My sister and I stayed to celebrate our birthdays and as always had the best time

Very clean/sanitary. The table game staff are absolutely amazing! And the rest of staff very polite as well!

Most enjoyable place to go in Southern Oregon. ESPECIALLY now...during all the shut downs. My room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and all my needs were accommodated. Love the icecream shop and pool. Plus, my slot machine paid out nicely!

Good food and comfortable beds and nice rooms. Lots of slots and other machines to play on. Courteous and kind workers. All professional and neat. Also the cleanliness is great. Thank you for a great stay.

In my opinion probably the best place to stay for all ages. Super comfortable beds, large pool/sap, video game arcade, lots of gambling options (table games and slots), and Dog friendly.

Lots of machine choices. Seven Feathers is the only casino in Oregon that consistently pays out.

We love Seven Feathers. Great Experience every time we go. Pool and arcade for the whole family. Coffee Shop that provides ice cream and pies. Multiple bars and restaurants. Plenty of games and a non smoking section. Our room was extremely nice! Very clean, Spacious. The shower pressure was amazing! Great packages available. The Assistant Manager, Russell was the best! He really made our weekend! Went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Overall, Great Experience! Thank you. We definitely recommend.

I wrote a review on Facebook and I didn't get a reply. Maybe if I wrote it on here I will. Not trying to get them in trouble but just want a little more attitude adjustment. I love getting away and it seems certain people get a response. I hate that in people. So here is my experience;

I stayed there July 29th to the 31st. Two nights, it was ok. The hotel was good until these mask and Social distances came into play.The Staff at the hotel do not treat the guest with respect. I got treated better 2 years ago and that's because covid wasn't a factor. Also I had a problem in my room and it took them 5x to get the problem fixed. Plus when I told front desk about it they acted like it was my fault.
Also the pool people who clean the bathrooms need to clean it before people go in not when its busy. I wanted to go swimming on the 30th around 10am and it was being cleaned. I could not go in. So upset with that.
Prices in Restaurants are outrageous also. I understand with covid but have a special or something instead of high prices.
One more thing the casino is a place for enjoyment and happiness I did not enjoy myself like I did 2 years ago. It felt like everyone was rude.

Even with the covid going on it was still pleasent to visit. Food was good, rooms were clean and newly remodeled and staff helpfyl and friendly. My daughters and I had a great time !

Rooms are nice, but with annoying details: lighting is horrendous. The lights on sides of the bed make buzzing sound and are unusable since you feel like you are in Gulag in 1930s. TV remote did not work well, but overall pretty orderly and nice.

I like to stay up at the rest area very clean bathrooms it s up on the hill call been in the casino a couple times last year haven t really been since Covid but they had great food there love the native People..

We stay at the RV resort. One of the best kept parks we've been to. People are great. Rides to the casino are very easy to be had. Casino is not too big. Good food and entertainment.

Even though it was a fun and good experience, I cannot give it more than three stars as the building was so thick with smoke it took a lot away from the experience. If I had not been spending the night, visiting my Daughter, I would not have stayed/gambled at all in the casino. I had to retreat to my hotel room to breathe. Staff was friendly, food was o.k. but they seriously need better air scrubbers and ventilation. They should also have a no smoking gaming section instead of just the small area of slots...poorly designed floor plan for non smokers!

There is very little I can say that is negative about my stay! the updated/newer rooms are great, even cozy.... I was provided *nearly* every amenity, I was needing....but 1. The 3rd floor room had plenty of heat yet it was not accompanied by a option to cool down the room. (Its my belief all rooms have both a/c & heat year round) respectfully I would give the rating of
4.99 stars great place to go for a trip

Everyone was so hospitable. Especially the older valet gentleman. He ran to my car to get my son's blanket. Room service was great and the hot tubs were wonderful. The room was huge and so clean. Will definitely go back!!!

