The service here is ok, if a little pricey. My problem today is that when I brought the car in for service, only one employee in sight was wearing a mask, & they had it pulled down to talk on the phone. Later I saw that the sales personnel are wearing them, but NONE of the actual service personnel was wearing a mask. This does not make me very comfortable with them being in or driving my car. Usually this place is pretty trustworthy, but today makes me rethink that assessment.

this is probably the worst dealership i have been. as they promised us a deal put on paper(including tax,license,fees,approx 6% apr) after running our credit (excellent), Larry Jordan (very unprofessional) came with a different offer (all the paper numbers were the same) stating the previous numbers put on paper are invalid because that is not a binding contract. the worst

I was not happy with the service. I go in and tell the service writer that I want them to look over the car really good cause I m going on a trip to Florida, and that there is a noise at the front passages side. And it gets louder as you go over bumps. He said it would be about an hour. I was fine with that, no problem. They inspect the vehicle, and comes to me and says, everything is fine and it needs brakes. I ask him about the noise in the passages side, and he told me it was the brakes. I would need to replace them. I would ask him questions, about the noise and he kept saying it was the brakes and I needed to replace them. I probably needed brakes, but I know it was not the brakes making that noise.

I try to get a hold of the Owner but Lady did try to help..no available. Heading 40+Miles away from Plainfield IL...Don t put the Burden on Karl. Thomas needs to step up..

We purchased a used a used 2015 Toyota Sienna minivan from Romeoville Toyota on 09/17/18. The price of the van was advertised as $22500 on their website. We test drove the minivan and liked it. We were told by the salesman the monthly payment would be $600 for 72 months if we pay $1500 as down payment. Although we felt the monthly payment was kind of high for us but we went ahead with the purchase. By the time we were in the finance department to sign the purchase documents the payment amount was changed $606.76 although we were not happy but didn't made a big fuss about it. On 10/2/18 we got a call from Tom with finance department to come and see him at the dealership ASAP, me being a nurse have a hectic schedule but he threatened me if i do not show up he will get my vehicle towed away. Next day i was in his office and he made me sign the paperwork again and changed the monthly payments to $656 and forced me to write a check for $500. Luckily my brother is also co-signer in this vehicle and they need his signature as well on the contract, when i asked my brother to visit the dealership he got upset on me as to why i signed the document in which they changed the monthly payment. My brother refused to go there and asked me to inform the dealer that he won t sign any documents in which they have changed the terms of payments. Going through the finance contract we also noticed they charged $2000 for some kind of protectIve fee without our permission to do so. I am shocked to see that a toyota dealership of this magnitude tries to fool their customers, and who knows how many customers are being ripped off day in day out. There should be a full investigation launched into their business dealings
to see how many customers unknowingly paid more than what they were quoted. The relevant consumer department should send mystery customers to uncover their fraudulent way of conducting business.

Desired Settlement:
I want them to charge me no more than $600 for 72 months and give me my check for $500 and $2000 for some kind of protective service they added without my consent.

I went in for some service on our Prius. And while waiting I was introduced to a young man JP, Well the rest is history ! We had an awesome! Experience, bought a new 2019 Camry. Great deal, Great service from JP Burns, Really nice , Polite, Knowledgeable, and sold us on the Camry.
We will be sure to recommend Thomas Toyota, and JP BURNS to everyone that we know looking for a great deal. Thanks.....

I scheduled a service recall for my Avalon & asked about transportation back to my house. The girl told me she would have the service manager call me. By the next day, no call. Brought my car in & worked with Charlie. He was good. The service manager came over & I explained to him the day B4 event. All he could do is say sorry, he never got the message which I don't believe. Charlie then told me the recall would take about 3-3-1/2 hours & I did get a shuttle ride home. By 3 o'clock, I had not heard from them which was now 6 hours from my scheduled appointment time so I tried calling service. Someone finally picked up the phone after 3 calls, wow, I guess everyone was too busy to pick up a phone. He the told me my car would not be ready untill 4 or 4-30 which the would have been over 7 hours. What happened to 3 hours. No phone call to let me know they where running late. If you schedule appointments, tell people the truth that it will be dbl. At least your customers won't be too upset. I wonder if I should trust you with anything else

This dealership is a cesspool of crooks and liars. Most of these high reviews are obviously fake, and I encourage all to go read Yelp for "Thomas Toyota of Joliet" instead. This is the same dealership. It was just renamed and moved to this new location. This location has been open for a VERY short time, yet magically they have all these 5-star reviews. Their marketing team must be hard at work writing these.

Do NOT buy a car here! I have never been more uncomfortable shopping for a car in my life. This place operates like the mafia and is completely unprofessional. Nearly every dirty trick in the book was used to try to sell a vehicle that was completely and totally misrepresented including safety information. Multiple salesmen and managers lied about these details of a vehicle and provided false information about its condition.

Most importantly, this dealership should be investigated for consumer FRAUD. They advertise vehicles on their web site for one price, agree with you on a different price inside, and then slyly increase that price on paper before you sign it. Classic bait-and-switch and totally dishonest.

