Service parts buyer beware they use non Toyota brake rotors and they do not disclose to buyers while I have called this in to corporate Toyota they will not do anything I am sure. I called other Toyota dealers who all said we only sell genuine Toyota parts. Shameful they used non Toyota parts on my mothers SUV
Customer service butchered my name and address making nothing but mistakes on my general information. Charles had my driver's license in front of him that should not have happened. Marissa raised her voice and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Charles said to excuse her behavior as they were understaffed and that he would put in the system that my tank was only half full instead of full to make up for the problems. People this incompetent I could not trust to do the work right. This dealership does sloppy work and can't be trusted. I told them I didn't even want my car serviced by them. I wanted my car back within the hour. They did the work very quickly much quicker than the 4 hours they quoted me. I question how well it was done, it went against my wishes I didn't even want them to do it. I had to beg for my papers to be printed out saying that my recall was completed. Julian the manager wanted to email them to me. I spoke with Julian and Leo the managers. Leo thought it was a joke and made huge mistakes writing down my name when I spelled it phonetically.
upper management at this dealership is beyond verbally abusive to their employees. They scream, swear, and demean them in front of customers and coworkers. This is the definition of abusive working conditions. Management completely degrades the Toyota name.

This was the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had! Matt was great, he was full of information and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. I had originally wrote a negative review based on my experience with the service department. After I wrote that review I received several phone calls from different people within different departments trying to rectify the situation. When I went io to speak with them I received great service. They helped me not only get my car looked at for it s 20,000 mile service but they actually helped me get into a 4Runner which I ve been wanting to do for several months. After signing the paperwork that s where the good customer service ended - I was asked to write a good review which I did but since then have removed due to the following. I traded my RAV4 in on August 12, I was told by Shane in the finance department I would have to absolutely pay my first month payment on the 4Runner within the month of August. I told him my RAV4 payment was due on 28 August which was over two weeks away and he assured me PNC loan would be paid off by then and I would have no difficulties and a smooth transition. Come 26 August and PNC notified me after I contacted them they had not received a check from Toyota. I reached out to my two points of contact at Toyota who assured me they would always help me, Jermaine and Allen. Jermaine assured me that he would talk and have someone from financial call me that Monday. Tuesday afternoon rolls around and still no one has contacted me so Wednesday I called Toyota and Shane wasn t in the office so I spoke with the other financial person by the name of Levi who s great solution was for me to call back tomorrow even though by then my car payment would be late. I finally reached out to the GM by the name of Sal who leaves me a bumbling voicemail and rambles but does go ahead and email me a forwarded email attachment saying that they had paid PNC. So I waste almost an hour and a half of my day talking with PNC to finally track down the check and they finally assured me that they did receive the check finally and they will be processing it right away for me. I then reached out to Sal once again letting him know and also asking when I will receive information from Toyota to be able to make my first payment by the end of August. I received a one sentence reply saying in a week or more which puts me in September. I also texted the two people who assured me once again they would always help me and I got the answer of I spoke with Shane on Monday and this was taken care of. I told him that was excellent, I m glad that he spoke with somebody but no one called me the actual customer. I received a text message several hours later asking for me to call him that he has information for me which I kindly reply that I had spent hour of my day doing what they told me they would take care of and I no longer would be taking my business to Toyota but I would switch to Naperville. Haven t heard anything for a week but now just a few minutes ago I received a phone call from someone by the name of David Dill saying that he worked here and wanted to help me get into a new car they don t even communicate within their own business! Save yourself the convenience of this location and just go to Naperville.
The Romeoville Toyota sales team went out of their way to find the Highlander that I wanted. Everyone was polite, professional and helpful. I am now in a kid friendly vehicle that does not look like a mom car.
I was excited to hear that a Toyota dealership was being put in down the street from my house. There is a warranty for my truck. I made an appointment and was told that I would need to schedule a loaner. I called to do so and had to leave my information in order to be called back. I never received a call back. I called again and was transferred to the finance department and was told that the person who handles loaner vehicles was only in Monday through Friday. I called again the following Monday and was informed that this dealership does not issue a courtesy vehicle while your vehicle is being serviced for a warranty related issue. I am not impressed and will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Toyota of Naperville. Any warranty or recall issues I have had in the past were addressed without any headaches and a courtesy vehicle!
I was honestly disappointed for the first time ever. My last visit I did not get esthetic oil, I told the guy Adrian who was helping me that I know I did not get it last time and he insisted that I did. Then I called once leaving asking again for regular oil no esthetic, Adrian insisted once again that it s required ? It is not required I use to work in a dealer ship myself. I told him I want the regular oil he said okay. I go and pick up my car and what do I notice on my receipt ? Esthetic oil!! Beyond ridiculous and wrong! Never going here again.
Recently, we crossed a milestone in our family with my daughter getting her license so it was time for her own car. I called Karl R. the GM of Romeoville Toyota and he jumped into action to find me a safe, reliable used car for her. We landed on a well-cared for 2006 Camry that he ensured was mechanically sound and ready to go another 100k miles. I was very impressed with the dealership overall as it's very clean, energetic and the everyone in the dealership was great. I peeked into the service bays and have never seen an area in a dealership so new and clean, highly recommend.
Like your facilty. I used a coupon for an oil change. I felt that the $5 coupon was extremely low and it didnt even cover the tax. There was no DeCaf in the coffee machine. Dance music blaring at 7am as well. The waiting area should be more relaxed. Staff was great and did a great job.

