Rooms are nice.. beds are comfortable.. pool and spa are fun.. enjoyed a nice relaxing overnight stay with the husband.

This is a refueling stop when I travel to the Oregon coast. The casino features several restaurants; buffet, diner, and steakhouse. The buffet has very popular weekly specials. The casino hotel rooms are very comfortable with very good room service. RV'S will find a dry parking (no hookups) lot with shuttle service. Across the highway (I5) from the casino is a travel center and a rest area.

It was good today. Finally won some cash. Normally I never win there. Very tight. Been trying for 4 years. Lol

First time at a tribal owned casino. I have not been in a casino in years and let me tell you I dont miss it. The cigarette smoking alone was overwhelming and feel sad for all the people in there. Feels like a lot of folks gonna go home with empty promises. The buffet was decent and you really need to be a gambler to appreciate the discounts. We just rolled through via Portland to SF. The eagle statue out front was incredible. The design felt clean, bit it's still a casino.

Absolutely loved it,
I got to take my daughter, it was the first time she has been to a casino. Or as she called it a fancy resort.
The people were great the rooms were spacious and clean. They were right there when or if you needed anything, including directions to get around the casino and resort.
A map of the casino and resort would be the only thing that I would suggest to 7 feathers.
Go check it out it was a lot of fun.

Had Bad customer service. They screw up the appointments. Gift card wouldn't work and had to pay more money.

Just stuffed ourselves with fresh crab shrimp and seafoods fo Valentine's Day! Yummmmm!

absolutely amazing!!! they take great care in this place and the staff has pride in where they work!! They take adequate precautions for covid and the ventilation is really good!!! Great machines!! loved playing here!!! will return again!!!

Glad we found this gem. We had a small dog and kids. The gambling was nice to us and the indoor pool was perfect. Thank you for the great service!

I didnt stay at the resort but I ate at the K-Bar restaurant and it was great. Had an amazing whiskey selection if you are into that. I got the ribeye steak and it was very good and cooked to order perfectly.

Best casino in oregon. Best games and great service. I forgot to cash out my vouchers and so i mailed them in and they sent me back a check. Thank you.

Loved my 1st time there. Pool and arcade for the kids, amazing food. The casino has everything for everyone and the rooms were clean and the bathrooms large. Can't wait to go back.

The buffet was as bad as it can get. No selection. Very minimal. Hardly nothing tasted good. The buffet not long ago was really good. I would go into the food prep but it would take all night or lack of. It's only 9.99 with players card and still not worthy. My wife hates McDonald's hamburgers but after we could not eat she asked me to get her one on the way home! Who made the decision to Change what was really good and why?

Maggie is the best employee at Seven Feathers{cashier cage} She was really helpful for my first time here at this wonderful casino.

Fun place to go the rooms are really beautiful really comfortable it s a really nice place to go especially if you re just going for a quick getaway it s not too far away

Always have a wonderful time! We spent New Year's Eve and New Year Day in a clean and comfortable hotel room. had a wonderful dinner (as always) in the KBar restaurant. Enjoyed breakfast in the Cow Creek Cafe, live music in the bar, and plenty of action on the casino floor, we didn't bring home the cash, but seen several nice jackpots won!

Everyone was friendly. I'm not a high roller but did gamble quite a bit the first 2 nights. We wanted to extend our stay and even tho I didn't earn it yet, and am a new customer, they gave me the room at about a third of the cost for 3 nights and it was the weekend! So in my eyes they are the nicest and best Indian casino I have ever gone to. And I have been to several. The rooms were very nice and plenty of room in them. I recommend a visit it's well worth it.
Oh and they have every kind of slot machine you could possibly want to play and a HUGE non-smoking room that has it's own bar and it's own entrance featuring a revolving door ( I just thought that was pretty cool!) Very impressive! There's a huge indoor pool if you get tired of casino.

