The only thing I can think of is this wishing the rooms had small microwaves in the rooms.

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms have been refurbished and are beautiful and comfortable. Had a spa day also. Everyone was great. Professional, friendly and helpful.

Check in clerk was fast and efficient but I felt I was being processed rather than being welcomed as a paying guest. No welcome , no enjoy your stay , no thank you for staying , just name, I D, credit card and here s your key card. I noted her name tag as Rebecca.
I was interested in possibly getting a room in a different part of the hotel but she made it clear I was being placed on the first floor next to the parking lot. That s ok, I didn t expect a lot of noise on an off season Thursday night. Besides, the constant fan blowing from the heater covered any outside noise. That fan kept me up all night and I did not sleep. Though I turned the heat up, I had a cold breeze blowing over me all night.
Room was clean, price was reasonable and when the tv quit the front desk sent maintenance right away.
Casino is your typical Indian establishment meaning you won t leave a winner. Stix sports lounge had a decent burger which was surprising since I ve had less than desirable meals there before.
Besides check in, rest of staff all pleasant and professional. I ll avoid staying there again though I like a casino atmosphere to burn time.

Most terrible time I've ever had there we had dinner after dinner I went and found a machine I fired up a cigaret some female guard told me I had to pull my mask up between hits mere my wife cashed out and left we will be back when this is over not one day before

Nice clean establishment. They have a wide variety of gambling choices. A great bar and lounge. As well as family dining. A great place for the kids as they have an epic arcade area. And if you stay at their accomodations they have a very large indoor pool and a great fitness center. They also a health spa with many package to choose from. And don't forget to stop by their gift shop on the way out it has something for everyone. They also have an array of events including live music on a regular basis.

We only stayed overnight. Very great accommodations. We had a room with ADA accessible bathroom. Suggestion: please get this to the architect to slightly tip the shower floor slightly so the water doesn't run all over the bathroom floor!! We really had quite a bit of water to soak up with towels.

Nice casino nice hotel and they have dry RV trailer camping in back for free

Exceeded all my expectations especially for a busy holiday weekend with last minute reservations. walked out with money and had the perfect weekend with my husband.

Stayed the night in a BEAUTIFUL room. The staff are ALL extremely helpful and very nice. There are so many slots to choose from. I'm telling everyone I know to come stay and play at 7 feathers casino!!!!!

Who doesn't like making money? Or for some losing it. Even so very fun place.

They have machines tightened uo its hard to win.. but atmospheres pretty chill.

Hotel was nice, amenities are great. The internet is good enough at 9Mb/s avg. Don't bother with the Bus8ness center computers unless you need to look up directions or something. They're unbelievably slow.

I'd be five if they would be open 24 7. Why even get a room. Lol.

The first thing that went wrong was the two rooms that we requested be conjoined weren t I called several times and was reassured they would be, my children s room was put across the hall from us however they did correct it the next day, secondly my daughter flipped over her pillow to find a huge stain which looked like it could have been blood, maybe coffee I don t know nevertheless it was disgusting and made me question the cleanliness of their rooms which is pretty scary during this Covid situation like you get constantly harassed on the casino floor about your mask being over your nose at all times but they can t change the bedding! Just gross! The arcade is now in a tiny room right next to the front entrance not only is it scary that someone could just grab your kid and be out the door in seconds but it s boring now the kids were done with it within an hour. Then there s the food
:( the food court! it s disgusting and cow creek has very few things on their menu which is pretty unfortunate being the location of the casino and not much to choose from. Slots are extremely tight and they close at 2am due to covid . All around wish we would have taken our money to Three rivers seems to be the only casino that s centered around guest satisfaction anymore. We have free rooms again at seven feathers for October but think we ll pass. This will probably be removed to keep their ratings but his is my honest opinion

Why do your TV advertisements have people NOT wearing masks during this Covid pandemic? I thought everyone was supposed to be wearing masks at your casino!! Pls update it to show the current version of events to inform people they should have masks on now.

Great casino. We live about an hour away and travel here often. We get awesome rates on rooms with our players club card. Its a good place to take the kids for a mini vacay. They can swim in the pool all day and play in the arcade. They love it.

This Casino is so much more. There's a huge arcade for the kids, the pools is open until midnight, dining options are great and the food is really quite good. I'm not much of a gambler but I do love a good slot machine & I even won $110. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were incredible too.

