it! Stayed in RV resort and had wonderful stay! People went above and beyond to make our stay great. Only issue was Wi-Fi in RV park. We didn't even mention to staff though so, they might have resolution. Get a players card!! The promo's are awesome! They are currently requiring masks and not running full menu but it takes nothing away from the experience.

Styx concert was great and the rooms and employees are great and the food was the bomb

Beautiful renovations, services, staff and efforts were very nice considering dealing with Covid-19, fire smoke, evacuees. Pleasant staff. One of my favorite casino hotel establishments.

Love the eagle statue in front of main entrance. Its giant and beautifully done bronze statue with an eagle soaring down to catch a fish out of the water. Very friendly environment and clean casino and hotel.

Go to Styx Sports Bar. Order that grinder sandwich it's the best.

What can I say? We came up from Medford to have some fun.

We had an okay lunch. Hot roast beef sandwiches but the "roast beef" was deli meat that had been warmed and put on white bread with "homemade" mashed potatoes which means just add water.

Our waitress made lunch worth it! She was great. All the people working the floor are wonderful and friendly.

It is nice to get away from home for the day and I spent more on keno than the machines.

Went here for the seafood buffet and loved it. Good price and good food. The all you can eat crab is amazing!

Actually walked out with money which is unusual but I had a good time and they kept the place clean.

Great casino, restaurants, and my hotel room was great! They were incredibly welcoming to our entire car club ie Ragnarok's Garage

This wasn't a bad place. I was driving late at night and needed to eat. The steak house wasn't taking customers, which was a shame. Had I known they stop taking customers 30 mins prior to close, I would've kept driving. But I was hungry and continued over to the last option, Cow Creek restaurant. I asked for no butter on my food. I'm pretty sure they braised my steak with butter. I was in a lot of pain for the rest of my vacation. For normal people, this is a fine place for quick eats. If there are diet restrictions, I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Family stayed here for 4+ days and my Daughter suffered from bed bug bits. When she reported it to hotel staff she was rebutted by a Myra or Myran and was told it couldn t have happened here. Totally unconcerned and argumentative. Additionally, weekend pool attendant on swing shift was a young man who behaved very creepy and predatory towards my 3 year old Granddaughter . Very concerning behavior from hotel staff. Casino and food service was in contrast professional and excellent.

Nice hotel. Rooms big and very nice. Casino allows smoking every where and even in restaurants. Crazy. 2019 and still letting people smoke indoors and at places where people eat. Cut out the smoking this place gets two more stars!

Can't wait to arrive at seven feathers again. My daughter's and I are breaking up a long drive and staying overnight. My teenage girls are so excited because of the Amazing pool and spa, and I will get to have a little adult time at the casino. Can't wait!!

We stopped for dinner. Food was big portions. Delicious. Great little Live Concert playing. Country singers. The entire casino is beautiful. Beautiful gift shop too! I love the outside area with fire pit

I would have given a 5 star rating but the bed was super hard and not comfortable at all. We will be back just not in that room with the hard bed.

I am a truck driver. The Travel Center on the other side of the freeway is the most impressive Travel Center I've ever stopped at. Immaculate inside in every way and they carry tons of items that you never find at most Travel Centers.

K-bar Steakhouse in the casino has exceptional food. I highly recommend this restaurant and everything to do with Seven Feathers!

I'm not a gambler, I check it out, lose a few bucks, have a drink and go outside and smoke a joint.... It's one of those places. I enjoyed my visit.

7 Feathers is always a delightful experience. Unfortunately, their food has declined over the years, which is why I can't justify 5 stars. Excluding the food, everything else is definitely 5 stars.

This is a great place I stay there every time I go to Washington, great hotel people great casino people and had a great time when The Price is Right road show was there for 2 days. Halloween and Christmas they decorate the area in front exquisitely. Sunday thru Thursday are lower rates than Friday and Saturday. Don't hesitate stop in and say Hi.

The food at the buffet is getting better but still needs some work!