The Elements lounge is a great spot for a night out dancing and having a good time

My experience with the Seven Feathers hotel was horrible! First of all if room service is advertised for a hotel I expect to receive it during my stay. Thats right room service doesn't exsist at this hotel even though they have a button for room service on the phone in your room. The vents in my room were also dirty upon arrival and the frames of the windows were cracked. The shower drain was also clogged and the shower would not be fully pressurized. I stayed the night here from saturday to super bowl sunday and the tv's were all out for over 24 hours except for the one's on the casino floor conveniently. To top it all off this room that I reserved was on the top floor so that gives you an idea of what the entire hotel looks like. Even the hot tub could not be fully enjoyed given that one of the jets were broken and started shooting water out of the hot tub.

Always have a great time. Rooms are great, food is great, and have fun playing the new machines.

Being able to sit down and dine is awesome! Food was great...everybody helpful! Short on winnings...lol!

Gone an played sots every Monday. Never lose money and win enough to gwt the buffet.

It would have been a while lot nice of birthday if they would have given me a few wins so I could played a bit longer

I firmly believe that this casino is rigged. I saw the dealer get 9 premium hands (straight or better) in 15 hands. The "shuffle master" needs to be investigated! I lost $500 bucks in 90 minutes. My biggest complaint is that the dealers do not do a one shuffle first before putting it into the machine. Other casinos that I've been to that do the shuffle first makes a noticable difference. This casino only does a janky looking cut from middle of deck. A shuffle should be mandatory, it just takes away that questionable variable. Hotel room and food was nice though. DO NOT GAMBLE HERE! #BOYCOTT UNTIL THEY ADOPT THE SHUFFLE!

Great Place to stay, my husband and I love to come over, stay, play and have fun in a nice, clean casino. We got a nice room, as per asked for, on the bottom floor, closer to the Casino. The Rooms and always nice and clean! We didn't win much at all but one can't win every time! Would definitely stay there again! The Food was great at the "Cow Creek Restaurants", much better than other times we've stayed. WE WILL BE BACK! hopefully once the weather decides to get better.

Had an amazing time for my birthday. Even had one of the staff do a birthday dance for me haha it was great

Every courtesy is extended. Rooms are clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Food is great with choices. The casino compares easily to any great Indian casino I have ever visited as well as the ones in Nevada. There is great security and you can feel safe. There is a heated pool, exercise room, hot tub and massage. You want for nothing. very enjoyable. Great stop half way from Sacramento, Ca to Washington

Food service was super slow and the burger was pretty dry. Drinks were pretty weak aswell. Changed my mind of staying the night and gambling just by drinks and food. Haha to each there own.

The rooms are nice, clean and very comfortable but the food in the buffet wasn't all that good. It eas either to salty or to sweet and the fruits were not all that good. Some where old and rotten. Other then that the slots where fun could use more variety and payouts where good. Slot attendant could use more training tho. Some didnt even carry money n said that we should just go change out our tickets at the machine.

Was excited to stay here and enjoy the buffet. Should have known what was going to happen when it was only $14. Just some basic items and that was it. Overall bummed.

Took the kids on a trip choose 7 feathers for its amazing pool and arcade. Both were great! Arcade did seem smaller than last time. My only complaints were no microwave in the rooms to heat up leftovers and the fitted sheet was too small or something as it would not stay on the bed. ... like it was barely on when we got into bed the 1st night and had to fix it each night as well as basically sleeping on the mattress pad each night. The staff were amazing and friendly. One other compliment it appears that my card was charged twice but both are still pending so I assume one charge will drop off. If not I will be calling. Overall we had a great time!
Update. 2nd charge did drop off without having to contact them.

The games are awesome! The staff was really polite and professional. I have had a great time at this casino, and I plan on going back soon!

Great food, hotel rooms and slots. Gift shop, pool, gym, plus a RV park on other side of I-5.

Excellent stay .Everything we needed was there.slots were fun food was excellent looking forward to staying again.During these trying times (of covid-19) both hotel and casino staff did everything to make us comfortable

Nice rooms great games a big pool and two hot tubs, plus a sauna and plenty to choose from if your hungry.

Poor service, ATM and cash dispensers and machines have gone too many times. It is so frustrating to have to leave when I'm still feel like playing. One night I waited 2 hours for the WI FI to go up so I could get money and play. I finally left. I've never seen slot machines on WI FI before either. Ex employees that I know have been treated very poorly by high level management for political reasons and preference. Power and Authority!