One star for letting you get your own drinks. I played dozens of slot machines along with other people in my party and nothing pays out at this casino. Wasnt my first time at this casino, and each time it's been bad with payouts. This time was particularly bad and will be my last time visiting. Don't go if you are looking for an entertaining time

Took my folks to the seafood buffet on this Friday at the gathering place. The dungeons crab was amazing fresh. In fact everything was amazing. Staff waiting on our table area was extremely nice. Liked the fact I got $5 off coupon as a promotion. On a side note the grounds with all the flowers are spectacular.

Truckers special $2.99 steak and eggs. Best deal on the interstate. I love this place d

So I was working down in roseburg, got told by so many people that we gotta try the buffet, you wont regret it. So we did, the prime rib didnt even need a knife. It was so tender it just pulled apart. The seafood was pretty tasty as well. They also had amazing chocolate dipped strawberries. If you are in southern Oregon and dont know what you want for dinner because everything closes by like 5pm down there then make sure to stop here, they stay open till 10. You wont regret it, we all left very full and happy

Didn't feel that the casino did enough to have proper space between between players, other casinos have shut down every other machine, just my perception.

Basically the spaghetti in the home cook restraunt gave me food poisoning so we has to leave early. Also the service was probably the worst I've ever seen. We set the ac for cool and we woke up at 1 am and it was 85 degrees

Restaurants need more food varieties. Nice RV area but again, open up your restaurants

Large, casino with attached hotel. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Hotel has nice large rooms at a fair price. Rooms are very clean and beds are amazingly comfortable. Smoking rooms are in a whole different building. Great gift shop and restaurants too. We always enjoy our visits.

Fun atmosphere and someone is constantly getting announced over the loudspeaker another jackpot win of 1200 dollars

Clean, quiet, beautiful area to walk around with the dog, picnic tables for a luncheon, and beautiful scenery to view while doing so

The perfect stopping point driving from California to Vancouver. Easy exit on I-5 north. Clean, well-priced rooms, dining options with great food and friendly, (albeit leisurely) service. Typical casino. We'll return.

Each Time I Leave EUGENE, OR or on the way to EUGENE, OR I stop at SEVEN FEATHERS to get gas, some snacks for the road. I've only been to the casino side one time to get a quick dinner while on the road. It's really nice inside. The Food court has real good food, friendly staff.
The Truck stop has a gas station, rest rooms, lots of choices for snacks and meals too. My favorite (pre-COVID) was the soup of the day. The Minestrone and Clam Chowder were and are my faves. I can't wait until they can bring them back.
The Popcorn Chicken from the food court at the casino was the perfect item for a road trip. I'll stop by again on my way back to Cali.

Nice facility. People should honor the rules of wearing a mask. Many people wearing no mask or wearing it on chin not over their nose and mouth. Smokers using their habit as an excuse to not wear their mask at all. Please enforce your rules for the safety of your customers and team members. If you aren't going to honor/enforce your rules no one should have to where a mask.

The coffee was wonderful but the casino very empty both up and back on our trip. There were more employees than patrons. Kinda eerie for a casino. I probably won't be back unless I have to stop for gas. It was the cheapest gas on our trip from Washington to California n back. Anna F.

Best rooms in the area. They offer river access for fishing steelhead, salmon, trout, and small mouth.

I stayed here this week and due to the increased covid regulations and vaccines onsite I would not recommend staying here. I dont know if the staff has changed, but the hotel doorman takes his temperature machine to seriously. It has been malfunctioning and reading lower temps for weeks and still being used anytime someone leaves. Probably because the vaccine station is just outside. I left my room this morning and when I came back the door was open and maid services where past it. When i asked them about it they said they didnt know anything.

After covid regulations are over this hotel will most likely return to its former greatness but for now I can not recommend this place. And they own all but 1 hotel in the area.

We live closer to Spirit Mountain and Chinook Winds Casinos but we are treated better at Seven Feathers! The amenities, restaurants, hotel rooms and casino at Seven Feathers is much different. The big Difference is the people. Rachel Kitchens has been amazing. If it wasn't for her we might go to the other places.

My home away from home! They always take care of us, and they have the cleanest most comfortable rooms.. Tables dealers rock too! Very professional staff..

Nice place to go visit but never give me money, I went 3 times and lost over a thousand each time so maybe not for me.

Clean room and was surprised by how nice they were. Seven feathers is definitely one of our favorite places. Our dogs enjoyed it also.

I have been coming here for the last 15 years. They are getting only better. Not just casino but a good resort you can come with kids and enjoy.

We were dissapointed with the buffet last night. No carved meats. For meat: fried chicken and pre pkgd. Cocktail meatballs. My SO even felt ill in the middle of the night. Would definitely not recommend. Our server was nice and very pleasant.

