Three feathers Casino Review

Highly recommend joining the free players club especially if you're active or retired military. Nice perks as a member. Buffet was good, was a struggle for the staff to keep foods stocked but I thought they did well. Casino is clean and uncluttered. Gift shop had interesting items. Definitely a stop on our annual trips to Seattle from LA.

Full capacity per hotel for Thanksgiving wknd. Booked room in advance for Sat and had to cancel. No problem on their end for another party to book room.
Asked about gaming availability/ times, referred me to gaming received all info, then restaurant dining was able to make resrvtn and booked time
Staff on all three , hotel, gaming, steakhouse exceptional. Polite and very knowledgeable about each area .Great internal transfers on phone so didn't need to call back for each area. Gaming could improve on internal phone transfers.

Enjoyed our spur of the moment trip to this casino. Helps that I won at the 21 table. (Won back enough to cover hubby's slot losses.) Dealers were friendly and, of course, I'm happy to say they were gracious losers. LOL

The casino is clean and well maintained. Will doubtless stop by again.

I enjoy this casino/hotel on my way to K falls. I pit stop here either for a few hours or overnight. The east wing is the newer of the 2 hotel wings (300 rooms total) recently they built cabins you can stay in. Despite covid, they allow everybody in. They are strict on mask wearing, temp checks are required, and sanitation stations are seen throughout. The night I went, it was a money grab from the casino (my rating isn't based on gambling experience). The room I stayed in had 2 bottles of aquafina and wished they had more. The water out of the faucet and shower had a mildew or moldy kinda smell and taste and wasn't great quality of water overall. The shower's water pressure trickles out and took a long time to make myself feel clean. I DESPISE LOW FLOWS. You take 2 to 3 times longer shower which of they had normal for, wouldn't be as long, to me, I think of it as an inconvenience. Upon arriving to the room the satellite tv box wasn't working so maintenance had to be called to help trouble shoot (restarted the box which corrected the issue). Other than that, the staff that do the tables are exceptional. One called me by name and you could see they knew their regulars as they were very sociable with them. I had great dealers last night and even though I lost, they made it a great experience for me. I love all the soda fountains around to get your own drinks. I wish they had more ATMs around and better food selection at Cow Creek restaurant. Literally only 8 similar items listed under each meal option of breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Example, lunch had 4 types of sandwiches, 2 types of burgers, and salad, but, food was good. I hate they allow smoking inside the casino, even though they have a small no smoking section, the card tables are in the smoking area. People light up right next to you and it's disgusting. The smell stays in your mask and your left breathing the patrons disgusting cancer causing habits. Please allow only outside smoking unless it's in the hotel room. This place is dog friendly. Overall it's a pit stop I'll continue to use.

Sunday brunch lots of variety but the food & freshness wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The service was really attentive and our drinks were always refilled quickly. The hotel/casino host staff (esp Jesse) is awesome. The rooms are perfectly clean. Wish the pool/hot tub was open later for adults.

Most excellent stay customer service was great . room was eexceptionaly clean and comfortable . bed was. Like sleeping on the feather of angels. Great place, we always stop by there on the way home during road trips. A little adult fun with the slots and the kids playing in the arcade. Then having dinner before or after depending on the time. Also of course some delicious ice cream to top it off. Been talking about staying there next time.

I always love coming here. The staff is great and I love the discount on the rooms with my player's club card. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is sp helpful.

We stay at the RV park and has to be one of the most beautiful RV parks we have been to. It's well maintained and the people are very nice. The casino is clean and beautiful. We had a great time.

Had a good meal and a fun time. Didn't win but didn't lose to bad either.

This is one of my favorite casinos I drove all the way from Seattle Washington and it was so worth it.

Very, very rude to me and my girlfriend.. it was around midnight and I came around to the front where the valet spot is to pick up my girlfriend. They told me to go park somewhere else and I didn't feel wanted there at all. Like they were kicking me out... After I parked and let her know that I left from up front area. But by the time I had parked the truck and jumped out they had already called the police on me. I 2012 f-150

Room was comfortable, but the food was lousy. They advertised Chinese buffet. What a joke. 5 items only. No chow mein, shrimp, BBQ pork, egg good young . To expensive for what they had

Friendly Staff! Clean with firm protocol for dealing with Covid. Temperature checks at all entrances. Pet friendly! Good food.

