I walked in to the place just to check it out. Matthew walked up to me and gave me the most amazing car shopping experience ever. I ended up going home with a new vehicle. The price was right and Matthew was great. Should be going back later in the year to get another car for my family

I purchased my extended Toyota Care through the Naperville location and they refused to look up my plan to take care of my car service for the day.
I purchased a car from here and the sales staff from my salesman to the management was A+! They were so friendly and went above and beyond making sure all of my wants were met. The dealership is brand new so everything is so fresh and clean and my kids loved the theater room as we waited to get into connect!! This dealership made my car buying experience a breeze! Not to mention, this is the only dealership I trust with my vehicle s service. The service area is nice and open and the service writers make coming in for an oil change fast and painless. Fast service at a reasonable price, service advisor Megan was a pleasure to work with. The new store is a big improvement, even the employees have been upgraded with new uniforms and a new attitude. The old store was a little sketchy and the advisors were right out of the movie Used Cars, the new place is first class all the way.

This was the first experience that I have had with a dealership while purchasing a vehicle. I called in and asked to speak someone about a vehicle that I had found on there website. Gino was who picked up my call. My experience was great, Gino was up front and honest with me. He made sure I was taken care of even after I purchased the vehicle. I asked him a lot of questions and he kept getting me answers. I was greeted by many other people while I was at the dealership. This was a great experience and the dealership it self was very impressive.

After making all the phone and making sure all the features were availablel I show up to finalize the deal. And Greg the salesperson did not have the car that he had been telling me about. I wasted an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours. They were not willing to work with me and find me the car that I wanted. I recommend staying away this dealer. They do not know their inventory or the product.

***Update: After posting this review, the owner responded, asking me to reach out to Larry Jordan, the Customer Experience Manager. I did in fact do just that, so he had me bring the car back in and the brake pads were replaced. However, after over two weeks the brakes were still grinding. He then had me come in, and they replaced the rotors as well. That seems to have solved the problem. Each time I came in, I was given a free rental to use, which was very helpful. Larry was polite, and I appreciate him handling this matter. I Never got an apology from the associates involved, & I just hate that it had to even come to this. Nevertheless, hopefully a learning experience on both sides. ***
They are nice and accomodating until the purchase is made, then you see their true colors. My husband bought a used 2011 Lexus LS460 from this dealership 2 months ago. The financing was easy, even though he had some credit challenges. However, we noticed at the time of purchase that the brakes felt worn. We mentioned it to our salesman Bryson, and he said the service dept said there was 60 percent life left on brakes. But he assured us if there was a problem, they would take care of it. We agreed, and thought maybe the brakes were feeling that way because it hadnt been driven in a while, or because it was a rainy day. However, the brakes contined to grind and pulse. After several attempts to reach Bryson, and unreturned phone calls, we let him know that the brake problem was still there. He instructed us to make an appointment with with the service department. We did just that. The day that I went in for appointment, Bryson happened to be off. Ultimately, I was was turned away because they couldn't verify if the dealership would cover it. They claimed they tried to call Bryson, but didn't get a response. I even called the manager named Rich who was also off, left a message explaining to him what was going on, but got no response that day. Mind you, we don't live close to the dealership at all, I had wasted my time coming there. A couple days later Rich calls me back stating that they would look at the car, but wouldn't cover any repairs. We were taken aback by this response coming from a so called manager, who was all smiles with us at the time of sale, but now that they hooked us, it's all business. But this is bad business. We have purchased many cars in our lifetime, and some much cheaper than this one, but this is the first time we have been denied a basic service, especially seeing that we mentioned it at the time of purchase. I get and understand that this is a used car, but it is not a cheap car. With a 25k loan, and a sizeable down payment, I would expect better customer service. Not just the phony stuff to make the sale, but after the sale, you have no interest in assisting us further with any issues with the car. We did have the brakes checked by a mechanic, and sure enough he said it needs brake pads. Now, we have to pay for this out of our own pocket, because this dealership operates in sheer unprofessionalism. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. You could have earned a lifelong customer, with many referrals, but you chose to take us for granted because of our current situation. Well guess what? We are on our way to rebuilding our credit, and becoming a more desirable client. But when that time comes, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Please be careful how you treat people.
I know it's my responsibility to read the contract and everything I'm signing, however, it wasn't necessary to through the $750 GAP insurance without letting me know.