Love this place. Better than Spirit Mountain. Better than Three Rivers. The Cow Creek Tribe of Indians contributes generously to the communities of Western Oregon. I'm happy to spend my money here. :)

Room was very clean and functional. But the air conditioner was not working. We set it cooler as the rooms get hot usually. It never came on in the night and stayed at 74 degrees. The front desk said they turn off the air during the winter so the pipes don't freeze which makes sense. They encourage people to open the windows but they don't tell you until your sweating all night. Please tell customers when they check in. Despite that small snafu, the hotel, staff, and casino are absolutely wonderful...top notch!! We will definitely come back.

The grounds were beautiful everything was very clean and organized.

Amazing food and very friendly helpful staff. Always a pleasure to visit there!

We came a stayed a night as a mini vacation. We haven't been away from the kids in over 2 years, so it was a big deal to me. The room was really nice and comfortable. It came with top of the line amenities and electronics. We spent the night hoping from bar to bar, eating sushi, enjoying live music and wining a little money in the machines. It was so nice to have a lot of entertainment available and a beautiful hotel room. We didn't have to worry about taking a cab or driving anywhere. We will definitely be back for another fun night away!

Is a small casino but they have a buffet I enjoy it. I recommend this place.

Had a great time. We felt safe with the cleanliness of the rooms and the casino. Can't wait to go back.

This casino is always clean and smells great on the hotel lobby side, and the buffet was very good and reasonably priced (closed for now due to Covid), parking lots are clean and well lit. The slots are reasonable, gives and takes fairly over times. A great stop over before or after long drives through the CA-OR border.

The service was friendly. Rooms were clean. No microwave. Bar in the casino has great food. We also ate the international buffet thurs night and it was horrible. Dry & flavorless & made us ill. Casino has a good variety of games but the entire middle of the main floor is closed off for table games. They need to make a paas thru for slot players. Some of the older games need repair. Buttons don't work or they fail to take money or tickets.

Win some lose some. What the heck. It's a casino. Had fun.

This is more like a Vegas feel casino than I have seen anywhere in Washington or Oregon. Luxury and great amenities even for the kids. Restaurants are great and the food is great as well. Machines aren't loose but we won more times than at Muckelshoot or others.

This is a very professional, fun and clean establishment. I have had wins and losses! They offer fun entertainment, a large pool and two hot tubs, which my children just love and great food!

Had a great time. The room was amazing, as well as the jacuzzi tub.

Not only was the front desk clerk horribly unfriendly, she charged twice for the room and added $1.00 to every charge. Make sure you keep your own records so in the end you are not charged over on each transaction. Room service was horrible and cold. Apparently even if you are as friendly as you can possibly be, it made no difference in service. There were so many things about staying here that went wrong no way to list them all. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!

** I emailed the address they gave me in there comments and still have not had a response from them. So as I said horrible. In total there were 21 complaints and I checked in at 4:00 pm and checked out at 8:30 am. I am not a picky person, it was just bad!

I won 500 bucks here and I heard ppl left and right winning jackpots in the 3hrs I was there. Overall nice place

Very clean. Fun gift shop. Delicious food. The huckleberry and hazelnut ice cream in homemade waffle cones are a must have.

I had a great stay! I love the shower gel and hand lotion it smells wonderful! Thanks again my stay was delightful and so close to gambling. The purchase I made in the gift shop was not only reasonable but also beautiful!

We stopped to have breakfast when on our way to Washington, food was decent , but the kids really enjoyed the arcade! if you are a traveler make sure you become a member so you can save a few cents at their gas station.

As Casinos go, this is one of the best! Great hotel and the food is very good!

Rooms were fantastic with a huge TV and great amenities.Kids will love the huge pool and arcade and we won 450$ on penny slots. Food is good and the coffee is stellar with local coffee served. Temp checks at the door masks are optional but needed for sure . A+ stay Gohawks

I stay here often in my travels and I love the place. The Casino is terrific , and I usually win. The rooms are nice , comfy and elegant,. The arcade is one of the best no kidding. The gift shop that is there is unequaled I am always finding good gifts , things people love and are unusual. Anywhere you go it boils down to how you are treated and I feel like I am visiting friends when I stay here ,You will love it , it has so much more to offer than what i have mentioned as well, Don't pass this up , you will have a good experience !

