Great service, great people. Alberto rocks! We bought my daughter her first car and he was more than accomodating. He got the cars out she wanted to test drive and was very patient in the decision making process. He made the buying experience a pleasant one. We'll be back for sure.

Romeoville Toyota is a great place to buy your next new vehicle! The service was informative and friendly. They were honest about their product and to the point. Never trying to force a sale on you as they did their best to find the right vehicle for you. I especially want to thank little John and Levi for helping me and family go through each step of the process as smoothly as possible. The Porters could pay just a little more attention to detail when detail the vehicle but otherwise Toyota Romeoville is the dealership to go to!
Great dealership to go to. They explain everything in detail when you ask questions and they are very informative. This place is so much better than the Lombard dealership, but not as fancy as the Schaumburg dealership.
The associates were very friendly, Brandon Mroz and Jermaine Holloway made my dream come true with my dream truck, thank you guys! P.s the cashier was very kind.
I'm still at the dealership at the time of writing this review. Came for oil and filter change and everything went fine till I was offered a code for free car wash. The Stone age looking carwash setup with non user-friendly layout and signs is risking your vehicle to damage as it happened to my car. By the time the carwash was complete, the front passenger side tire was flat. Please do not risk yours.
I came to Toyota in Romeoville and they were super friendly. They were also extremely helpful with everything, especially Edgar. He helped me with the entire process of taking home my new car. So thank you for everything!
I had a serpentine belt break in my 2000 Echo. I dropped it off after hours and got it back the next afternoon for much less than I expected. Everyone was very professional and took good care of my car!
It was time for a update so i went there to get a newer car for my wife sales person was ok we decide to trade in her car all was ok but 3 months later i got a letter on the mail saying that the car that we trade in was in a inpound in chicago my wife went to the dealership and they said they got nothi g to do with it. They told her to check with the dmv and that sometimes it takes time to do the name change on it. Last week she went again and still show that still under her name. So i would like you to fixt this problem since the car was in your posesion. Lkke i said all was good until i got this bad news on the mail please get back to me to see how can you guys fixt this problem thank you.
Went in as a walk in for an oil change and was out in less than an hour. Justin was super helpful and the waiting area is nice. Only reason I m not giving 5 stars is because when I called with questions the girl wasn t very helpful.. everyone else was happy to help.
Anthony (our salesman) was a great gentleman and was very knowledgeable. He accommodated us with great service and attention. He gave great advice and good recommendations on the vehicle we were looking at.
This is my 2nd time visiting this dealership for an oil change & tire rotation. Zero complaints. Super friendly & professional staff, prices are decent & my car actually gets in at my appointment time. Beautiful facility too. At least on the servics side of things- absolutely would recommend!
It was a pleasure working with Duane and the team at Romeoville. They were not overly aggressive in selling and they didn't push unnecessary options. I was able to get the price I wanted, and I'm thrilled with the new car.
I came in looking to purchase a new car. I just want to give a big thank you to Manny and Alberto for walking me through the process. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions. Also, they worked within my budget to help me get in a new car. Awesome experience, I highly recommend Manny and Alberto.
Well guys, they just open, so they don t look busy from the outside, but fells really busy inside in the shop. Stuff seems very friendly and helpful, did the brake pads change, and happy with it
The service their is not very good. The service people are very rude an un caring about the customer, once you sign your deal. I left the dealer feeling like I had been taken advantage of, instead of being happy about my new car.