The rooms are nice people that work there are friendley the food is good if u play the games the pay off is no no good at all .if you just go for a good time at a spending limit and don't go over it can be fun and nice

Love this place. Has every thing to keep the kids entertained. Great pool. Would like to see some "back to back" Keno machines added like they have at Rolling Hills Casino. Fun game.

No matter what it seemed like the odds where most definitely in tbe houses favor .. Even with Despite the fact it being a major holiday .

Seven Feathers is my #1 go to. My daughters the resort. I been taking my daughters there all there life. I wish they had more rooms sometimes they are booked and we don't get to spend a night ... not a big deal considering we go there 3-4 times a month. Great hospitality.

Pool and hot tub are clean. Friendly staff. Clean and updated rooms. A fun and easy getaway. Saw Ken Jeong stand up, this is a great place to see a live show.

This is a top casino resort owned by the Cow Creek Umpqua band of Indians Tribe. It's a nice place to stay and your place to play! Good Luck Y'all!

By far my favorite casino to go visit. Even though people are smoking around me I can still breathe. Always a good time in the bingo hall. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds! All around a wonderful establishment.

The Seven Feathers Experience, is a classy one...All Staff has been exemplary, and kind and helpful.
And don't forget to play your players club card you'll have all kinds of amities like hotel stay discounted and food dollars towards restaurants, and points, that you can use in the gift shop, and the kids the kids just love to go swimming and playing in the arcade . It's just a wonderful experience for the whole family...!.

Love hitting this place up whenever we are down in the area

We only eat here for the prime rib and seafood nights at the buffet. Can't beat the price.
The K Bar restaurant is really good, as well!

We stayed at there RV Park for 3-nights. We have always enjoyed staying there on our way to Oregon and then staying there again on our way home. It is a beautiful park and the Casino and restaurants are great, along with the personal always very helpful and curtious. The shuttle is always great for getting to the Casino and home safe back to the RV Park. Nice to have the Market there, too, and Diesel.

Seven Feathers Casino Resort is a beautiful place to stay, relax, eat and have fun. Lots to do other than gaming. The remodeled rooms are so well thought out and simply stunning. They thought about all the details and the result is pure function and tasteful decor. We will be back, again and again.

First Class Casino that rivals some Las Vegas establishments. Friendly staff and restaurants will make your day enjoyable.

Seven Feathers casino is one of my favorite gaming casino's in Oregon. They have many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Multiple restaurants including a to die for seafood buffet. The hotel is always clean and very comfortable.

We only spent about three hours in this casino but everyone was real friendly except the bartenders were pretty slow

The new wing is nicely done. Super clean rooms and casino is very friendly

Inside the casino it's about 50/50 people wearing mask. All employees that I saw were wearing mask. Just a couple of the restaurants were open. They hotel was renting room but no housekeeping but if you needed anything for the room you had to call the front desk. The swimming pool and spa open along with the game room.

My husband and I with our good friends and had a wonderful time at Seven Feathers Casino. They have one of the best loyalty programs(Players Club) have any of the casinos in our area. We are treated like royalty and that's why we will continue to come back again and again

They had all of my favorite slots, with an excellent floor plan. I was disappointed that the only place open to eat.

Went for the buffet, at 10$ it appeared to be a great deal. However, monday is apparently left over night. The melons were all under ripe, the scallop potatoes tasted like dish soap, and everything else lacked all salt.

Love this casino and the hotel. Nothing bad or uncomfortable there. Less smoke from cigarettes would be absolutely nice.

It was the worst experience of my life and you'll be getting a detailed letter because I'm amazed I cannot believe how many things went wrong

Stopped here on our way home and stayed in the RV park. We had a great experience here start to finish. They even have a free shuttle to and from your RV or truck parking lot. Would stay here again.

Clean, fun, spacious and friendly. Not impressed with all of the video slots though. Actual reel machines are way more fun!

I always enjoy stopping at the Seven Feathers Casino. I make my way there every time I pass by. It's a fun place to hang out. The food is good. And the staff is always very nice and friendly.

Nice place, slots are old, they don t pay. Rooms are overpriced, buffet is mediocre. Save your money, drive by.
