Usually a great place to have fun but NEVER EVER play with Lalani she is rude and don't ever try to think and play Texas hold'em she won't let you think she just flips cards and even though it's first time playing and try to ask she just don't give a care and she is a stick in the mud MEL IS TREMENDOUS took time to let me think and let me ask questions and was fun to play with

Lots of gambling opportunities. Smoking and non smoking sections.
Only thing I can complain about is the 30 minutes it takes them to pay out jackpots.

Seven feathers casino has an RV dry camping lot for us travelers! Free of charge for up to 5 days!! I think this is great, gives us more money to spend and have fun with in there casino. There slots were really winning for me. I won a decent amount on each slot I played. And I had so much fun playing them. I even took my best friend in with me, my little lily dog. And the staff loved her!! Of course I had her in her doggie stroller, which she loves. Thanks seven feathers. Your doing a great job!!

Unbelievably smoky property. Half way point on road trip. Every smoker in oregon must stay here. Also: beware of weirdly designed bed frames unlike any frame in the western world. You can smack your shin on it. Very painful

Their suite is awesome. Did some gaming, had dinner at the bar was a very nice evening.

We have been to Seven Feathers and took $1000 each time we went. There is a constant announcement from the same lady saying people are winning jackpots, I have not seen proof of this. We came home broke every single time we went. We have now turned in our " players club card" and will not be returning. I know that you play at your own risk but shouldn't you at least have a chance? How is this any fun at all. Good riddance Seven Feather's. Wasn't expecting to win big just wanted to play awhile. SOOOO WENT BACK TO CASINO ONE MORE TIME. TOOK 1000 AGAIN. PUT 700 IN ONE MACHINE TO TEST MY THEORY AND DID NOT GET ONE SINGLE BONUS. THAT IS TOTALLY NOT RIGHT. WE HAVE SPENT ALOT OF MONEY HERE, BUT NO MORE. THIS IS THE LAST STRAW. SEVEN FEATHERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. IT IS NOT FUN TO LOSE EVERY SINGLE TIME. IT SHOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE TO PUT 700 IN A MACHINE AND NOT GET A BONUS.

I was there for a company meeting, and took my family with me it was amazing love it it's so beautiful and my kids had so much fun as my husband and I did too! Definitely coming back soon and the buffet was so so good!

It was very clean. Only thing was when taking a bath you had to keep adding water it leaks out

One of the few places left with smoking rooms and king suites with jacuzzi tubs. From lighted menus in the dark steak house, the casual cafe for breakfast or a burger, the morning coffee shop with pies and pastries to the full buffet, there's food for everyone. Some day, I plan to leave a penny-aire from playing slots.

I really enjoyed playing at Seven Feathers. They had an awesome combination of old and new games.

I love seven feathers the only problem i have now with 7 feathers is the masks. It gets so hot and muggy with those masks on. I cant breath with them on. At night time to about between 7pm to closing their is this guy with a deep deep voice i mean ear wrenching ear drum breaking voice that does not need any access to microphones at all he yells in those microphones and it gives me a head ache and every one in the casino a head ache it makes us not even want to stay once he starts talking on that thing. But other than that I enjoy playing i love keno Cleopatra

This is our go to overnight stop when heading to Sacramento. Clean, comfortable and a reasonable price. Only problem is it is popular so need to plan quite a while ahead.

A fun place to play and relax partway down I-5. Although the casino allows smoking, it never really got to the point that I found it unpleasant.
Their ventilation is fantastic, and they also offer a sizable non-smoking section with the same great SLOT games (but no pit.)
It is a little out of the way, just as you enter Southern Oregon, from the north, but it's right off the freeway and convenient for easy access both on and off of I-5.
There are several self-serve coffee and soda fountains, and a few food venues, but we didn't get any food during our visit.

We ate at the Cow Creek Reataurant. They were very accomodating of our whole food plant-based diet. The food was very tasty.

The room was great however it was very noisy all night and when I called the front desk they said it was from a jacuzzi suite above. Pretty ridiculous to be that noisy in a $200 a night room. The mask police were also quite rude watching for when you take a drink that you put it back up immediately.

Very cool place. Everyone who I met that worked there was super helpful to the point of going out of their way to be sure you know where you're going and get you to what you need and security is awesome especially if you need help with whatever. They don't put you in line. There is enough staff to be sure your visit is a good one.

Recent stay, still crazy COVID measures in place. Casino CLOSED at 2:30am. Restaurants CLOSED at night. Unsure if they still have a buffet. NO room service. I was able to win a little, and had great staff interactions!

Great place. Rooms were very clean and nice. Arcade was good for the kids. Pool area was very nice. Parking was very good to. Will come here again

We stayed overnight in with our RV in the lot north of the casino with other RVers. Had the buffet while we were there $9.99 with player card. Some items good, some not so much. Played some slots, didn't do so good there, but lots of variety.

Amazing! It wasn't even 15 minutes and they won $200 dollars... My-yo Silver, away!

