I'm not sure how your website can claim to be one of the top casino resorts. Extremely disappointed with the hotel!!. Your website and the confirmation email both stated check in time is 3pm... it is 5pm and the room is still not ready. We showed up at 2:15pm hoping to do an early check in and was told they were still deep cleaning. Totally understandable, thank you for being careful. However at 315 we were told it would be 430 before they were done, frustrating but we had no choice but to wait. Now I'm sitting in my car waiting, what they said would be another 40 minutes for the room to be ready, this time housekeeping was actually contacted through walkie talkie.
Why was housekeeping not contacted the other times when front desk realized guests were ready for a room. We were not the only ones waiting. A lobby full-of guests are still waiting for their rooms as well. No one has been offered any compensation for having to push back their chexknin time... does that mean we can check out later?
Extremely frustrating when we're charged full rate for a room to be ready at 3 but have to wait almost an extra 3 hrs before we can get inside. Front desk told me their websites states it could be anytime after 3pm.. lie!! Horribly inconvenient when people spend all day traveling and can't relax in their paid room because housekeeping is slow. At least that's who front desk is blaming. Adjust the hours they start the floors maybe... prioritize guests who are in the lobby waiting maybe...
I give one star for the amazing casino and gift shop,both very clean and the gift shop has beautiful merchandise.
The other star is for how friendly the casino staff has been. Besides being lied to by hotel staff everyone has been friendly.