Joshua and the mechanic ( never got his name) yesterday did a good job on my Tundra. I usually service my own vehicle to save money and trust, but couldn't pass up the offer on 2 years of free toyota care. Also, I didn't know they have a shuttle service. Nice
I m a returning customer to Romeoville Toyota/Thomas Toyota. I bought a new C-HR a 1 1/2 ago. The over all dealership is nice. Friendly people. But there is one major problem. I asked them to remove the Remoeville Toyota sticker from the trunk. When they heated the sticker up with the heat gun to remove it they melted the paint and plastic on the trunk. They didn t apologize when it happened, or didn t offered me an accessories for their mistake. The assistant manager said things happen and we ll fix it. Now I have a brand new car with damage from the dealership that has to go to the body shop. Now I won t have a car that is flawless from the Toyota factory. They also said that they would call that Monday after after I bought the car never called. So I went up to the dealership this past Saturday one week after I bought the car. They said they would call this Monday again no call. I also have a print out from the dealership stating they will fix it and it only valid for six weeks. I hope the dealership fixes this problems if not I m taking my business elsewhere.
First I would like to start off by saying that no car buying experience is fun. This was my third time buying a car and easily my worst experience. I came to this dealership because of their prices, they had some of the best prices around and it is for this reason I didn't give it one star. However, the car buying experience does not make this dealership worth it. First of all, I walked in here knowing exactly what I wanted with financing already in hand from my bank. I use Chase and they are one of the companies that this dealership works with. I had a document with me from Chase that gave the dealership exact instructions on how to look up my pre-approval in their portal. After I had decided on a car, and agreed to a price on my trade in (even though it was $1,000 less than what they offered me three days before) I presented the Chase instructions to sales rep to get the process started. Even though I had the pre-approval he insisted I fill out the dealership's credit forms. I asked why, and he assured me it was standard procedure for informational purposes and that they would not do a hard inquiry on my credit. I was skeptical but I had no reason not to believe him. While I am waiting, I get a notification from my credit monitoring company that there was a new hard inquiry on my credit. I asked the rep why and he referred me to the finance manager. The finance manager said they run everyone's credit and that this was not out of the normal. I reminded him that I had a pre-approval from Chase and he pretended to have no idea how handle the pre-approval. At this point, I should've walked out, I was furious but I preceded to go through with the sale. Three hours later, I was finally out of the door with my car. Fast forward to this week. I check my bank account this morning and my old financing company withdrew my normal monthly payment from my checking account. Today marks two weeks from the day I traded in my truck and they still hadn't paid off the loan. Mind you, I asked about this before I left with my new car. I wanted to make sure that I would not have to make my next payment and was re-assured by the finance manager that I would not have to. After I discovered that the payment was withdrawn I immediately call the dealership to talk to the finance manager who helped me. He almost seemed surprised that I called and immediately shifted the blame to some corporate office that supposedly handles the loan payoffs. Fine, that makes sense, and instead of giving me the number, he volunteered to call and find out what was going on. I obliged and never heard back from him. I called at 9:30 this morning and I am writing this at 6:30 at night. This may not be a big deal to the dealership, but its a big deal to me and the fact that I did not hear back really irritates me. I'll be calling back tomorrow in a much less understanding mood. Use caution when shopping here.
Great people to buy a vehicle from. We bought two. They took care of us. Worked with us with all the options we wanted. Very knowledgeable about the details on the different models. Try them out you won t regret it.
I'm very happy with my purchase at Romeoville Toyota. I've had some bad experiences at other dealerships, and this was by far the best. The Salesman, John, was very knowledgeable and helped me get into a vehicle that's perfect for me and my family. Shane in finance was also wonderful to work with. I would recommend Romeoville Toyota to anyone looking for a car.
I set an appointment up for 9:45 to get an oil change and cvt software update. After I got the car back everything checked out ok I did not need a new transmission or anything. The part that confused me is there was a 2 to 3 hours wait even tho I made an appointment. After waiting around for a little over two hours I realized my car was parked and done sitting in the side lot by the waiting area after about 20 minutes they came and found me. Overall the experience just took too long I talked to someone that worked in the service area and he agreed it should have been in and out.
Allen and Corey demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge about the vehicle, and overall took great care of me. I would definitely recommend their services.
Great Location and staff, my second time there. I Receive a Recall for my Toyota i went there and they replace it fast. The only thing its when they were done with my car they told me my car was outside and they gave me the keys ( was raining out side ) Its because i dont pay anything for the re call? On my first time there they give me my car inside on the garage.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt as easewhen buying the car. Building was nice and clean. Waiting area is top notch withplenty to occupy the kids and adults with you. In all a very positive experience.
