Everything was GREAT!! The room was so comfortable and the doggie bowls, mat & treats was such a cute way to welcome our pets! Fully enjoyed soaking in your large bath tub & the shower head was perfect size & height. All staff very friendly. My daughter had her hair colored at the salon and Brandi was incredible! Thanks for a wonderful relaxing get away.

They discriminated against me being disabled and wouldn't let me play table games.

Very personable staff that was very commentating. Room was beyond clean and comfortable. Can't say enough about the staff from the hotel to the casino to the wonderful girl Skylar whom we made our reservations with. Would recommend a stay there for sure if passing through or even if you live close and just need a get away. Thanks

My husband & 2 boys are tribal members.We were from day 1 of being recognized by the government and the planning of the the casino/hotel. They had a Grand Opening for members only it was great . My husband passed away not long after but he was proud of the beauty all the years it took to become real.

Excellent resort casino in beautiful deep canyon setting. Great indoor pool. Good family stopover for long distance travelers. 2 hours from Crater Lake.

Great time. Bed is so comfortable. Food is fantastic.

The rooms were nice and quiet and the staff was very friendly from hotel reception to housekeeping to player's club and restaurant staff. And the pool and arcade were amazing especially for the kids but the hot tubs and sauna were my favorite places to relax. Hands down the best casino family stay we've ever experienced.

Most of the video poker machines were not as interactive as I am used to . Despite that I had a very good time playing roulette. The roulette dealer was very helpful considering I have not had much experience.

Such a great hotel! I just had a great sleep last night. The mattress is so comfortable and the room is clean and tide. Everyone is nice.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Smoking in casino but noon smoking tones available. Nice staff.

I just got a few minutes to tell y'all that I didn't have much time there as we did headin into Portland Oregon. We are goin home now and it was a stretch of the bones for me and a good collection of money for my other half

Wonderful food! Lots of interesting slots and very clean casino. Nice stop on a long trip. Discount at their gas station with your club card. My wife and I love to stop there.

My Nicoise Salad was excellent. I forgot to take the photo, BEFORE I chopped my salad all up, only because it was SO huge & delicious looking, I couldn't wait to eat it. *giggling* We ate in the Cow Creek restaurant, inside the Casino. SUPER pleased with the flavor & the price of only $12.00. Also, the house Vinaigrette was delighfully bursting with flavor. My salad came with a soft warm roll & 2 pats of real butter. All was perfectly proportioned & delicious. I will be back for this exact same salad.

It is a great Hotel has an excellent Buffet , nice rooms.

We have been stopping at Seven Feathers on our way to and from California for years. The gaming is always fun and the food and entertainment is top notch.

Had a great time. Good food and nice and clean. Staff is friendly and parking is spacious. Go visit for a great scenic view and atmosphere. Plenty of parking. They have a camp ground with a shuttle that can take to and from both places.

Car show was great!! need a little more shaded outdoor seating, would have been nice to get a beer out there!! an some more food options,

I came here for my birthday and stayed the dates 03/18/21-03/19/21.
The king suite was very nice and clean, had all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean too.
Although, I had made a reservation a week or so in advance and had specified my check in to be at 3 pm. My significant other and I showed up around 4 pm and a lady at the front desk told me that the room was in fact not done and it would be at least another hour. Returned at 5pm, and was informed that the housekeepers had not even started to clean the room and that it would at least be another 45 minutes to an hour before it was done. The lady at the front desk said that I d receive a phone call when it was ready. We sat and waited until about 6:30 and didn t receive a phone call. I finally called and was informed that it was ready. So in conclusion, they were 3 1/2 hours late past our original check in time. Front desk was not kind, reassuring, nor empathetic.
I called the K-Bar Steakhouse to ask if they had any reservations available that night as I wanted to go out to dinner for my birthday and I was informed that unfortunately they were all booked out and the only availability they had was at the bar and that was first come first serve. I attempted to call later to place a takeout order and it took about 5 calls to finally get ahold of them. I ended up placing an order, and when we went down to pick it up I seen & heard that they were in fact accepting walk ins and let alone would have had availability for us. When I returned to the hotel room they did not give us the proper cutlery, such as steak knives, for our steaks nor the proper condiments. They also forgot to give me the dressing for my salad.The steaks themselves were the only good thing out of the entirety of the meal.
I expected this to be a special trip after all it was for my birthday, let alone due the costs of the stay and the expensive menus, yet I was disappointed. All in all, I was not satisfied with my stay at 7 Feathers Casino Resort.

Stayed at RV site which has very nice accommodations and a shuttle to the casino. Their 5 o'clock special at the K can't be beat. Small steak, 2 prawns, the best steamed vegetables, baked potato and great bread for $10.99 - make reservations only served till 6:30. Wonderful creme brulea also.

First time here for Christmas with my wife.we had a super time.great band.good food and lots of friendly staff.

Was there on new years day.Had to wait about a hour outside to enter.was nice once we got in.

Room smelled 418, but it was clean bed was comfortable friendly service fast check in, in room coffee was not good and if your a hotel guest you should get continental breakfast for the price. with that said I would still recommend seven feathers

The hotel part is fairly nice and priced well. The casino part is not what we expected. Smoky and only 1cent slots. Customer service at the whole place seemed like an after thought too.

