Excellent, clean, modern, and a great place to stay......

Was our first adventure there, very comfortable beds, Great food, and lots of fun activities....we will visit again!

Okay. Just made the trip to Seven Feathers and, although I'm one of the people that don't agree with forcing people to wear masks, I had mine on.
So I was surprised when we walked in and were asked to remove it - so that a full frontal facial picture could be taken (apparently to determine my temperature.)
Okay. Everything's a little off right now anyway, so... Whatever.
We sat down to gamble and were reminded over the intercom every 10 minutes that 'face masks are now mandatory.' 'Mouths and masks must be fully covered by noses.' No. That is not a typo. That exact announcement is what we heard most of the time we were there.
Ok. So, that was even a little humorous.
So we ordered some drinks when the waitress walked by announcing cocktails.
Now, I don't know how that works everywhere. But, in Las Vegas, when a cocktail waitress comes by and asks if you want something, you can order pretty much anything you want, they'll bring it to you and you tip them. It's incentive to the gamblers to patronize the casino. And, it's actually pretty ingenious of the casinos - the drunker they get the customer, the more likely they'll be to spend money.
So, I was a bit taken back when the waitress came back and said it would be $20 for two drinks.
Ok. It is what it is. We weren't even having any luck on the very tight machines, but...
Then we notice that there were used ashtrays out. For a smoker, in a casino - that hasn't been able to have a cigarette in a casino in months, that was a plus.
... Until the security guard that was not wearing a mask himself, walked by, poked over my shoulder and said, "Remember. Masks, please." When I showed him I was smoking, he replied with, "Well, you have to pull it (the mask) up between hits." I don't quite understand the reasoning behind this. How can something contagious NOT be spread when you happen to be taking a drag off a cigarette, but can be between drags?
Anyway-
All in all... I give this casino 5 NEGATIVE stars. The staff definitely wasn't especially cordial, the machines were tight and it absolutely was not the most maintained as far as cleanliness or appearance.

I only stayed with Seven Feathers twice. I highly recommend staying for a trip of vacation. The staff is very polite and the food is excellent. The rooms are very nice and it feels like you re in your own at home. I will always stay here and nowhere else!!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. If this place were a person, they would have no class, no style, no talent, and no sense of morality. Their motto is "people are our passion," though I have never come across a corporation that cares so little about its people. The layout is confusing and hideous-not so surprising for a casino, yet still unfortunate. The upper management is corrupt, and their employees are mistreated and taken for granted. Their actions do not align with their supposed values, as they care more for money than they do for the people that pay to keep them functioning. Their response to public safety needs throughout the viral pandemic was, and continues to be, focused more on profit than public health!

Great place with great food at a discount for truckers with plenty of parking for semi trucks.

I'm not sure how your website can claim to be one of the top casino resorts. Extremely disappointed with the hotel!!. Your website and the confirmation email both stated check in time is 3pm... it is 5pm and the room is still not ready. We showed up at 2:15pm hoping to do an early check in and was told they were still deep cleaning. Totally understandable, thank you for being careful. However at 315 we were told it would be 430 before they were done, frustrating but we had no choice but to wait. Now I'm sitting in my car waiting, what they said would be another 40 minutes for the room to be ready, this time housekeeping was actually contacted through walkie talkie.
Why was housekeeping not contacted the other times when front desk realized guests were ready for a room. We were not the only ones waiting. A lobby full-of guests are still waiting for their rooms as well. No one has been offered any compensation for having to push back their chexknin time... does that mean we can check out later?
Extremely frustrating when we're charged full rate for a room to be ready at 3 but have to wait almost an extra 3 hrs before we can get inside. Front desk told me their websites states it could be anytime after 3pm.. lie!! Horribly inconvenient when people spend all day traveling and can't relax in their paid room because housekeeping is slow. At least that's who front desk is blaming. Adjust the hours they start the floors maybe... prioritize guests who are in the lobby waiting maybe...
I give one star for the amazing casino and gift shop,both very clean and the gift shop has beautiful merchandise.
The other star is for how friendly the casino staff has been. Besides being lied to by hotel staff everyone has been friendly.

