Love this place.
Friendly, great food , very clean.

Nice clean rooms. Easy check in even without a reservation. Fun casino games and helpful staff. Lots of food options and bar with live music. Thoroughly enjoyed getting off the road and relaxing. Spa available as well.

The new rooms are very very chic and fun! Nice bedding however pillows aren't as flat as I like them to be. The pool and hot tubs are great for the kiddos. Outdoor music on the patio is so relaxing and enjoyable. I especially enjoy the variety of slots. Win some, lose some but fun in the process. No mask required which I didn't like but I wore one myself.

We like to go down there for four days every other month.

Friendly staff, could not get into K-Bar (no reservation). Food at the restaurant was way overcooked (steak was ordered medium but came well, well done same with the hash browns on another meal). Not normally like that though was extremely busy maybe Chief was stressed.

One of the prettiest RV parks we have stayed at. Many amenities offered. Casino smells great, not like cigarette smoke, restaurant had wonderful steak, shrimp dinner.

This place was awesome. Was on our way back from a family trip, and stopped by to ask about the table Games department and got a grand tour. Will definitely be back, and possibly work here one day!

We go once a year and always have great customer service. Hotel is clean. We just made our 7 hour trip back home to find i had a $50.00 slot ticket in my purse. I wonder if i mail it if they would send me a check.

Sunday brunch was out-of-this-world GREAT!

Typical casino but air is mostly clean, not very smoky. Food is excellent and many choices and fair prices. Buffet is very reasonable at $9.95 Monday - Thursday. Many choices and very clean.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time. Stayed one night just us, and had so much fun! Live music in the lounge to enjoy. Staff was very friendly. The next night we brought the kids. They had a great time in the arcade, pool and hot tub. Everything was open late, food was yummy. Our room was super clean and spacious. Definitely coming back!

We have stayed here many times over the years. Convenient to our home, nice casino and restaurant choices. Our visit last Wednesday night was in contrast to every other one. We came up to the room and the door had been left partly open by the night latch. Every light was on, all drawers and the coffee maker had been pulled from the dresser. The beds were made, and the room appeared to have been tended to by housekeeping but the toilet seat was up and most importantly our hanging clothes and an overnight bag were gone from the closet. Security was called, officers arrived and took pictures. They said they would look at security videos and let us know. They also thought our property may have been taken to the valet thinking we left without it. We were late for our dinner reservation at the Steak House. We knew the name of the housekeeper, who by then was gone but they said she would not remove property from the room. They said to go have dinner. 2 1/2 hours later they located our items at Lost and Found. Dress shirt and slacks, along with a sweater were wadded up in a laundry bag. The name on the bag tag as well as overnight bag was the same as the name of the housekeeper who Obviously did take our prooerty there. Obviously front desk who was notified immediately, and housekeeping were on two different channels that day. Very disconcerting and why it took 2+ hours to check lost and found, I don't know.

They only accept dogs. They have "pet friendly" on their reservations tab, but then you find out it is dogs only. I hate cigarette smoke, their food is below average, drinks are terrible and now this. I AM NOT COMING BACK!

I miss getting my mailers , coupons every month, to see if I want to go to seven feathers to gamble, I get coupons mailers, from spirit mountain, three rivers, ilania casinos, I don't like giving out my e mail address

I stayed here for 6 nights just needing some time away and got kicked out of the casino for bringing in a beer I had in my motel refrigerator. The food there was so so. I definitely felt safe there but will never go back due to their unusual stipulations.

Always a good time. Super clean room, nice towels, quality toiletries, cozy beds. The pool is off the hook. Lights up different colors & has 4 streams of water shooting across. 2 hot tubs, a sauna you dump water on rock for, like a real old school style. We won at the casino while the kids played in the arcade. Awesome front desk staff & valet. Loved our trip! :-D

Staff was friendly, and casino was clean. The only real issue is lack of parking

Fast service and good food. Courtesy front door staff for The Rona related temp check requirements and everyone was masked or wearing faceshields. Great place for a meal, some gambling and an overnight RV parking lot stay. Thanks Seven Feathers!

Very neat and clean. My dealer experience was made great by a lady named Kathy. She went beyond above and beyond in her job. I would have never re-visited the casino had it not been for her. Overall, great experience.