If you go late night, DO NOT use the valet service. They actually close, and you have to get hold of security to have them bring you your keys. Then you get to walk to your vehicle. The place looks great. Free sodas. Lots of games. Tight slots. If your money is completely expendable, then this is the place for you.

I had a nice meal in the restaurant and my room was lovely. Both the TV and the AC controls are wacked. Room was way too cold and you can hear people talking in the hallway as if they're in the room with you. Closing the gap at the bottom of the door would help. Idiots not having loud conversation outside my door at 11:30 pm would help too.

Above average Indian casino. The food was pretty good and over priced like most casinos anymore. This is a pretty large place and has both table games and tons of machines. I was there on Monday, Christmas eve and it was surprising how busy it was. I ate in the sports bar so I could watch Monday night football. Only negative was the old guy that sat down behind me and felt he needed to display his lack of understanding of the game by attempting to be a third announcer. Some people should learn to keep their mouth shut.

This has to be the best Casino/Resort anywhere close to the Southern Oregon area, hands down!

I stopped because of the awesome billboards advertising their buffets on the road for over 60 miles. Had my mouth watering....but i guess they are too good at bringing people in...the wait was over 2 hours to get a seat

A little more cleaning/ spacing would go a long way. And the place was thick with cigarettes smoke.

Enjoyed my first stay at seven feathers this weekend. The casino hotel was clean, the staff were so nice and we had a Keurig in our room! Definitely going to be staying again in the future.

I liked it for the most part. I just wish that the non-smoking section was bigger. I didn't like that I came home smelling like an ashtray.

Nice place. Restaurant is nothing to write home about. Service was good but food was not very tasty. Prime rib sandwich was tough and super salty!! Slot machine weren't paying out. I didn't see anyone winning.

One of my favorite places. Staff is really friendly and willing to do anything to help. Very clean. Great games and wonderful food (if you go to the Steak House try the blackened rib-eye! Trust me!)

Slot machines are way too tight, workers aren't that friendly and all these new slot machines they continually bring are terrible

Noisy neighbors, barking dogs, doors slamming all night, need easy access room but other parts of hotel are quieter. Hope easy access is available other than "dog town"

Decent place as far as indian casinos go. Just be prepared to wear a mask!

Seven Feathers is a nice casino with easy access to the I-5 freeway. With weekly buffets that are sure to please, as well as a very nice formal restaurant for a more personal dining experience you can't go wrong choosing to spend some time here. Grab a drink at the fully stocked bar hit one of the many slots or enjoy a few hands on one of atleast 15 separate tables. One of my favorite spas to unwind or take a dip in the pool with the kiddos.

Love the beautiful remodel of the hotel. I just wish it wasn't so smoky in there though do love the Steelhead head lounge which is non-smoking.

We regularly go because we can take the family to the pool, hot tub, and arcade; then we have some food options for dinner. It's always clean, the service is always friendly, the prices are unbeatable -- amd you may just win it all back on slots anyway ;)

Attended a conference and the staff was so kind and prompt in service. Food was great!

The general store/ deli is really worth the stop . Rest stop/ truck stop great setting, lots of parking and shore power too.

It's fine, restricted gaming due to Covid (max 2 at the blackjack table). No problem playing.

I have lived in the area for almost 30 years and had never spent any time at Seven Feathers. I had the pleasure of seeing Kansas last Saturday and we stayed at the hotel. Not only was the concert AWESOME, the hotel and casino experience was grand! Thanks Everyone!

Very fun!!... Spontaneous decision to travel to the Casino to drink & play some slots, got a great deal on the room rate, didn't realize they no longer stay open 24 hours, but by closing we were tired & hungry, so it was a bummer all restaurants closed at the same time... Otherwise it was great fun!!

Although the hotel was fully booked and our room wasn't ready, the staff accommodated our needs with an infant and made sure we were in a room very quickly.

At dinner, once again fully booked and no reservation, the staff again made us feel welcome and comfortable as they let our child play on the waiting area, brought us cocktails, and prepared a beautiful to go meal.

We went to Seven Feathers for our 10th anniversary. We had an excellent steak dinner at the K Bar. The staff was so friendly and the room was excellent. When we got to our room there was a complementary bottle of sparkling cider and a happy anniversary card from the Seven Feathers Hotel Staff. It made our anniversary even more special.

We did not get the opportunity to stay as the event we were to attend was cancelled. That was totally understandable. I was notified by email that I was to contact ETIX for a refund. OK. Called ETIX and was put on forever hold, or we will call you back. OK. I received a call back to be put on hold numerous times to find out that they will not refund my purchase as Seven Feathers will only accept a written request for a refund. NOT OK anymore. You have wasted at least a couple hours of my time and will only accept a written request to refund MY money? Went back to the original email received months ago to fill out their written request. I completed the request and submitted it to get another screen stating that if the event was within the next 5 days it would take 48 hours to process. If it was more than 5 days it could be much longer with no time frame given. So, if I'm understanding this correctly, when I purchase the ticket my CC is immediately charged. But, this casino is so hard up for the interest on MY money, that they will hold it until they feel like issuing me a credit? Never again will we or anyone else that asks me darken the doors to your casino.

Always a great time at the Casino just wish they would have both west side and east side as similar as possible so that is easier for customers and staff alike.

We always enjoy our stay here, rv park is the best, very clean, and free casino shuttle anytime, restaurants are very good as well.