We bought a RAV 4 this week at Romeoville Toyota. Great experience! Great place! JP was our salesman. We highly recommend him. He got us a great car for a price we were happy with.
Si far for 2nd visit I have not experienced dissatisfaction with my service. Just the person taking my info not explaining too much about my car. The waiting area very neat and has good coffee.
I went to the service center for a recall on my car and an oil change. When I made the appointment the woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and nice, I unfortunately forgot her name, but she helped me find an appointment that worked with my busy schedule and on a Saturday which I am sure is tough. When I dropped off the car I worked with Brian who was also very personable and helpful. He knew what recall issue I was talking about right away and got me in and on my way for the day very quickly. When I came to pick up my car Brian helped me again and went over all of the paperwork and again it was a quick and painless process. When I got home I realized they topped off my windshield wiper fluid and put air in my tires which was a really nice touch! So if you need to take your car in for anything this location is a great one to go to.
I really wanted to like this dealer based on all its good reviews; however, it appears my experience was not the same as everyone else's. I was told and agreed upon an out -the-door price of a Corolla Hatchback over the phone by a manager, Ferris. I then made arrangements to come in and purchase the vehicle on the following day.
After leaving work early, my fiance and I arrived at the dealer 15 minutes early. Despite confirming my appointment approximately two hours earlier, we were told the salesmen we were working with, Alberto, was not there. Ferris then suggested we take the Corolla for a "long" test drive while we waited for Alberto to return. We did so, allowing us to fall in love with the vehicle a second time. When we returned, Alberto met us at the door, only to sit us down and inform us that Ferris had incorrectly calculated the out-the-door price. They now wanted $1,000.00 more for the car for "fees", which they were not willing to work with us on.
Perhaps this was a genuine mistake, but I can't help but feel a "bait-and-switch" tactic was used on us, particularly since we are young, first time car buyers. Had it been a mistake, I would think it would be good practice to own up to it. My family has been loyal customers to Toyota for over 30 years, and they have never had an experience such as this. Seems very off brand for the company. My suggestion would be to take care of young customers, rather than trying to pull a fast one over them. Due to our age, we have many more vehicles to purchase throughout our life, and because of this experience, Romeoville Toyota will never see our business again.
Wonderful experience as always. Fast turn around time and they always go over the inspection form with me. Today I worked with Uncle Fester the new service guy. Quite a character with an uplifting attitude. As always overall great experience.
It is the second car that I buy at this Dealership and I will continue to come because the attention and service is excellent, mainly in the sales section with Kimberly and in Credit with Alberto. Also in the service section it has been very efficient.
The sales men Alberto Mata and Jon Nares try to make the best offer available for me that adjust my needs. They makes it work out for, I recommend this Toyota dealer.
I've had my Corollas oil changed here twice so far and can say the staff is extremely helpful and not pushy like you'd expect any car dealership to be. I will definitely be buying my next Toyota here!
DISHONEST! Brought 2015 Toyota Corolla in for an oil change. Service guy, I believe named Dan reported that it needed brakes and was unsafe to drive. My husband has a mechanic that he has used for years for brake jobs. Declined service from Toyota to have done by trusted mechanic who told us the car was not in need of a brake job. Romeoville Toyota tried to scam me. I feel like they were taking advantage of me because I am female. Beware of Romeoville Toyota!
Place was great! Sales staff was extremely helpful and so was the GM Karl. From top to bottom great organization, and I really do find that hard to say about car dealerships!
These guys are awesome! I could not afford a new car but they worked with my budget and helped me find a used Nissan Rogue. I did research prior to my purchase and found they were 15% cheaper than anyone else! They made sure all the vehicle functions were working properly. My salesman Gino was very easy to deal with and never made me feel pressured. He introduced me to the General Manager Sal Luca who couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend these guys to ANYONE looking for a new Toyota or a used vehicle. I will certainly get my next vehicle here
Did not go there to buy a car ir for service. Went their for some business and I have been to and multiple dealerships before but great culture culture and a beautiful facility. Definitely some place I would love to soend some money.