Very nice time. The TV didn't work, however. It turned on but could not get stations to play. Very disappointed. We couldn't get the heat to warm the room enough. Otherwise all the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is by far the nicest casino w/RV hook ups. Also great for family fun perhaps, children's party in the huge inside pool. 1st class all the way

The RV park is wonderful, with big pull thru sites and full hookups. The casino is a casino. We ate at the buffet, and that was the worst buffet we have ever been to. The food was mediocre at best and a very small selection. I would eat at the cafe, the food is much better.

We had free slot play three free nights at the motel we brought in $100 of Our Own we took 50 of our own back home with $250 of their money to it was all free play free Hotel free Mills we love this place

Huge gaming floor, large non smoking area and first time players have great perks. Beautiful location lots of CDL parking with free transportation to and from cassino and parking lot

Stopped for the night to rest. They do allow overnight RV parking for free. What a great great casino to offer amenities like this. Great breakfast! I will definitely be coming back!!

Yah, it's a casino, but their lounge always has good entertainment. And their restaurants are delish, great gift shop, and they have a great hall with medium top named acts.Their pool area is nice too - as long as there isn't a bunch of screamin kids in it. Always friendly service everywhere.

Excellent friendly desk clerk's, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The Cafe has Umpqua ice cream Casino & gas. Restricted hours to the public. Covid compliant.

Staff are sooo friendly, the place is nice, clean good beer and great vibes. The ventilation in the smoking area indoor are great.

I don't like cigarette smoke!! But I put myself there, so I guess it's my fault!! Seemed like quite a few atm and ticket cashing machines were not working.

Good casino lots of games. There is a shuttle that will take you to and from the truck stop to casino which is only about a mile away.

We stay at "THE FEATHER" all the time. Rooms are GR8 and the beer is cold! One of the few casino I can win at. I HIGHLY recommend it! LOVE IT!!

As far as the room, it was wonderful. I had not stayed since the remodeling and it was very comfortable and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, helpful, friendly, and professional. We ate in the Sports Bar. The waiter was fabulous, the food was excellent, and we left with our stomachs full. The slot machines in the casino seemed a little tight, but the decor and floor plan were very nice. I was very impressed with the sanitation protocol for the Covid-19 situation. No one in my family felt any concern. We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had gone to the casino for a fun date night experience. We went to the Cow Creek restaurant to have some dinner before heading home.
First we were sat a gentleman placed menus and silverware in a pile at the end of our table, and left. Next he grabbed some water and set it at the ends of the table These are for you until your server gets here .
We were looking over the menu which was not much and after some time sat there waiting to order. The waitress took our order for food, never asked about drinks and left. She came back and informed me that she was going on break and someone else would be taking over. No one came to our table to check in. Break must have gotten over because she brought our food out to us.
Never asked if we wanted drinks.
I finally caught a waitress in motion and asked for a lemonade and straw. Again set on the end of the table and walked away without a word!
Three bites into my mushroom Swiss I felt my tooth break and my husband was asking if I was okay.
We went to inform someone of the incident and the gentleman that originally sat us was originally the person we saw.
After we explained what happen he said he had to go get his manager.
Manager comes, listen to what happens and says she had to contact the casino first responders. NO ONE SAID SO MUCH OF AN ARE YOU OKAY, OR SORRY!!!!!!!!
First responder gets there and is so understanding and great. Her manager takes the report while the first responder is trying to find the object. Mind you our seats didn t even have time to cool before they had our table cleared. The first responder could not find the object and so we went with her and finished the report.
Here s the kicker. We were charged 16$ for my husbands dinner, he did not get to finish and a drink I never got to drink. I had three bites of a burger and about 4 French fries. We never even got a sorry from the restaurant.

Wow super tight machines. Fun not so much. Like omg.

My step son lost $100 in about 15 minutes at the slot machines.

If you are looking for super clean, friendly, courteous staff, & liked to be treated like royalty, then this is the place to go! It's all about the quality care of each guest! There is also something for everyone, family oriented, best casino in Oregon!!

This is by far one of the best resorts in Oregon state. I tent to go there about 3 times a month... most the time the availability of room is 0. But if you schedule ahead of time you should be good... my kids love coming there, best meals offer. Overall all is an awesome place.

Too expensive and machines are to tight Chinese buffet on Sundays is horrible

This is only the second time I have been out there. Last year a vacation. This year for a Veteran's event. Both times were outstanding events. The services provided are fantastic!. The accommodations can't beat. Room service, outstanding. Cooked exactly to your order. Arrives hot. Clean, well plated.
Great restaurants, gift shop.
The gaming is fabulous. I won't say the slots are loose, because that's not correct. But I feel you have better odds at Seven Feathers than most other Casinos..
Excellent wait staff. From Bell boys, housekeeping, shopkeepers to the spa, to the front desk everyone that I have had the pleasure of dealing with or talking to or discussing anything with has been aboveboard, very professional and just generally good people.

My favorite Oregon casino. The people and staff are always great and the atmosphere gets you as close to a casino in Reno in Oregon.

Attention anybody that is not white, Please stay away from this casino. Security will follow you. Staff isn't friendly. The food is OK. Don't waste your money and time here. Actually the whole region of Southern Oregon is unwelcoming. You have been warned!