3 star just for being tribal, loved the food! Only problem was the wife and I literally could not hang to finish as way to smokey from cigarettes, my wife felt ill as did I and we were sitting in the non smoking area! Go figure? Wish there was better ventilation!

Stayed just 2 nights and was really surprised how uncaring the staff here was. I barely left the room an when I did, there was a woman at Kabi who was uncaring an rude. At the spa, a red colored hair chubby woman was horrible. She was not helpful. The food at KBar was NOT worth the $. Cow Cafe breakfast wasn't too bad, but their chicken pasta dinner must have been old since it tasted off!!
After just 2 days, I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! EVER!!!! I used to live an work in Vegas so I know what I'm talking about!!

The casino is great. The Motel has great rooms but, I hate the cigarette smoke that totally fills the air. (Everywhere you go).

For those who love to gamble it is a great place. I do not smoke and the no smoking room is limited, still trying to get the smoke out of my clothes and getting over a sore throat. Food was acceptable but not exceptional. Lodging and staff were great.

We are sitting at Steelhead Lounge, on the second night of our stay here this weekend. My Glass as well as my boyfriend s have both been empty for twenty minutes. There are three people working the bar. We cannot get drinks or any acknowledgement whatsoever. It takes at least 30 minutes for drinks here, and we are watching the same for every other customer. Second night in a row. At least they are consistent.

First time in a casino in months. The buttons on the video poker machines were so dirty they wouldn't work. Had to use the touch screen. You would think the machines would have been cleaned while they were shut down due to corona virus.

The only reason that I hated it because it was no Restaurant New Spa but they have a pool that had Casino but don't have one place to eat which is Burger King which king. Burger King at all but other than that but the bed so comfortable there is clean or sterilize I had a pony with my TV set and maintenance came in 10 minutes other than that I'm most guest in that wear their masks like they should be in restaurants in hotels but they never did I asked one of the employees he was standing next to the door who is taking temperatures and it said right there on the sidewalk or it's required the most of them went out right now for some reason so I didn't know why but I was wearing mine. Day but other than that it's fine but it was middle of nowhere you had to drive for like a half an hour to get to Walmart Burger King all that other stuff in the in and out but other than that was fine if it's really comfortable

Nice rooms , recently remodeled. Room is too warm , thermostat not working. Nice casino with plenty of dining options. Awesome swimming pool. Staff is friendly.

Fun place even with kids because of the pool and arcade. Buffet restaurant is good too. Rooms are nice and cozy

Great place! Everything you need is here. Exceptionally clean. Individual bathrooms each with shower toilet and sink. Nice and warm in fall winter. Loved it! Second stay here.

Hotel staff was amazing pool is badass stays open until 2am super luxurious minus the outdated carpet. Family including kids had a great time outside of the food. The food is a one star at best the buffet was closed and only one restaurant a bar and the kafe were open for service. we chose the bar food spent over 110$ for 5 meals that were beyond a disappointment after waiting an hour for it to come out. The Cafe has awesome ice cream and decent "fresh sushi" but that's it. That being said if looking for a good dinner travel and seek your location early because everything near by is closed by 8 at latest picture is of the around 15 or 17 dollar Philly Cheesesteak

Love, love, love Seven Feathers!! Has been coming for a few years now always our go-to stop midway between San Jose, Ca and Seattle. Now we have moved to Oregon coast and make the 3.5 hr trek every month. Lose more than I win but hospitality more than makes up for it..Staff, cleanliness and food are top notch. Very impressed with their PPE standards during pandemic.See y'all in a couple weeks!!!