Let me start with pulling up to the valet. What friendly fast service. Then the valet called us a bell hop. The bell hop arrived within 3 minutes with a smile on his face ready to help. He loaded and unloaded all our luggage for us. Then after a delicious room service meal that arrived within the promised 30 minutes. We got the pool and hot tub. What a treat after 8 hours and 384 miles. Everything is impeccably clean! This morning we ended our stay with the brunch buffet. What a selection! I had steak that you didn't need a knife to cut my daughter had biscuits and gravy my sister had ham and eggs. But there were lunch items as well as breakfast and desserts and the fruit was perfect! I WILL be going back as often as I can.

Great family fun and some fun for the parents love the pool and the food

We have had many fun evenings there and enjoyed their nice buffet. So, when my mother wanted to go there and have a nice excursion and lunch buffet we were disappointed to find out they only offer lunch buffet on the weekends. We are in the cafe where the service was excellent, but the food was poor quality. We will go again after 4pm week days if we plan to eat, as the buffet is far superior quality to the cafe. Lesson learned.

Wife and I love the atmosphere. Good food, music, and games. Friendly and helpful people.

I love staying at Seven Feathers. Even if just for one night, it's like a mini-vacation! The rooms are clean and comfortable and everyone is nice. Win or lose, it's a fun place.

Great food at really good prices even for a tribal casino. We always bookend our stay and play at Valley of the Rogue and Ashland by staying here 4 or 5 days. I have not seen another RV resort with such cleanliness. The restrooms (like a bathroom at home, shower, toilet, lots of room), grounds, amenities all so clean and laundry too. Worth checking out!

The hotel is worth the stay and I will stay again. It s well cleaned and doesn t smell weird. The only reason I didn t give a 5 is because the bed is a little too hard. It s still comfortable enough to get sleep though. The other downside is they still allow smoking in the casino, despite COVID. The hot chocolates at the casino are PERFECT and drinks are free!

The cow restaurant has some good items and some ok. The breakfast burrito is super oily inside . The Stix bar has a good burger and large portions. K-bar you will only get in with a reservation because they stay packed, even when they first open. We were the first in line, but had no reservation so they said we could come back at 7:30.

Pleased to say a good visit . Stayed at the hotel next door and despite covid had a good time

Wonderful place, great people work there, great casino, great restaurants and bars. Rooms were so nice, comfy beds!

Games do not pay out enough. Spirit mountain id much better. You actually feel lile you could win something at Spirit mountain.

Wish they had kid friendly shows, but other than that the hotel was extremely accommodating (thought we booked pet friendly room and they were packed but still fit us in) rooms were clean, wish the pet walking area was bigger and closer. Loved that they had an arcade, swimming pool was amazing, dealers were humorous and easy going for a first timer. Had a blast, will go again!!

Stoped by with a friend of mine, we had a great brunch here. The food and service was good. Spent a little on the slots. Well always stop by for a good lunch. The place was clean.

Didn't get much sleep had people arguing outside our room most of the night. People in room above is were really loud.

The new chairs need to be kept lower, and they need to have something done about sliding. When I first saw them, I thought they were great. Comfortable looking. And they are if you can lower them and get them under you.

Always a great place to stay and play. My only complaint is not enough staff at the cashier cage.

The staff is helpful and nice. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The casino is nice. There is a smoking and a non smoking section. I have won more money at this casino then any other casino I have been to.

This place actually knows what an ADA room is. Our best room yet. Lots of plugs and wheelchair room.

The buffet is very affordable. $9.99 for a Thursday night dinner per an adult. They do not charge kids until 5, I believe. The selection of food was okay. I would prefer to see more healthy options. There were a couple of sugar free pies, but nothing major in sugar free options.
Drink comes with your meal.

I had a beautiful room on the east side . That was very clean. The staff was professional and very welcoming. It was a enjoyable stay.

Everyone was super nice room was excellent I just got one problem no microwave in the rooms I wanted to reheat my Denver omelette that I brought at the restaurant oh 1ell but thank for a great stay.

Stayed here two nights Sunday and Monday. Clean accommodating and the best of all didn t loose all our money!

Big. Light. Airy. Many types of slots to choose from. Everything from a penny to a dollar. I played a $5 21 table for hours. My mom won big on a penny machine. All in all we had a wonderful time.

We love it here. Pool and sauna situation is with the drive alone. We party our pants off here and we're never bothered. We have always had a great time here and actually never go home broke.