EDIT: The gift shop was moved . It is just another gift shop now , just a heads up for any shoppers reading. EVERYTHING else is still great ! The arcade .....is smaller (moved into the gift shops old spot) but still decent.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. The nicest staff ever. I had a blast there!

Very nice clean. The issue my husband and I ran into was the customer service at the cash cage. I didn't have my driver's license so I presented my Veterans ID instead. They said they weren't able to take that as a valid form of ID. I had my birth certificate, so went to the car to get that. They also said that they couldn't take that either. The customer service was very condescending and inappropriate. It really is unfortunate because we were going to get a room for the night as well.

Fun place to go for something to do with friends.the only reason it's missing one star is because I've been up there many many times and can never even come out ahead not even a little bit

We stop here often as a halfway point when traveling. Stayed in the east tower this trip which is the newly remodeled rooms. They are nice. Very clean and simple. Construction is still underway which is a bit crazy but would not deter me from staying. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating.

Food is great, slot machines pay well. Room was nice but people need to be more quiet at night. Toilets incredibly low -- good luck trying to stand up. Staff delightful.

Took mom out for her 60th birthday. Best birthday to date. Started out winning, ended up with an empty pocket but a full belly. They served banana creme pie.....mmmmmm

They closed at 3, not my idea of a typical casino. Beautiful, busy, and enroute, the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Seemed as if announcer was on every 2 or 3 minutes anouncing Big Jackpot winnings. I put $40 in a machine and won over $400 on my first spin.

Very clean. Temperature checks coming in. People cleaning machines everywhere. Machines pretty tight for us. Food expensive in the food court but tasted good. When did casinos start pushing profit on food?

What a GREAT RV park. Close to I5 but no noise. Paved sites that are level, shuttle to the casino 24 hour service. Staff is pleasant. We did notice that the price is creeping up.

In Oregon I think that one of the best Casinos if at Lincoln City. I wasn't impressed with the games they have at Seven feathers. The food wasn't anything special, the quality and quantity of the food didn't match the price.

Buffet has alot of choices, but air conditioning is set so high ,your food gets cold quickly. Just get few items at a time. To many yummy desserts to choose from. Great music shows every week. Slots loose and table games pretty good too.

They are very Covid-19 cautious and taking temperatures of all guests, which was nice to see.

Enjoyed our stay here, more family friendly with the nice video game arcade for the kids. Pool is awesome. Service was good.

Traveled from Shady Cove Oregon, short, beautiful drive, Stayed at hotel, which was very clean, large, quiet. Staff throughout was friendly and professional. Close parking as well. Loved being within walking distance of casino. Have stayed twice and will continue to stay at hotel and recommend to all to do the same for a Great enterainment value. We like going to seven feathers to play bingo food is good but the machines are shamefully tight. After the cova shut down I thought they might loosen the machines a little but not going to happen except for high rollars.so I won't be playing them that much.

My favorite casino in oregon, very clean and slots aren't too tight. Hotel is also very nice

Stayed in the resort's RV park. This is a very nice park, one of the nicest I have stayed in. Great sites, level, clean, and wide. The only reason I would not give 5 stars was the cost per night. At $61 per night it is on the very high side, beautiful park though!

Seven feathers casino is one of my favorite places! I love it there my only complaint is that some of the heaters in the room are crazy loud and they don t seem to work right .

Nice place well maintained, A lot of slot machines mostly penny machines. Friendly people, food was good excellent deserts. A bit pricey, but worth it... Fun casino..

Very charming rooms and the Spa is full service. Casino floor is quaint and the tables never pushed on you so you feel free to shop around until you find the perfect one whether it be black jack, craps, roulette, or slot machines. Gift Shop is great!

It's actually a nice place. The food was ok at the restaurant. I am a non smoker, so that is the reason for the 3 stars instead of 4. I realize it is a casino, so smoking is allowed, but no matter where you went, there was the stench of stale smoke and some odor they use to try and cover it up, like cheap perfume. The hotel is outstanding. The service is excellent!

Makes me happy to see the sharps conatainers in the restrooms.