Family stayed here for 4 days and my Daughter suffered from bed bug bites. When reported to Myra or Myran at front desk she was rebutted and told she must have gotten them elsewhere. Hiking perhaps she suggested. Lol.There was no accountability or concern whatsoever. Just complete denial. Horrible customer service from Myra, very rude and unconcerned. In addition to make matters worse, young male pool attendant who worked weekend nights harassed my family repeatedly and was very creepy and predatory with my three year old Granddaughter. Very concerning that the casino has employees with questionable motives working around children and Hotel staff that is blatantly argumentative and completely unconcerned about physical damage guests occurred while staying there. Will definitely find another place to stay in future. Horrible customer service within motel.

The hotel is Vegas style, upscale and beautiful. RV resort is so clean and love having a 24 hr shuttle to casino! Can't wait to come back.

Nice to have this great little getaway back! Went on a weekday and crowds were light. All games are back in action.

I love my free rooms allows me to spend more money in other areas. The people there are helpful but every since covid19 pandemic the place is a little uptight. It's hard to smoke with a mask on. Typical if I'm socially distancing and putting my mask on before I get up off my machine I don't need to be told everyone 20 min. That there required and that even when we drink at our machines we must immedaitly must pull it back up. Just give the whole experience an up tight feeling when there's people walking around to ask u to put your mask back up even when u had it down for a second anyways to sip. I feel like I'm getting in trouble and it scares me to tell the truth ruins my experience in playing. When there's people breathing down your neck waiting to catch you with your mask down. Anyways in all I love the players club and getting my free play as well. It's a pretty good place love that it's so close to home. But need more drawings for winners on different things so you spend more money.

My wifes and I first experience was our honeymoon. Now we return yearly. Always has been a great experience friendly staff great food and we normally pay for our room gambling.

It was great everything was super clean which is a huge thing the staff is awesome and everyone is friendly. We love staying here for a quick getaway.

Very clean, good-sized rooms, comfy beds and the dog- friendly rooms come with dog dishes and a treat - very appreciated and a nice touch! Staff everywhere - bar, restaurant and cleaning staff - were all friendly, pleasant and helpful. The pool, hot tubs and fitness room nicely done. Highly recommend!

Exceptionally clean and maintained. Stayed for 4 weeks June-July 2019. Staff was mostly engaging and courteous, a few were just there to work. It does help to have a lovable retriever to win them over. Location is very accessible to I-5 but the local community has very little to offer and economically depressed. Would have given 5 stars but the WiFi service is just poor. I would stay again without any doubt.

I haven't stayed in the hotel yet, the website isn't very easy to navigate or get clear information from, and the drinks are super weak (so if your a drinker order shots not mixed drinks) which is why I only gave it 4 stars however on the positive I gave it 4 stars because; Most of the staff (Dealers, waitresses, floor staff, cashiers, etc) is friendly, funny, and helpful. Also the food is amazing! Overall great experience...

This one is the best casino I've been too , its a very nice experience with a pool , fitness center, arcade for kids, full bar, a few different options for dining and the rooms are luxurious. When I jackpot I will give it 5 stars , I have won some money here, not over 500.00 yet

Spent Christmas day 2018 here. Was a pleasant experience. Older crowd. Very chill. Fun games, good food. Terrible coffee. Could have just been the barista at the espresso stand though. The shots pulled were burnt. Oh... They have a SPA! *squeel*

My first time there. It was fun. Place was clean, not too noisy and the food was excellent. The lady in the gift shop was super nice and went out of her way to help me. Loved it.

This place has it all and everything is neat and clean. Good rv lots roomy. Got nothing negative to say. Over 50 bucks a night but with all the facilities can't complain

I thought this place was really nice and actually meant to give it 4 stars.

Cons:
The game floor and event rooms are a really long walk from the hotel even from inside the building and that was the main struggle.
Also, the buffet food was not the best and I don't think it was worth the cost.

Pros:
Really nice facilities, really nice hotel rooms that are quite clean.
The whole place is kept quite clean and updated honestly.
The event rooms are beautiful and can accommodate a lot of people.
The staff are very helpful and really go out of their way to accommodate you.