Kimberly was extremely helpful. I didn't know that I had to make an appointment before going. (I guess I'm lacking common sense amid the pandemic.) I made a call at the front door. She quickly made the appointment for me and greeted me fervently. She patiently explained to me about the differences between the models. The process was nice and smooth. I didn't feel no pressure from her. The best sales rep of the year.

Best dealership ever Romeoville Toyota, working with Sales person Edguard was the most pleasurable experience ever buying a vehicle. He really listens and works to get you what you want in a car and he does so with a service first mentality. I will always buy from them and send others there to. Other staff that contributed to the vet positive experience was Sal -GM who does the right thing by the customer and Brandon in Sales and Shane in Finance made buying a car the most fun experience ever. Came in for a brake squeak last week and uncle fester hooked me up with new front and rear brakes and changed my brake fluid all in under 3 hours. Uncle Fester my man.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Toyota service. It started out just routine and went downhill from there. I know you re trying to sell additional services I opted for only the oil change and tire rotation and it was over $90. Left my car , gave them my number to call me when it was finished. Received a call, I could not take the call and I receive no voicemail . When I mentioned it the gentleman s said that he did leave me a voicemail, basically told me that something was wrong with my phone. Time to pay, had to wait at the cashiers desk for a full three or four minutes, finally i flagged someone down to take my money. I will not be returning to this location.
I had the best Salesman. Corey was my salesman and he was so helpful! He walked me through every step and he wasn t pushy in anyway all he wanted to do was help me out with my purchase. I truly recommend Romeoville Toyota to anyone in the Chicago Land area. Jermaine was the sales manager and he was so helpful and friendly. I had such a great experience.
JP was great! Explained the features on our car and made us feel really comfortable asking any questions we had about the vehicles we were looking at. He followed up with us a few days after getting our new car to see if we had any questions. It s a beautiful facility and will definitely go back when we need another car!

I called to get my car serviced and they gave me a same day appointment. When I arrived at the shop I noticed a lot of vehicles in the shop and few mechanics. When I spoke with them over the phone the mentioned to me my car would be out the shop the same day but that didn't happen. It looked like to me they are taking in too many cars than they can handle. If they were honest with me and told me that there was too many cars ahead of me and given me and actual day of when I would be getting my car back there wouldn't be a problem. I've been attended to better at other local Toyota dealerships so I'm not very likely to come back to this one.

A large LED sign says $39.00 oil change all makes and models. But when I called to schedule an appointment the girl tells me that price does not apply to my Ford Mustang because it s a sports car. My Mustang is a 6 cylinder engine. As a long time resident of Romeoville I find it offensive that the only car dealer in Romeoville is dishonest.

Customer service was excellent, The mechanics made a number of discovery s needed for my car, but I was a bit disappointed that they were unable to detect or come up with a theory to say what it might be. Unfortunately, 189.00 dollars to run test didn t fix my problem, so I had to go to the little guy Tuffys who found and fixed it by replacing the starter. Even though he was not sure of it, but at least he had a elimination plan set up based on all cars that had problems like mine.
Friendly...helpful... willing to deal to a point but I feel that I did get a good deal on the Camry XLE that I purchased. I was originally told that the newer models didn't come with an audio flash drive player or a CD player but this car has both. I recommend Romeoville Toyota!
Let me start by saying this is long over due, anyways, came in not having a lot of hope in my heart but after talking to Jermaine for a second it really made me at ease about all of this. Even after getting all the info down, I didn't feel that bad about it, and before I knew it I was approved and on my way to my new car. It was just nice and relaxing experience overall. Couldn't ask for a better car and couldn't ask for a more friendly service .