Always a great place to stay. Over and over again. Has a indoor swimming pool, hot tub. Shuttle to casino. Truck parking where fueling near.

Nice place but no place to eat early in am. All closed. Sad..

First time their gonna have to come back one day soon

I would not recommend this place to play. Not many table games you can choose. And also, not many tables you got to pick. There s only two roulette tables in the entire casino. The max bat was kind of low. No high limits of any kind. If you don t like the crowded environment in front of the table games, this might not be a good place for you. But the resort is pretty good. Enjoyed the stay.

Loved it hit a jackpot within the first hour I was there

This casino is always clean, doesn't smell smokey like others I've been to. The restaurants are amazing no matter what you want to eat, the hotel rooms are beautiful, and the gaming is outstanding. This is a must see if you're just driving by. Definitely worth it.

Free rv overnight lot. And a full hookupb190 spots. 24 hr security. All you could want to do is right there all around you.

Really great service and wonderful food even with the limited menu. They were fast and very accommodating. It was so nice to find somewhere that still allowed indoor seating but practiced healthy precautions.

This was a very nice place to stay at. The reservations representative was nice and pleasant and booked our room over the phone. The hotel was very clean and they took our temperature when we came in. They were practicing social distancing and it worked. In the elevator only two people can only ride at a time. The casino had people wearing masks. I will definitely be back if I am in the area.

I lost my keys somehow. They had a frog lanyard on them. I want them returned. I like the casino. I Love the people! UPdate!! I just called the ## given for the casino. They had not found the keys. Also I filled out a missing item report. Nothing mentioned about that document or a person or group of people that may assist in documentation of items found and or Lost inside the walls of Seven Feathers Casino

Brand new place visited and have thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness of the staff.

Love this place! Good tables and a plethora of slot machines to choose from and as an added bonus the buffet for $10 CANNOT BE BEAT always stocked with fresh delicious food and tons of things to choose from!

Went to Seven Feathers Casino last Friday night (Valentine's Day). We had a great seafood dinner...all you could eat. It was crowded and now I understand why. Well worth the wait. If you like crab legs, you'd be in seventh-heaven. Come to find out, they offer this seafood buffet every Friday night. This is our little secret in southern Oregon...

This place is nice. The pool is perfect size, The hot tubs are huge and not too small and crammed so that you get your space if others use it. Everything is clean and neat with checking in. Free shoe shining, can't beat that and a valet and bagman. The customer service was very nice and would bring whatever we needed up as soon as we asked.

This place is beautiful and is set up perfectly as far as dining in, fitness, pool and sauna.

Xavier the HOUSEKEEPER literally gave the best service we have ever had! He was full of catering calls but would always stop to help people and he was polite and made our stay even more pleasent, He needs a raise!!!!!!!

I will never stay here again. The hotel was okay and the bed was nice but the casino was crazy. There was no social distancing. People without masks are everywhere. The security does nothing about it. The place isn t even clean. If you want to go to the casino go to Sprit Mountain or Chinook Winds. They actually care about there customers. Will never ever return.

Fairly good sized room, a little outdated, but the bathroom was phenomenal! Great shower, huge mirror, large counter space. The pool and hot tub were definitely my favorite part of the stay and the food court has very delicious food but only open Thursday- Sunday. The casino has an abundance of slot machines with great choices and the gift shop has amazing authentic native American artwork built by the Navajo nation that you'll be very proud to display in your home

Told by reservation lady, suits have jacuzzi & easily 2 people fit. , we didn't bring our suit's,, why? ,, Not at All comfy with 1.. very nice room,, very nice.. but NO fun swimming or Hot Tubing. It was HOT on Thur. Inside when we got there,, Wish U would of kept the NON SMOKING in front like original
Now we have to walk through SMOKE. ,,, I do have to say ,, other than that ,, We had a Blast. Nice to get away, Play, & Relax.

This was my first time here... Firstly, there needs to be more clarity that the back part of the Stix Bar is non smoking. Got reprimanded...we didn't notice signs and people were smoking at the bar in the front while talking to the bartenders. The drinks are very expensive (don't they want to encourage us to drink more? :P), the machines were not hitting, the atmosphere was decent but we just felt that our night could've been more thrilling. Overall, an alright experience.

