I wanted to take advantage of the 2020 Toyota sale. Nobody could locate a car with my specific colors. The manager Tobin, found a car an gave me decent pricing. He brought the car from 300 miles and it was a very smooth transaction. I waited a little more than the ordinary but overall very positive experience and nice place.

Super nice waiting area! They have a spot for kids, a movie theater, soft pretzels, cookies, coffee and even a Quiet Lounge. The bathrooms are really nice. Of all our 5,000 mile maintenances we've done, this was also the fastest.

My husband & I would like to commend Larry Jordan
for his expertise . He was straightforward from the time we started dealing with him. Car buying is no fun and we were both so hesitant to go to dealerships due to so many of our previous experiences for the lengthy process it takes for the deal to be over because of the haggling and hassling of prices but it seems to us it did not happen this time. Larry was really attentive to our needs and making sure we get what we wanted and he never pushed us. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience . He is a gem to this dealership . Kudos to you Larry and we appreciate your time and patience with us.

It's been a week since I got my new Toyota RAV4 20...

It's been a week since I got my new Toyota RAV4 2018 hybrid and I'm loving it. Romeoville Toyota help me out so much going through the process of buying a new vehicle. I especially want to thank sales rep Little John and Levi from finance. They both made the process go as smooth as possible and even quite enjoyable! Little John was honest and to the point while Levi explained everything in a way I was able to understand. Thanks again Romeoville Toyota. I couldn't be happier!

It was nice to to to the dealership for the oil change. They have a quiet waiting area and then another lounge area with coffee and snacks. Unfortunately, the snacks (pretzels and popcorn) were not stocked the entire hour we were there. I was, however, able to have a cappuccino there. They do have a "movie theater" that plays a cartoon kids movie which was nice. And for the oil change, they also give you a car wash.

I've always had a good experience when I have to take my car in for maintenance, however, today, when I called about setting up an appointment to have my car looked at for a funny noise it's making, I was pleasantly surprised to find that every I spoke with was very patient and kind. Jacky, in particular, was very patient with me, and, as someone who is not very car savvy, I am super thankful for that.

Great car buying experience, which I usually lament. Every staff member was patient, genuine, and not pushy -- especially Albert our sales rep. Albert, his manager Tobin, and the finance manager John all went above and beyond to get me and my wife the family car we wanted at a fair price. Highly recommend this dealership!

I had such an amazing experience when I went in to purchase a new vehicle. The transition from my old truck to a new Toyota Tundra was made pain free and effortless thanks to the friendly staff I had assisting me. Everyone I was in contact with from the sales people all the way through the financial personnel were pleasant and helpful. I even got to meet the GM! There is no shortage of kindness and willingness to make a customer feel at home and amongst friends at this location.

I had service done here (when the location was in ...

I had service done here (when the location was in Joliet) about a year ago where a temporary oil plug was placed on my oil pan. I didn't know at the time. I couldn't get an oil change anywhere. So 6 months later so I took it back. They gave me a free oil change and said they fixed it and all was good. Well, they did nothing! Again I didn't know it, so another 6 months later I still couldn't change my oil anywhere due to the temporary plug.

I finally took it back again to Toyota and Daniel Evjen helped me. I explained and he took a look. He confirmed this was the case and decided to put a repair kit in it by drilling out a bigger hole and threading it for a new plug. He also performed an oil change. All this was free of charge. I really appreciated Dan and his ability to solve the problem and have good customer service. Well done Dan!

I can't speak as highly to the other times I came and nothing was done correctly the first time and how I was lied to about the fix by other service consultants.

Gee brought a car there which I needed one before winter set in. Didn't even give me a full tank of gas with it. Should have just walked away when I heard that it was my money and I didn't have to buy it there. I did only for convenience, should have driven and checked other dealers. I feel like the salesman really didn't care then do any of them do.

He worked hard to get me my number I wanted for the truck and what I wanted in the new car I appreciate everything they were great workers also even the finance advisor Levi was amazing the paperwork went smooth with no issues I want to thank rich, Matt, and Levi again for giving me a great experience in a Toyota dealership!!! I knew as soon as this dealership wouldn't take a deposit on a vehicle that something wasn't right. I've bought two new toyotas at other dealerships and it was standard practice. They said they would put a sold sign on it and hold it while I made the 2.5 hour drive to get there but got really weird when I asked to make a deposit and get the exact amount so I could bring a check from my credit union. They clearly want to get you there so they can play games. I'm glad I read these reviews. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Traded vehicles in and purchased a used vehicle. I have purchased alot of vehicles new and used but this had to have been the nicest smoothest experience ever!!! Beautiful dealership and the friendliest staff! I had two vehicles to trade in but only drove one of them in so Alberto offered a porter to come with me on the test drive to my home to go get the other car and porter drove the car back!!

False advertisement! We looked up car prices online before going into the dealership, but once there everything was priced about $4,000 more. We were surprised that they were not able to match the prices we saw online, and there was no good excuse as to why it is different.

Well first off I d like to say Romeoville Toyota has some of the best sales representatives working for the company that I ve ever experienced. In particular the sales rep i was working with was great from the start. His name is Jon N. He couldn t get me into a car right away, but kept contact with me throughout everything and while i was saving up for a down payment and was patient with me until i was ready. While i was saving, he d keep me updated on cars that i was interested in and the status of them, which was a big help tremendously. He was super kind throughout the entire process and I m grateful for his patience and dedication to being there for the customer. Overall this experience has been great and thank you guys at Toyota for my new vehicle!