MUST READ!!! Don t get scammed with there internet prices..It was one of my worst experience!!! The salesperson was okay, But the manager was really rude and arrogant.
First of all the internet team lied and have zero coordination with the actual sales team at the location. So, I shoot an offer through call and they said, that they talk with one of the manager there and he said that there will be a big possibility that they will accept my offer made me drove all the way to their dealership and let me tell you it was a good 40 min drive for me... made deal with the salesman on pricing and everything and i was in the impression that they agreed on my offer thats why he asked me to fill the form and ran a credit check on me and my wife beside i told him in the start that my credit history is great enough to get the vehicle. After everything and got approved which was nothing shocking for me he said we cant work with your offer and then manager came for like quick 1-2 minutes and said we are milessss apart and if you wanna make a deal then bla bla bla and left on my face while i was sitting there. It was very disrespectful specially when someone comes to you with his family. Few things! There was more than noticeable dents and scratches on the car that you would not able to see in pics and thats because the pictures they upload is just to get people attract to their dealership. I would never write this review till after i called them back and tried to increase my offer!!! But you know what they (manager) said.... Now the only way even to talk about the car is if my brother will remove his review. So in my opinion these people don t know how to respect their customers even if you have to tell no you better tell snd talk in a nicer way.
Went to a few Toyota dealers in the area and got offers on a 2020 Highlander Hybrid. This dealership had the best price for my trade and the highlander. There was no BS, they gave me their best price right away, no back and forth. Worked directly with Sal and he was awesome. Everyone involved was great to work with, very accommodating. Dealership is also very clean compared to the others. Would not go anywhere else in the future.
We agreed to a price, they ran my credit then took back their offer. They discriminated against their own employee stating there was a language barrier. It seems like a shady business.
I don t like only think they take does moor then 1 hours for even just tire rotation and oil change Otherwise it was very nice experience with Toyota location I truly recommend.

Dont be fooled by the approach..... this place is different than they come off to be. Dishonest and give you the run around. My story is long but just know that they are unwilling to stick to a deal even after they refused to even negotiate and my family was wanting to complete the sale. We were giving the run around 2 times and for that my business goes elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where you will be treated fair and not lied to about a cars status.
I have been speaking with Edgard since Feb and not once was he pushy. Always letting me know what my options were and when i was ready to come in, I made 3 visits and again he wasn't pushy and even told me to take my time with my decision and when i was ready, to come back. He is very polite, helpful, honest, and gave me some tips to think about with some of my decisions. They are very friendly at this location. Everyone greeted me. I went to the Naperville location as it was down the street from my job and not 1 person even brothered to glance at me. Romeoville is awesome. And I would recommend this location to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. I went in for a used and came out with a new one. This was my first time taking my truck in for service at this location. I was very impressed by the new location. Daniel my service advisor was a 10 all the way through the whole process. I will definitely be taking my truck back there again for future services. Thanks again Daniel you were great!
My experience here was fantastic the representatives especially Bryson who through thick and this managed to get a good price on a Toyota Corolla that was close to the price I had in mind when walking in, the Sales member Shane who I worked with was fantastic and professional, he was clear about everything that I had to pay for the car. The people here were friendly and cooperative when I went in to purchase my first car definitely would recommend Romeoville Toyota if you want an affordable and wide selection of vehicles.
Beautiful showroom and facility. The coffee options and cookies are a nice touch. BONUS points for having a quiet waiting area. I wish that area had the work station the non-quiet room has, though. Best dealership experience. Brought vehicle in on a Saturday morning for a recall repair (which Toyota actually called ME to schedule because I was procrastinating after receiving the notices) and they were done within a few hours and even did an inspection free of charge. Great service!
The guy to work with is Allen. He is very genuine and not pushy. He works hard to get the best deal. I literally walked out of a negotiation and drove 40 miles just to work with him because of the deal he proposed and his sales style.
My friend bought a used Toyota Avalon from Romeoville Toyota on Friday, October 5th and by the time he was done with the paperwork it was past 8:00 pm. He was told by the salesman the price of the car is $24900. He liked the car and agreed to pay their asking price of $24900. He paid $4000 down and wanted to finance the balance amount and clearly told him the maximum amount he can afford as monthly payment would be no more than $370 for a period of 6 years. He signed all the documents in good faith without going through it. On Sunday he reviewed the paperwork and found out he got ripped off. Not only they charged him $1800 above asking price but also added a $2500 protection package without even informing him. Besides that they changed the monthly payment to $559.79 instead of $370 what he had specifically asked. If thay would had clearly told him that they can t keep the payment as per his budget he wouldn t had bought the car. On Monday, October 8th at 9:00 am he went to the dealership to return the car as per their 3 days return policy. To his surprise no one at the dealership entertained him. He talked to one of the dealership managers Jermain and asked him to take the car back as per their 3 day return policy but he never came back and went into hiding. He waited and waited but no one helped him with his request. Guys beware Romeoville Toyota is a total scam, We will lodge a complaint with all Government agencies as well as Better Business Bureau and all available social media platforms to expose their malign practices.