Awesome absolutely a great place to take your kids to the arcade or even just to get away for a bit stay in their lovely comfortable rooms. And then go spend all your money in their casino lol love it

Place is subpar......
There was a 5 person line at the cashier, they had no movement until I started taking pictures. After that, security came up to me and the line started moving. Then the chief security advisor came up, and told me that they were undergoing construction. This was a lie which he quickly corrected, and I commend him for being more honest with me. Shortly thereafter though he made the claim that I wasn't letting him talk, which I clearly was listening, and allowing him to state his piece. His claim about me not listening was based on the fact that I told him that there was no construction, as there was no obvious signs of construction. In which he, like I said, later confirmed. He also informed me that I would be in trouble for posting the pictures of people doing nothing. Thank goodness that one sweet lady was doing her job.
Other than that the place was hardly special. K-bar has relatively slow services and quite a terrible view. The buffets might be magnificent, but I'm not gonna visit for obvious reasons. If the casino staff was so lax, I could hardly imagine how terrible the hotel would be. I'm glad I didn't make the mistake of overpaying for a resort of no report.

I did not stay as an overnight guest. However I did enjoy the casino. It looks very nice and seems to have expanded since my last trip. The casino was clean and comfortable. There are lots of slots, but not many table games. We are at the buffet, it was adequate, but nothing to write home about, although the price was great, $7.99 On Monday.

Too many slot machines. Of course I'm a video poker player and a Keno player. Nothing but really really old and very few video poker machines

Good: Food at the buffet
Good: Comfy beds and rooms
Good: Soft pillows
Good: Amazing shower
Good: Arcade and Pool
Good: The statue outside
Bad: The buffet was at 50% capacity and we had an hour and a half wait...
Bad: Pillows made my neck hurt. Bring your own. But we're soft.
Bad: Cupcakes in buffet area are restless and the frosting is chunky.
Bad: Walls I'm the room are thin...

Overall it was a fun experience end I will stay again, but it will not be for a while. The buffet is definitely worth it if you steer clear of the cupcakes. The arcade is packed full of fun, but the claw machine, like all of them, will not grab anything. The pool is always packed so try not to kick anyone in the face. Friendly staff and management.

Great attitudes from start to finish.I stay here weekly and am always happy with the service and my room. Wish they would go back to room service meals but things change.

Small gambling hall...but they had blackjack and craps on the same floor....i do not recommend the buffet..both my wife and I felt I'll soon after eating

First time at this Casino. Arrived at midnight and they close at 2:30pm. Place was not crowded maybe due to weekday however they follow safety guidelines and regulations of social distancing and the place was clean. Glad to know they have free beverages as well. Staff at entrance and those who walk around were friendly. Fyi the ATM won't work unless your debit or credit card has a chip. I seen an arcade room so I'm wondering if they have things for children there but since it's Covid it might be closed until further notice.

Best casino on i5 absolutely love this place I'm a truck driver and the perks of my cdl are great they have a really good steak and eggs all day for 2.99 and an upgrade for only 5.00 great service and great machines I highly recommend this place and they have truck parking

Been there about 5 times never win but staff are pretty nice so make it funnier going back soon to hopefully win my money back

We drive from Ashland just to hang out here. All the restaurants and good and service is nice. Definitely stop if your on the I-5

Had some guy doing repairs on the wall outside my room early in the morning other than it was a great stay. Stayed for 2 nights. Beds are comfortable. Showers are nice as well

Celebrate my twins 13th Birthday there. Had 2 room 7 kids they swam in pool, played in arcade and ate in the Buffet! Thank you for giving my kids a great bday trip with their friends..

A terrific place to stop, get a great meal at any of the fine restaurants, enjoy the well thought out casino, and have a restful night's sleep in their well appointed rooms! Pet friendly too!

Buffet was good. Friendly dealers and floor workers. Met some very nice people in restaurant and in the casino.

Great atmosphere, travel plaza for semi truck parking

After a tree fell on our house, emotionally and mentally drained,
we needed somewhere to relax.
The staff was so kind and accommodating.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
I would recommend seven feathers to anyone in need of a fun escape.

Stayed at the RV park and had dinner at the Casino. The RV park is first class. The buffet at the Casino is very good but get yourself a free player's card to take advantage of the discount.

Always first rate service. The casino and rv park are too notch.

Staff all had masks...security was monitoring guests to insure compliance with mask rules. Temp taken at entry....made me feel safe and valued. Food in resteraunt was good...table games and machines very fair.

Buffee was great. You need your players card to get their best price. Stay in their dry camp lot free.