The Seven Feathers resort is a fun place to stay. It's always clean and orderly. The casino is gun. Great pool and sauna. The resturaunts are good and bathrooms are clean.

Our stay is usually very enjoyable. That is why we travel 250 miles one way to come to your casino once a month. Your rooms are very comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We occasionally have noisy neighbors, but not very often. The dogs are never a problem....it is their masters that are the noisy ones. Thank you for the great comps. You outdo all other casinos in Oregon. That is why we continue to return each month.

Had breakfast at the Cow Creek restaurant this morning. All menu items are available all day.

Beautiful, very kind employers. Service was wonderful, rooms beautiful the pillows I wanted to take home and the mattress. The sheets were soft. The grounds were exceptionally clean and decorated above average.

To loud and to crowded, and it was a week day and you couldnt tell employees from customers if there was employees. But my biggest complaint is there is no room to get past people playing machines . And we make the rounds on casinos and this is my least favorite from seattle to the mill we hit them all.

This place was a joke I spend 800 dollars and didn't win anything the staff was alright and the rooms were tiny for the price

Typical casino. No bonus got nothing when I did get a bonus. Bet 5 get bonus paid six bucks.. rigged for sure.. not just the one

Good food. Grab shuttle bus from Truck stop to casino. Get steak n egg breakfast for 2.99 or up grade steak for additional 5 bucks.

Rooms were very nice casino staff nice had a very good time will be back.

It used to be a pretty good place to go to enjoy yourself. Since new management has taken over things have changed and not for the better like they try to make you believe. Cutting costs to the point where quality is lowered. Food outlets come to mind 1st. They've gone as cheap as possible yet the price to the guest has gone up. The food isn't what it use to be. Where have all the jackpot parties and slot tournaments gone? The nifty little gifts + slot play they gave you for your birthday? Now they just give you slot play. They have slowly eliminated the things that made going there enjoyable. I hope more casinos move to the area and give them some competition. Maybe then they'll try a little harder to take care of the people who made them what they are today. Someone needs to remind them this is Canyonville not Vegas.

I used to love going to Seven Feathers. It has been one of our favorite places. However after our last visit (3/27-3/28) that love has almost turned to hatred. The treatment we received is uncalled for. During our stay it was very very crowded which is explainable due to Bill Engvall performing. We were waiting to have dinner at Stix. As we were waiting over an hour for our table a security guard comes up and starts yelling loudly and demanding my wife and friends move due to social distancing policies. Which we completely understand and are willing to follow directions given to us but the manner he spoke to my wife and friends is completely uncalled for and unacceptable. After the show as we were navigating through a sea of people we had an employee block our path by the craps table. At first we thought he was observing the game so we waited for a path to clear but before that happened the employee just walked away. Not sure why he was just standing there blocking the path. The thing that broke the straw for me was this morning as we were about to leave we went to a machine to redeem our ticket but they were all out of order. No problem we just went to the cashier instead. We explained to the cashier about the machines being being down and she literally looked at us as if we were lying. She said it is impossible and they do not go down. Why would we lie about that? What do we have to gain for lying about that? I was extremely offended and extremely upset by her actions and words to the point I was shaking. I wanted to say something but knew that was not a good idea. I was making plans to attend events this summer and fall but after the deplorable treatment we received that is now off the table and I will not go back. I know that the casino and the management won't care about me not going back since they make a lot of money from others but hopefully I can warn someone else.

Very Clean, new, Rooms look new, have everything you would expect. And the Restaurant, .. wow Trucker steak and eggs $2.99. The steak is grown on their own trees. HAHA just kidding. They have their own ranch, and I'm telling you it's beyond fantastic.

This casino resort is more than friendly to pets! They welcome them like family! The accommodations are nice and spacious and the recent renovations add some very nice dining options!

The room was comfortable if a bit warm. We had no control over the room temperature. Other than that the room was great. The staff was outstanding, personable and friendly. We will definitely be returning for another stay.

Love going here, staff is wonderful, helpful and on top of the cleaning and sanitizing.