WOW! What a great place! My favorite casino in the Pacific Northwest! CLEAN, GREAT STAFF, WINS WINS WINS and just a great place to go to.
I would love to profile them on my show "Pacific Northwest Attractions" if they would let me. Going again this month for another stay at fantastic attraction! A total top notch casino which includes flashing lights, noise, sodas, coffee, great food and rock and roll. This place is awesome! The rooms are so clean and beautiful as well!

Excellent Casino Experience Everytime!
It feels so new and fresh. I visit weekly and stay at least once or twice a month and it's always a pleasurable experience. The staff is friendly, the food is good and the Casino floor is exciting. What more can you ask for? Southern Oregon is very fortunate to have this gem.

Comfortable rooms, Helpful staff & terrifically popular seafood buffet. Talented musical duo...not to mention, a great stop in Canyonville.

Really fun pool for kids portions at breakfast were huge too much food. The buffet was average but we'll priced. Rooms were clean and beds we're comfortable

Went for the seafood buffet. There was Dungeness crab as far as the eye could see! Still had prime rib, kids bar, and other favorites.

Must all of the slot machines open (covid-19). Dividers between machines when necessary. Temperature taken upon entering. Plenty of staff. Tight machines, At least for me anyway. Gas and truck stop, with small deli on the other side of freeway.

Security was rude and machines are really tight! People who work the floor are also not very helpful. Looking for another casino to spend my money at when looking for fun things to do!

My wife and I stayed in the East Tower and loved it! Very quiet and peaceful! A perfect place to return after exploring the area and enjoying some slot play and a tasty snack at Stix!

Fantastic rooms. Clean and date night priced. The restaurant has good food, nice portions, and decently priced.

This place is a hidden gem. Right off the highway, it's a great location and the scenery is amazing. There's a young lady named Jaiden who is just an absolute pleasure to be around. Her energy and friendliness is unmatched. She deserves a raise guys. Great resort and a great employee!

Off the hook with people packed everywhere but all old retired peeps but still fun

The remodeled rooms are beautiful. There was a wall mounted tv that was absolutely beautiful. Great staff, clean room, all around a great place to stay.

Love this casino, they hook me up with tons of complimentary rooms and free slot play. They go above and beyond to keep me coming back. It s only an hour drive from Medford, and they always allow me to sleep in even tho check out is at 11am haha.

We went to Seven Feathers Resort and Casino to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. We decided to go there because they had great choices represented on their website. We got there on Labor Day 9/7/20, when they found it was our anniversary they brought up sparkling cider and a card to our room! So sweet! Everyone was extremely nice our whole stay. The issues we had were they didn't let us know on the website that the new food court is Not open during the week, that took off significant choices for food. Also the Steakhouse is only open Wednesday-Saturday, and with reservation only, this meant our only day we could have eaten there would be Wednesday. So they neglect to outline all or any really of their restrictions on their website. We felt we weren't able to then make an informed decision on where to go. We drove over 6 hours from N. Washington State to find out that a lot of what we were expecting was not open.

We liked this Casino! The staff was awesome and they did a great job with cleaning and temp checking.

Best place for a traveler to rest at! Great store with cool "trinkets" shuttle to casino, great driver lounge, altho there's a full deli and coffee shop. Not 5 stars because I like my coffee with some ice to cool it. Well to do this I got to get my coffee cup, walk clear across whole store to get ice (100 ft maybe) then walk back to coffee bar and pick from ONLY 2 coffee options. Altho the "espresso bar" is very great option as well

We travel a lot from state line to state line. We always plan to stop at Seven Feathers. Never hit the buffet but hear good things about it. We always eat in the bar. Wings and a sandwich every time.

It's fun. Didn't win anything seems hard to win if I did win I gave it all back.

All we did there was have lunch but it was a great memory with mom

Excellent service from resort staff. They were professional, prompt, and helpful. The food at Styx was served at temp and delicious. The pool was warm and facilities were clean. Our family overnight was very positive. We would be happy to stay again.

Had a really good pit stop here on my way to Idaho. Really nice staff here. Great food too. Fun casino

I've been going there 29 years it must be a good place to spend time

Took so long to get our food I almost fell asleep out of boredom. nothing special the service was poor. drinks weak. It was a truck stop with lots of video poker. Not what I envisioned this place to be at all and the nachos weren't even good who screws up nachos.