Dont ever ever ever bring your car in for service at Romeoville Toyota!! My daughter's 2018 Rav 4 went in for a simple oil change and they did not put the oil filter on correctly and the vehicle was loosing massive amount of oil before we noticed. The most important thing that needs to be completed we have performed at the dealership thinking that this is being performed correctly and to think of the ramifications that could have happened had we not noticed this in time are unspeakable!! This is a new car with less than 20K miles on it and no care was put into making sure this was done correctly! I am disgusted at the lack of integrity put forth at the service department and hope no one ever has to experience what my family has been through!

This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences my husband and I have had in a very long time. We have been trying to get out of a used car we were upside down on for about a year and could never come to good terms with any other dealership. We met with Brandon and from the start he was honest, didnt waste our time and didn t try to sway us in another direction. Levi in finance is some kind of finance wizard and I don t know how they worked everything out for us but we ended up leaving in a brand new car that same night. We will absolutely be returning customers and be referring people we know to this dealership.
I was in contact 3with Gino via email and text message about a vehicle here and after a while I'd have to email or text him twice just to get a response. The last email I got was him stating to give him some time to run some base numbers of a price and he would get back to me and this was over 24 hours ago and no response. I was very interested in doing business with them but after this I'll find this truck somewhere else. Also I used the trade in appraisal on their website to see the ball park of what my vehicle would be estimated at if I traded it in. When I told them I had a trade in they informed me of what they'd give me for for vehicle and it was 3 grand less than what the estimate place on their website stated like come on dont play me and low ball me
All I can say is WOW!!! I wasn't even looking for a car. I just wanted to stop in and pick up an oil filter for my vehicle. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle and headed to the entrance, I was greeted by staff members and held the door for me. A woman asked what I was in for and I said just for parts. She kindly directed me to the parts department. The facility is huge and full of life. Very clean as well. As I headed to parts, I spoke with a gentleman named Brian. I want to give this man a shout out!!! He is a very exceptional parts guys. He answered all of my parts questions and was very personable. I'll be in the market for a new vehicle next year. If my sales and service experience can be like it was today. Then you guys will have a customer for life. Thanks for the great customer experience!!!
My car has been in service for 5 days. Guy tools me that I could pick it up anytime after a set time on the fifth day did so and car wasn t ready.

Went there for oil change they told me waiting time about 2 hours so I ask to schedule appointment for next day and same happened waiting time is 2 hours and I ask to speak with manager about that issue and he told me first come first serve so why Should have schedule than very disappointed never back or recommended

Nice new, clean facility. Clear explanation of services needed. I was there for over 2 hours though, when they said it would take about 45 min - 1 hour. They discounted the cost of my services since I had to wait so long, so that was nice.

It was a great car buying experience with Ferris.
I have had nothing but great service with Toyota in Romeoville. The staff is always extremely kind and honest. There have been times where I thought I needed something fixed on my car and their answer was, "We are happy to fix it, but honestly it's not going to hurt your car to leave it the way it is, so I wouldn't spend the money." Or, another example, last week something was thrown at my car and completely destroyed the cover of my wheel well (if that's what it's called haha). I told them that I will fix this eventually but right now I hate to spend too much money. They got me a quote and said that they would advise that I fix it sooner rather than later but as of now it is probably okay to leave until I have the means to get it fixed. I can't thank them enough for being so honest and not sneaky and taking advantage of my "car ignorance." I even asked a guy there named Brandon to show me a Rav4 today, and rather than being pushy and money hungry, he showed it to me, answered my questions, gave me his card, and left it at that. That makes me want to buy from him even more just because I didn't feel pestered. My last point, their new facility is beautiful and I don't mind spending time waiting there (it's never even too long of a wait anyway) because it is so aesthetically pleasing. I always have extremely fast service no matter what I bring my car in for, especially for never making an appointment. LONG REVIEW but sheesh I can't say enough good things about this place!