Not a good first experience.. unwilling to negotiate with the price on a used vehicle that clearly had some issues. But less than a week later, the internet showed that they had dropped $1,000 off the price. I expect that from rinky dink dealerships, not from Toyota.

After visiting for an oil change, where they picked up my car, they called the emailed me a quote for $1027 of repairs they claimed the car needed. Followed up by visiting two more mechanics and 2 more tire shops, all 4 explained why the the tire was fine all didn't reccomend replacement . I have a written est for $0 from both. Then both mechanics told me the car needed $0 worth of repairs and wrote estimates stating no repairs needed.

Thank you Charlie Ellingson in service for taking care of my daughters RAV4. Because of you she was able to drive the 200 miles to Indiana to spend Labor Day with her Mother and I. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure that the RAV was drivable. Customer service is all that separates one business from another and Charlie is the reason we will always recommend Romeoville Toyota. I did not have a good experience. Their claim to up front pricing is a joke. They do not list the prices on the cars and make you tell them how much monthly you can afford before looking up and telling you the price. I am not a "game" player when it comes to buying a car and it seems like you have to be to be able to not max out the most you can pay.

They say they are not shady but they got my payment down to a price I was ok with stating they have credits from the manufacturer they may be able to work with. My last signature I noticed they did not use or do that, they added 3 months to my payments to get the price down and did not even communicate that with me. I would never buy from them again but I am stuck dealing with them now as I went through with it.

I did not get what I was looking for. The salesman did not give me full information for the difference for what I was looking for and what I bought. They did not have any used in what I was looking for and did not tell me all the fact differences

It is my fault for not being good at their game and not researching everything before I went to look.
If you plan to buy from here, know your facts and bring someone who can play their game if you cannot.

Service department is a dishonest joke. Service manager needs to understand what customer service is and how to be honest. You can only get so far in life or the business world with current tactics. Perhaps answering the phone would help as well. Dealer has degraded since moving to Romeoville. Better off going to Naperville!

Where do I start, they promote a hassle free sale , it was hassle full , they started by showing 1 offer & tried to sneak in a $10,000 upcharge by increasing the term, after catching that, you would think that they would honest up & go the fair route, they didn t, they in turn tried to push more payments on the term. After awhile, I was nearly about to walk out when they finally agreed to the original term.

They kept me waiting for the finance manager for a little over an hour.

When I got home with my vehicle, I came to find out that the oil change was 2000 miles over its time.

To say that I ll return, I don t think that I will.

They rushed me knowing I had an appt somewhere else, and ripped me off to the tune of $3,000 by playing with the finance numbers and using a different finance company than i asked/was prequalified with. I had a very strict criteria to follow in finding a newer vehicle that I would not only be able to convert into a wheelchair accessible but something I could ACTUALLY afford!! I tell you I looked and looked for what seemed like forever on my own. I talked to Marissa about what I needed and I tell you my mind was blown when she called me the next day!! With the combined help of Marissa, Omar and Levi they gave me an excellent deal and worked hard to make sure I didn't miss this once in a rare moon opportunity! They did everything they could to make sure it was affordable for me monthly and covered just incase something should happen. They even gave me a great deal on my trade-in! This was a very complicated process for me and they just took the pressure right off and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my entire experience!! Thank you guys again so very much!!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I took my vehicle in for an oil change and their service guy Mike immediately tried to up sell me on a brake fluid flush and then told me I needed a new Air and cabin filter. They clearly hadn t even looked at them as my husband had replaced them both days before. Then after two hours they told me my oil filter cap was broken and needed replacement. IT WAS CLEARLY BROKEN when they removed it. As I couldn t drive the vehicle without it I was forced to pay $76 for a replacement. Why am I paying for something they broke! When my husband called the told him it s a common problem. So much for Toyota Quality and at the end of the day it was my car so I was responsible for it. This experience was so bad that it not only soured us on this dealership, it soured us on Toyota as well.

much like Alex i came in with my son after work to buy him his first car and got treated like i could not buy anything even thou i have purchased 5 cars from the Thomas group and even purchased one a month prior..It was cold and rainy on a Saturday evening and WE watched as other customers got the vehicles they were looking at brought into the shop where it was warm and dry..I was even told by the salesman he doesn't care if we bought a car or not .The sales manager could not even take time to come talk to me so we left.I was also looking at a different vehicle and my original salesman Adam reached out so i gave them another chance after 2 hours of mostly waiting still no deal so i left yet again without a car.
the gm then sends me a generic email with what could we do so i explained what they could do to remedy it then days later a no sorry .I feel like this team does not care about there repeat customers and and customer loyalty witch is very disheartening.

Arrived shortly after 7. Left with two repairs and an estimate for a $1000 repair at 11:20. They take forever. I think they prioritize oil changes, but those also seemed to take a long time too. On the plus side, everyone was nice and the beautiful waiting room had SIX comfortable chairs. (Hope you're not customer number 7). Also hope you like loud thumping music and hanging out with people who don't wear masks.