Friendly, considerate staff, they go above and beyond to make your time there very comfortable . The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable , extra pillows no problem, my dog was welcomed also! Recommend this place to everyone highly!

Great place to get away to , I am still waiting to hit a jackpot though for pete sakes. Everyone else does all the time, I have visited enough to, too get one, one-day myself I Hope
Only thing Did disappointing this time the River Rovk spa wasn't open at all to guests, not su4e if it was d I e to social distancing or another reason But was looking forward to enjoying that. But didn't get to use the ait at all this time

Used to be a fun place to get rid of money until the covid-19 and mask thing come along. I will resume going down to gamble after this covid-19 runs its course and not until. I'm not going to sit there with a mask on for hours while I'm gambling

We had a blast at the casino. Drove up for a day trip and met a friend and played some blackjack and slot machines for about 5 hours. Everyone was real nice there and the dealers were helpful because I have not played much blackjack.

The rooms were nice and clean. The bathrooms are pretty exquisite. We used the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone to swim. The staff were attentive and friendly. The casino floor was not too crowded or loud. It was pleasant to be there. The free soft drinks on the casino floor were also awesome to have available as well.

Best place to lose all my money. Ha! But did wont a few times

Service was exceptionally friendly not always fast but worth the wait. We visited Three Rivers The Mill and Seven Feathers this trip. 7 Feathers ranked #1 Service. The Mill ranked #1 most fun to play. Very disappointed with the changes at 3 Rivers no #1's for them!

I enjoy this casino. You have easy access right off the I-5. I have enjoyed all of your food establishments however some service people need a little training. I also like your table games. I will continue to visit on a regular basis. Tina Handy

Casino was fun with new and older games. Staying @ hotel was not great

Great food and atmosphere. Staff is friendly and if gaming is what you like then this is the place to go. The amenities surrounding their gaming experience are second to none.

Swimming,winning money, and having a good time. A great place to hangout and have fun.

Worst casino. Never hear bells n whistles anywhere. It's like no one wins.... ever. Been 3 or 4 times and its been the same everytime. Looks nice...and plenty of traffic....just very little payouts. I always listen for the dings n bells of machines going off. You dont hear that hardly at all here. Better for the hotel aspect i think.

Lots to do. Swim, workout, dine, listen to live music, golf, enjoy pampering at the spa, and gamble if you're so inclined. There is a lovely RV Park across the street if you're on the road.

Everything was wonderful the food, the room, the never ending hot water in the morning. Even the gaming was awesome. Even though I didn't leave rich, it was a lot of fun.

The slots are always tight and the table games have rarely done anything for me but take my money. Looser slots and better games in the No smoking area would be a great idea. Also maybe add a vegan and vegetarian menu to one of your restaurants... I mean the buffet is the buffet but i should be able to sit down and eat just as well at the restaurant right off the menu.

The place is beautiful inside and out. Very large hotel. Rooms are clean and roomy. Staff is polite and helpful
The resturant we ate at was fast and delicious food. The Casino we realy had fun in. They have a very large Inside pool, A weight room. Several food stations and many more things. Lobby is very comfortable with several couches and several fire places. This place is very reasonable price to stay and you never have to leave. We love it. I totally recommend Seven Feather Hotel - Casino. I give this place a STRONG 5 STAR

Beautiful Casino!!! I'm not going to dog the casino because i walked out of there a loser, cause i could've walked out 75$ richer, with that said I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed my time there!!!
There is something there for EVERYONE!!! Also, the smoking/non-smoking area's are spaced perfectly throughout there place.
*Will DEFINITELY be going back when I go through the area again!!

Had a relaxing trip last weekend. Spent two nights at Seven Feathers. Room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The casino itself has a wonderful variety of games. If I have any complaints it would be with rude, drunk customers. No social distancing and very crowded both Friday and Saturday night so I played earlier in the day and late afternoon. Also the best restaurant, K Bar was booked solid both nights so we could not get in. Overall a five star experience!

Cold Slots and if you play Bingo all wins are level 3, I haven't seen any level 1 or 2 wins yet!

I surprised to see that they where open, but happy about it, didn't do well, but I was entertained!!! And they did take precautions, you had to get your temperature taken before you can enter, and you had to your mask!!!