Overall experience was okay. I left out a star for the simple fact they conned me into running my
Credit when I told them not and it really aggravated me. When the manager emailed me asking how my experience was, he never responded when I told him what happened. Once I actually bought the car, they were friendly and have taken care of me.
My first visit in to this Toyota was on Wednesday, November 27th. I had made an appointment just to be able to see some cars, figure out finances and what I could afford, and what they'd be able to offer me. The salesman I worked with was Corey C. I am younger in age, however, I didn't feel like I was being treated any differently, which was very reliving. I test drove a 2020 Corolla and 2020 RAV4. Corey went over any and all details with me, asked/answered any and all questions, and I did not feel rushed at all. I spent about two hours there. I wasn't ready to make a decision that night, so we had scheduled an appointment for Friday evening. Upon leaving Wednesday night, they held doors open for me AND made sure I got to my car safely. I know those are little things, however they really strive to make sure their customers feel cared about!
Flash forward to Friday, I arrive back at Toyota with my fiance and a very close family friend. We were greeted kindly by Corey and we started crunching numbers and such again.
Corey had advised that I look into a 2019 RAV because it would significantly lower my monthly payments. I felt as if he was very transparent the entire time.
This was my first time ever at a car dealership doing this kind of thing and I feel as if Toyota made it as smooth as possible. When it was all said and done, we were there for roughly 3 and a half hours. We didn't mind to wait because the end result was worth it (and we got free coffee). I must also say they had some of the cleanest/nicest public restrooms.
When it was finally my turn to see Shane in finance, he made the process for us as quick as possible, which we really appreciated after waiting for quite some time. He was easy to work with, didn't try to push me to purchase anything else, and had good music playing while we were in office LOL.
Corey C. was personable and fun to work with throughout my two days at Toyota. He even took a fun picture giving me my keys!
Between Black Friday deals and rebates, I was able to get an affordable payment right at my maximum price range, which I am totally okay with.
After going through and reading all of these different reviews, I would just like to say for the next customer: give them a chance because it went very well for me! I know not everyone has the same experience, however, based on mine, I would recommend them to family/friends!

I had previously been in a car accident and totaled my car. Mt husband had done extensive research on the Rav4, we just needed to find the perfect used one for me. We had visited other Toyota dealerships in the area, one of which we had a terrible experience with when explaining what we wanted. Essentially they told us we would never find the exact car for the exact price we wanted. After visiting Lombard Toyota and having a mentally exhausting experience, we were debating even going to Romeoville Toyota. I AM SO GLAD WE DID!! Edgar greeted us in the snow covered parking lot 1 hour prior to closing (yes, we were those people). Very pleasant to work with, listened to what we wanted and brought the car we saw online right away. We drove it, loved it and when it was time to sit down for the negotiating we were a bit nervous. IT WENT SO SMOOTH AND THE PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED! Tom was the finance person we saw, not pushy at all, super pleasant and easy to talk to. Seemed like he genuinely cared about our bad experiences. And Ashley, the cashier, gave us so many laughs as they got our car ready. Overall totally recommend Romeoville Toyota!!

We purchased a used car at this dealership. Allen, our salesman was great to work with. He took the time to show us the vehicles we wanted to see and do test drives without rushing us even though it was getting close to closing time. Allen kept in contact with us after the sale to thank us and then after a few days of having the car he contacted me to tell me they received the spare key fob. The entire staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The car buying experience here was truly fun. Big shout out to Allen Salazar, great customer service. Love the new car!

I would definitely recommend Romeoville Toyota. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. We worked with Allen who greeted us at the door and helped us out through the whole process. Everything was very efficient. Allen and the entire staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that we were happy with the purchase. The dealership is brand new and is very clean with plenty of amenities. I received a follow up from Allen a few days after asking if we were happy with everything. I brought my 2009 Toyota corolla in for a recall, and the staff was the most kindest and courteous that I have dealt with in a very long time.From the car Porter to the Service lady who checked me in.This was a most Pleasant experience. It took a total of five hours to complete the recall work on my car, so they offered me a courtesy card to take me home and even pick me up in the car was ready. Bad experiences I took my Toyota Tacoma to change the engine oil and they forgot a cup inside of my hood near the fans. My truck starts to make noise and when I open the hood I look the cup inside, when I call the dealer they hang me up.
Also few month ago I went to do some repair someOne stole my quarters for the car they need to find new and responsible staff

Dishonesty can not be forgiven. I will advise Friends and family to never visit them as well as post this review on every platform. I want honest serious buyers to beware