Very relaxing environment. Staff are helpful and kind. We stopped by the bar to grab drinks. The bar tenders made my drinks exactly to my liking. (Bloody Mary extra spicy w/salt arount the rim and peppered vodka) turned out great! They have an area for smoking and non smoking so that was a plus! Over all good experience.

Awesome the room and the Bed was Amazingly comfortable the pillow was perfect . All all I sleep extremely good. Thank you

Stayed here 2 nights my experience with place was half and half. The rooms are good well organized has everything a traveler could need. The walls on the other hand ... sheesh talk about thin walls! You can hear the next room's conversation. Plus anyone who was talking passing your room. The pool was pretty decent size which was nice. Hot tube to the side if you want to just chill. Restaurant was so busy! The steak house was fully booked for that day and the next so we settled for the coffee house and it took for ever to get in there as well. The staff looked over worked and unpaid. Didn't seem to have enough employees for the demand of people there. I kinda felt sorry for them. Looking drained... The Cafe was as well super busy. Got some ice cream and which half of it fell over as the lady passed it to me. She didn't offer to give me another scoop. She looked annoyed so I didn't brother because I didn't want to inconvenience the other customers.
They have a arcade for kids.. Nice touch for my kids. They loved it.
The casino itself well... First day I lost almost about 700.00 and won it all back in the same day. Second day I lost it all. The slots are super tight. Unless your a lucky person I'd forwarn you... Save your money . Lol don't be like me. All in all I had a great time. I didn't want to mess up my family vacation. So I kept my mouth shut and smiled.

My experience. ..very good. People here are nice and courteous. Good food clean restrooms, fuel, hotels RV park truck parking and a store that doesn't have out of this world prices! !!

amazing food for breakfast lunch and dinner the games there are really fun younger adults and older. They also had arcades of the kids and had their own hotel rooms.

Great place to stay. Pool is open. Weight room is open. Lots to do. Great restaurants..

Nice atmosphere but the machines won't pay. Seriously spent a good amount of money and never got a chance to play for awhile. They have those machines turned down. No fun. They are pretty but don't even pay enough to keep you playing. Shame to seven feathers. We walked around and most people had 10 bucks or less in their machine.

You can still smoke cigs on the florr while you gamble.

It's a tight casino. And money is too tight to be losing it. Plus I live in Cali.

Seven Feathers is a large, well designed complex, with an excellent staff. It feels like one of the better casinos and hotels in Las Vegas. Staff are unobtrusive, yet readily available serve as needed. The main restaurant serves excellent More

It's my frist time in this casino and it's pretty great: front desk services,, people, slots, nonsmoking section gaming, indoor swim pools, and more! Definitely would recommend this place. Seven Feathers casino! I will come back soon!

Great food. Shuttle to and from truck stop to casino. Shuttle Drivers are friendly, and they can take you into town, and they can pick you up later. Make sure you stay off the bars, other wise you got to taxi back. Over all a very relaxing place to stay,and reset the Log book if you must.

Best place ever! The pool is amazing there is two hot tubs one that is your body temperature so if you're pregnant you can still sit in it. The food is not expensive the rooms are nice and you can bring your pets I absolutely love this place.

Seven feathers is a nice place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights, no complaints. The arcade and pool are cool for the kiddos and they werent too crowded during our stay. Gaming is typical, we didnt try all the restaurants so I cant comment on the food.

Also, if you are a gym person, their gym was literally deserted the entire time we were there. I might have been the only one to use it... however, they were short on wet wipes in there.

Casino is pretty nice, although you will be asked to go outside if you smoke little cigars or cloves, which is absurd. Conference rooms are average, service also average, food was average chairs are miserably uncomfortable and bathrooms could've been cleaner. Probably won't go back.

It was fun and everyone was kind. Everyone was wearing masks and staff were cleaning constantly. Great fun, just wish I would have won lol

The rooms are very nice. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and was fun for the kids, as well as the arcade. The food was good at the places where we ate.
I did not win at the casino that was the only drawback.
The t.v in the rooms went out while we were there too. Direct tv. So that wasn't good

Was just a quick stop along the way. Went to Oregon to volunteer after the fires.