They will evade and talk around simple questions regarding the final price of the vehicle, interest rates, and other financing details. They care only about selling the monthly payment and will manipulate the numbers, up to and including increasing the final price without your knowledge.

Update: No thanks, I've already heard enough. No fake reviews, huh? Right, most of these "customers" accounts have only 1 review, and they all created said accounts specifically to praise this dealership. Give me a break.

It is a very nice facility full of friendly people and great cars and decent deals on the cars. The service is expensive and a bit of a rip off even though they are thorough. They brought me my old air filters and suggested they be replaced. They wanted $50 for the parts which is fair enough but they wanted to charge me $30 for labor. I declined but bought the parts and did the job myself in under 5 min. Mind that they had to put the old filters back in when I declined. So they did the same amount of work as if they had just swapped them out. If I made $30 for 5 min of labor I would probably be an adult entertainer.

I would have given 5 stars based on the service. However, I discovered a couple issues after my purchase. The purchase price online was 25400. I am paying 27595. I was told the vehicle was in an accident however no airbag deployed meaning it was just a bumper scrape and nothing major . The receipt in the vehicle shows more damage than just the bumper was repaired. My bad I get it. But still only giving three stars for the dishonesty. I do love the vehicle. Toyota makes great cars. I will go back to Naperville s dealer though next time.

This is absolutely the best Toyota dealership I've ever been to. Having previously been to st. Charles toyota, and Naperville toyota.. this location was so significantly better! They went above and beyond to answer questions I had and fix some issues in my car extremely quickly. Also having brought my 3 year old with me I was so grateful to be in and out in an hour for what at other dealerships had taken more time. They also brought some toys in packages for my toddler to play with! Its worth the farther drive for me to continue visiting this dealership with my awesome toyota! I highly reccomend!

Just my first time doing some services here in this branch so I have to give them a 4 stars since their service are fast and the place is nice and clean. The service advisor Daniel was very supportive and answers all my questions with regards to the maintenance of my Rav4. The only thing missing is they did not give me (compare to my previous branch)a copy of the multi point inspection breakdown and the print out of the wheel alignment they performed. Aside from that I will still recommend this place for doing good in customer satisfaction!

I need to do a fluid\filter change on my wife's SUV which has the U140F transmission and specs Toyota T-IV transmission fluid and want to by 12 qts. I would prefer Romeoville as it is closer and parts counter person says they are $10.25 a qt. I called another dealership near Naperville and they sell it for $5.34 per qt. which is also what I see on most online Toyota e-commerce dealers. The parts person at this dealership said the newest WS (World Standard) ATF fluid is more expensive at over $10 but the older Type T-IV is $5.34. Shocked so I called back and and the parts person confirmed that is the price. You realize you are charging double per qt. than most other dealers? We were looking at the new Highlander soon and this is the type of small things that will cause us to buy elsewhere.

I had to give a single star so you didn t think I skipped over the evaluation, otherwise I d be looking for negative star. I owned a 2010 Prius with 2 safety notices dealing with brakes and headlights. First, the service manager knew absolutely nothing about the notices from Toyota and needed to read each to educate himself. Second, there was no mention of paying for a diagnosis fee for indicaitor lights displayed exactly on the safety notice. Third, I ve replaced the light bulbs 13 times in 2 years, but because they both work now, you have refused to fix the problem despite the notice claiming the estimate time of repair is 4 hours. Absolutely terrible customer service, lack of professionalism by the service manager, and no apology for any misunderstanding ever offered. I also own a Tundra so I guess we will drive to Orland Park for new vehicles since you have shown no interest in fixing problems just eliminating them by opening a slot in the day s service schedule. Disappointed doesn t even come close to an adjective I will give to others who ask about the new Toyota dealer on Weber. Job well done Toyota from a disabled veteran who does share best/worse places with other veterans. You have proven to be quite the problem solvers!

This was not my first car shopping experience, but by far the best one yet!!! I highly recommend you see Brandon for your sale, he was so knowledgeable through the process! He gave me a timely test drive to truly test each safety feature the car offered. Brandon and Shane were awesome and made the whole process go as smoothly and quickly as possible. I told them I had a softball game in 2 hours n they made sure I was able to get there on time, which just shows their dedication to customer service. Told them didn t want any additional packages wrongfully charged me 700 for rim vin etch which is already shady so after almost 3 months after giving me the run around I get a reimbursement for 300$ this is theft by deception and breach of contract have the service paper from when I purchased it and said that neither parties owe any work or warranty so now have to go through this even longer while they collect interest on my money Tom L is shady and still keeps trying to pass the blame charged every extra fee he could and as the person involved with financing still trying to say not his fault look at old reviews from before they moved all bad reviews are about him and how curupt he is and all the people he has done wrong double check everything so u don t go through the same things I did also said car has never been in any accidents yet as soon as it got cold the hot glue they used to hold the bumper on let loose so charged me full kbb value for a car that is in very good condition when it s been in a accident and is missing roof trim causing my paint to chip off the roof poor customer service all around nothing but deception and the run around