It's a typical Casino just like a million other casinos. The buffet was just average but we were in a hurry so it was a great place to stop

I love this casino, the staff is always friendly and helpful upon check in at the hotel. The guest rooms are always clean, with extra firm beds. Granted I believe they could be a bit softer I do however get a fairly decent night sleep. This hotel and casino even adds an area for the children or better way of saying it, for those under 21.
While the casino portion is clean there could be a couple more servers on the floor for the gamblers. Even the noise level in the casino is tolerable. And in the smoking are it never seems to be all that smoky unlike other casino's I've been in. This place is one I always return to every chance I get when I'm heading up to Washington State to see my family.

I love love love the hotel/casino (I don't gamble) but man we stayed there last night for the first time we usually stay in the semi lot and we have 1 small dog and we got an awesome pet friendly room and then soon found out we were staying next to the neighbors from hell. They had 2 yappy whiny barky alllllllll night long dogs and owners who either stayed up all night in the casino or don't mind dogs like that in their room going on and on all night long. We got zero sleep and have to now finish the last leg of our trip home to Washington. Hotel comped our room because of those damn dogs I can't imagine we were the only ones affected by them. Shame on those dog owners those dogs should be removed from their home.

On a side note they have the best pet friendly rooms we have been to in a hotel!!! They have hardwood floors and they provide treats and bowls.

Just a ordinary casino has a decent selection of games with smoking and non smoking sides. The machines don't do to bad of payouts but nothing special. Wait staff is nice and gets you drinks delivered to your machine.

It's a big casino for the area it has table games shows slots and its fun.

We are staying at the RV park here. Absolutely wonderful. We have been here multiple time. Unfortunately we arrive at 6 for dinner at the buffet and were told we had a 2 hour wait. After taking a peek in the restaurant we noticed that the tables were sparsly occupied. We went next door to the k bar and the same story. We made reservations for the k bar 5pm the next day and here we are standing in line waiting for a table. I'm wondering whats going in at seven feathers these days. Very disappointed. Maybe no more casino stays for us. Void not enjoy being at the casino this time poor service.

Not one bonus and machines are tight as ....well you. Know. It smelled like dirty feet. It was big. I took 300 and was walking out 80mins later.

It was great to have a steak and potato in a restaurant. The food was great. Service was just wonderful. Almost like 60's. The masks don't mix well...

The variety of machines is fantastic. Lots of machines from 15 years ago. Lots of machines just new. Quite a lot to try. Quite a lot of fun. Very good time !

Nice casino and the restaurants had great food but since they are a sovereign nation they don't accept any kind of state issued cards. Other then that we had a great time and there was always something to do.

Nice RV park with amenities. Spendy for the location.

Had a great stay on Valentine's Day. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are Deluxe but showing a little wear and tear. We had dinner at the Gathering Place buffet and it was extremely good included prime rib and was only $9.99 with a player's card. Some of the restaurants are also showing some wear and tear. Some of the trim on the booths looked stained some people might think they were dirty.

It is really fun. Make sure to get a player's club card. You get free money to use gambling. They have all sorts of machines from every bet amount you choose. They have keno of course and all the table games. Card's etc. They have a place for you to swing by and get your own beverages cocktails they will bring and beverages if you prefer them to bring them. They have lots of places to choose from to eat. The food is really great. The buffet is really good. There rooms are super nice and they have all the amenities and a spa. Nice place to go have fun.

What a wonderful experience! I am one of the fortunate ones that have a Birthday in December...lol ...so to celebrate - Seven Feathers is a Treat Our room was beautiful and the view of the Christmas Trees outside our window was an added Bonus. We enjoyed my Birthday dinner in the K-Bar - "Such a Classy Restaurant" and Bob our waiter made it extra special with a Birthday dessert Thank You Seven Feathers for Always making our stay with you VIP

We had a great family night. We went to bingo and played slots. We had drinks and food and it was excellent. The staff knows us and remembers us well so it makes the experience even more amazing!

Too many requirements of when to have mask on...like for real back on between every drag of a cigarette...whats the point really..

Everything was great except the bed was very uncomfortable. Also the heat in the bedroom blew cold air which I didn t like because I have fibromyalgia and cold makes me hurt more. But everything else was great and we had a great time

We always love to stay and play here. It's a perfect little getaway. I love how there is so much contained in one place. Entertainment, restaurants, bars, gaming and a nice hotel.

I have been coming here for over 5 years. Beautiful place and well kept compare to California casinos. I am very disappointed in the buffet. It has gone downhill over the years. The only thing good about it now is the staff and seafood night. There is nothing Asian about the Asian night at all. Horrible. Who comes up with these dishes? Management needs to eat in there for themselves. The simplest things like Mac N cheese. What a waste of food, it another horrible item there.

For the truckers if your thinking of stopping here don't no showers can't even brush your teeth in the bathroom. But are so quick to sell you fuel.

If you like slots here the place goes and leave with MONEY

Our room was very nice, but the restaurant's only give you a limited menu and the sports bar we ate at was terrible, the food was not freshly prepared and not even hot