Fun to be here. To me it's fun and cheap entertainment. Sorry when it's time to go. But looking forward to coming back

We just loved the luxurious Suites and the smaller rooms were exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to help and be friendly wonderful wonderful time about 45 of us converged on you for my mother's 90th birthday and you guys accommodated us all very well thank you again from The Rutledge family

Great room. Had the queen suite in the new complex. Dinner was perfect in the steak house for our daughter's birthday.

If you start winning money be prepared to be harrased, also be prepared to drink and wear a mask at the same time. Also be prepared for very long wait times at the restaurants. Be prepared to be harrared for any minor detail. Be prepared to leave sooner then expected. The drive is not worth the harassment. I can't not believe people are forking up money to be so controlled. You are paying to be harrased at the seven feather casino in roseburg Oregon. Take your business some where else.

Awesome pool...went to the safari in winston...buffet was great. 125.00 for a two queen room out the door. It's a really nice clean place! Buffet was great 9.99 with club card on Tuesday night. My sister won 200.00 on the slots all around fun fun fun...sauna and steam room no extra charge!!! Arcade and shops too. Free fountain drink station on the casino floor!!!

The room was very comfortable and some friends rented the suite . It was a great room to invite guests up and do a little hosting . The machines paid me all night , no lie , it was my birthday month so go play during your birthday month . I highly recommend it!

We had a blast. We stayed in a smoking room and to our surprise it was so unbelievably clean, couldn't hardly smelled the smoke. We were so happy with the cleaning and updating of the smoking rooms. The room was impeccable! This visit to 7 Feathers was for my birthday and my husband's
early birthday getaway gifts to each other. To our surprise there was a birthday card signed by everyone along with a bottle of sparkling cider as it was my birthday on check-in. We had an absolute blast gambling on the slot machines. Wish we were able to visit more often as we used to. 7 Feathers has always been our favorite getaway whenever we can, even if it is just for lunch and a little gambling. We absolutely love our time here. We love the food and the service especially at Stix. The staff everywhere in the casino from check in to check out are all beyond friendly, courteous and welcoming. We're saving up money for our next adventure here!

We had dinner in the Kbar and it was amazing! Yummy hazy IPA from Two-Shy as well when asked if we could have it in the kbar! Best server ever!

I'm a Private Contractor that did a job for a local Church. I attempted to cash my $850 check from the job at their cashier and was planning to use that money to enjoy some luxury at the casino. I was not allowed to cash my check because I did not have proof of "payroll deductions." I am not on payroll, I file my own taxes, and I am not a Church employee. Either the cashier did not understand me, or the company you use won't cash a 3rd party check? Either way, I was not happy with your service.

Great semi-truck parking with a shuttle to the casino. The fish and chips was a little over cooked, but good.

It was a fun experience. We were allowed to check in before 2pm since the room is ready for us. That's a plus for a good customer service. That's very nice of that lady at the check in counter. The hotel room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Well-stocked with necessary things. We played and walked around the casino, and there are enough corners to grab coffee, soda, water unlike in some other casinos in Oregon and Washington. At least, the Seven Feathers Casino is not stingy when it comes to offer the beverages. There are workers who are constantly walking around to clean the vacant slot machines. My only concern is the cigarette smoke. We had to pass through the smoking area before we got to the non-smoking side. I got a sore throat due to that. Wish there was a good ventilation. Wish they already implemented non- smoking to the whole casino like Ilani. Now, there are more guests coming in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

No happy that the buffet is no longer available, new replacement restaurant is like eating frozen dinners. Not happy

Beautiful scenery in their Amazing RV Resort. Many choices to choose from for food including at the Travel Center. A well balance place of fun and relaxing.

Had a great evening. Fantastic food at a reasonable price at the K-Bar restaurant with superb service. Definitely recommended.

VERY poor COVID precautions. Why did you remove the people at the hotel entrances that check for a fever and ask guests to put on a mask? Why does staff not go around and SANITIZE slot machines? Why do you no longer enforce PROPER mask wearing - or even wearing a mask at all? Why can you still smoke in the casino? What do you think happens when someone possibly having COVID breathes their cigarrette smoke into the air and it drifts into my face? All in all, your casino has decided to ignore a public health risk in an effort to make people feel more comfortable. I will no longer be coming back. Get you act together.