Highly recommend this dealership! Was nervous about buying a car during the COVID time, but it could not have gone better. Albert Tulo, Toyota rep who worked with us, brought the car we were interested in to our place for a test drive, and also to give us an estimate on our old car for the trade in. He was very helpful with answering all our questions and concerns. We only needed to show up in the dealership for a quick visit to signup the paperwork (which was all ready and waiting for us by the time we came) and to switch our car's plate since we decided to keep it. Very happy with the whole experience and our new car! Thank you Romeoville Toyota for this easy and pleasant experience! Happy Holidays! Sincerely, Anton and Vera
We were excited to look into the rav4 model. Corey Cross assisted us with the test rides and elaborated on the important safety features we wanted. He was able to find the vehicle which had all of the features we were looking for in the color we wanted on the lot. Corey explained the function of the blind spot monitoring, backup camera and smart cruise control features and how to use them during our test drives of the rav4. In the end, Corey and the rest of the team fulfilled all of our expectations and made us repeat customers. I would purchase from them again, as they follow through, and get the deal done right and treat their customers with respect.
I took my Nissan Altima to Thomas Nissan to have the paint on my hood repaired. The hood started to get corrosion bubbles at only 18,000 miles. The service manager approved through Nissan to have my hood repainted at 0 cost to me. The dealer also provided a loaner car to use while my car was being repaired. The service team was great and the hood on my Altima looks brand new. This is the third Nissan I have purchased, glad to see Nissan stands behind their product.
Great experience at Toyota of Romeoville. Syed K and the rest of the team there were very patient with us. Highly recommend stopping here if you re in the market for a new or used Toyota.
Friendly service department staff, clean facility, lots of room to maneuver in the parking lot, an exceptionally nice new dealership with lots of cars in stock, seems like it would be a great experience for anybody
Avoid this place for oil change! They put the plastic covering my oil filter so tight, the other place was afraid they might break it and couldn t do my oil change because of it. I drove an hour back to them and to my surprise they were unprofessional and unapologetic. Heck this was the place I spent $300! in oil change and other services on my last visit. If you really want to retain your customer, dont treat them like a number!
I normally don t write reviews, but I definitely felt that this location needed to be acknowledged properly! I am so impressed by the professionalism and courtesy I was shown. Julian expressed that they were short staffed, yet kept me as well as other customers updated throughout the entire process. Good job Romeoville Toyota!
Alberto is very professional. He help us to get are new Toyota rav4 , he took time to show us how everything about the car. My wife is very happy. Will recomend him to all my friends and family. Thank you
I was a little confused when I called Thomas Toyota in Joliet and Romeoville Toyota answered instead. Thomas Toyota is now they're Collision site. I went to the Romeoville store and was very pleased with my experience. Dan R was more than helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my services. No surprise to me, there were no issues. If you haven't driven a Toyota yet you should give it a try
Wow! I love this dealership , Michael was such a good help ! Thank you so much , we have two Toyota s in the family and we couldn t be happier with the service and customer service ! You won t be disappointed !
I had a great experience taking in my Toyota Sienna in for a recall, check rubber flap on sliding door & oil change. Dan took care of me, curious and quick. His colleague next to him saw I had 3 younger children and as I stated I didn't have a ride offered to have a driver take all 4 of us home and pick us up after the car was ready (approximately 3.5 hours). Jim drove us and was so nice and friendly. I was amazed at the service, worried I was going to have to try and figure out what to do with the kids for that long, and ended up not having to wait at the shop. Picking up the car was quick and easy. Exceptional service, I would highly recommend Toyota Romeoville. Although, I did notice that the waiting room is equipped with a great kids corner and adult sitting area is super clean and nice.
