The facility is exceptional! You can even watch a movie in their theater room (yes, a movie theater room) while you wait and if you want a quiet space, well they have that too! The service was prompt and the employees were very friendly and helpful! Oh yeah, plus I got a free carwash...Definitely recommend!!

Instead of 45 min I was waiting 2 hours for my Toyota 15 K miles service. I had to ask about complementary car wash, actually twice... first when I waked in and then after receiving all paperwork. The guy who was serving me forgot about the car wash ticket... I don t recommend this place!

I bought a Mercedes and had it shipped to Ohio, two days later found out it needed a transmission. I called Tobin Overhauser 15x with no return call, I then called Management 3x and left a message with no return call! I extremely disappointed with the lack of service after the sale!

I recently purchased a 2010 BMW from this dealership and the car was great...I had a issue with the vehicle Where I had to contact the dealership back to resolve...I spoke with the sales manager Omar he understood my concerns and I have to say Omar and his team took care of the issue immediately...This is unheard of with the past car dealerships I dealt with. I recommend them if your looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
I stopped in to have my '16 Sienna serviced. I was very happy with the service department and they deserve 5 stars. What I didn't appreciate, however, was while in the waiting room having a salesman approaching me, along with the other service customers, about buying a new vehicle. Here we were, a captive audience, being questioned about the vehicles that we owned, what we owed on our vehicles, what interest rates we were paying, how many payments were left... I was there to get my vehicle serviced, and wanted to be left alone while I was waiting. If I was interested in a new vehicle, I would have approached a salesperson. It seemed like the rest of the service customers were as put off by the salesman as I was. It would be nice if the sales staff stayed out of the waiting room in the future.
Dealer is a joke never called me back with a answer promised me they can help did nothing to help didn t consider my trade in value wanted half the truck payment down could not answer my question they don t know what they are doing there and overpriced used vehicles
The building is so much bigger and better! The workers are so nice and get the job done fast. Larry and Allen helped me so much with getting my new car. I will forever stay with Toyota because of my amazing experience.

Came in looked at a used truck. Salesman was very nice Called back the next day left three messages. Different sales person said he would check and get right back to me never heard back . Called the next day same problem. Horrible customer service vehicle was sold by the time I came back. Even though I was calling and they told me it was there or they would call me back. Won t have to worry about me returning

Had issues with my minivan sliding door the day before Christmas Eve and was in a panic about driving my family all around during the holidays. I called and the operator and she made sure she fitted me in(being they d be closed the next 2 days for Christmas) Jose was the service guy I met during my appointment he was very knowledgeable and made sure everything would be taken care of. He got me situated in a loaner van and I didn t have to worry about fitting my entire family in a small car for the holidays. I highly recommend Toyota in romeoville for service.
Usually have a good experience here, however this time I felt like I did not exist. Took over 1.5 hours for just an oil change, and I had an appointment. Very disappointed
The staff here was very helpful. I did not feel rushed at all. Allen was very nice and full of energy. He made sure I got the car I was looking for and made sure I stayed within my budget. I would definitely buy a car from here again in the future.

I was stressed because of the "check engine light coming on while I was driving on the highway so I had to get a tow truck and Omg is my car going to blow up on the side of the road" situation but Sara was so calm and nice and approachable that I immediately felt at ease.
My Corolla was looked at ASAP, fixed with in the time frame we discussed and the price quoted was what I paid.

I love your new location in Romeoville. Large reception area. Beautiful waiting area with special desk for mobile workers like me. I own my own cpa firm in Naperville and have been postponing my visit with fear of losing work time. I was surprised with the large work surface with power cords and USB chargers to get my work done while waiting for my car to be serviced .

Shane in Finance told me gap insurance + 2 year warranty cost $2K, but on the paperwork he had just printed it was $2,499. Also, I put $500 down on March 21st to hold the car until my co-signer cleared the deal. I notified them April 4th we were not signing and I need my deposit refunded. He said they could only send me a check and I would get it in 12 days. He even assured me, We re a Toyota Dealership, we don t hold peoples money. I requested the check number and date sent 4 days ago and I still don t have it. It is now 20 days from when they told me I would be getting the check. I do not trust these guys at all.

Was told they don't use conventional oil only synthetic. Charged me $77 for an oil change. Got home and checked previous receipts, and every one uses conventional oil. I dont appreciate being lied to.

I strongly recommend this dealership! Everyone is very Welcoming and friendly. Our rep was Jesus Davila who was amazing helping us thru everything. We are satisfied with the car we bought. We are thankful with our sales manager Ferris Spikener who we were able to come in agreement with comfortable payments. We were so motivated by an ad online that we decided to come in today, coming from 2 hours away from this dealership we are going home very satisfied! It is a very comfortable place to wait were they offer snacks, drinks, and an amazing theater to enjoy while waiting!
All those who helped make the sales were very patient and not forceful. Very attentive to your every need and actually dat down to have a conversation with me. Also went out of their way buying us a quick dinner as our finances took a little longer than expected. The sales team including brandon and the lead rich made my experience a very great one at the new location.
As always the job was done well. The people were kind, helpfull and knowledgable. Dispite the Unpleaentness of the original vehicle damage, dealing with the collision center was pleasent.

I received a recall notice and I really need to set up an appointment for it. The website said that they were open. I tried to call to make an appointment. By the third call, someone finally answered. I asked about making an appointment for a recall. Before I could finish my sentence, the person that answered cut me off saying service closed at 3. You can try again Monday at 7am and hung up. Usually I m not upset by interactions like this. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she s not feeling well. No one has perfect customer service 100% of the time. But the way she responded and her tone made me feel like I genuinely offended her with my stupidity. I felt the need to apologize. I m taking my recall notice elsewhere. And probably my car buying endeavors as I m in the market. I d rather drive to Naperville than run into her.

I brought my car to the dealer after not being serviced at Wal-Mart. It was for a routine oil change that Wal-Mart didn't perform. I am glad that they were not able to provide the service, otherwise, I wouldn't have brought it here. I was under the illusion that I paid less at the big chain, but the prices are equal. The difference is the quality of service. I doubt that I'll experience the anxiety that I do when I leave the big box. You know: did they put oil in, did they put the plug back in, did they break something else???
From arriving with no appointment on a Saturday morning and after explaining the issue, I was in and out within 45 minutes. Everyone was courteous and the waiting rooms are comfortable and stocked with goodies. Will be back for my oil changes from here on out
Took my car in for a safety recall. The service took a few days longer than they expected, but the loaner they gave me was in perfect condition. They didn't charge me anything (which was expected), and didn't try to sell me anything. I appreciate a straightforward transaction/experience.
SHANE, their Financial Director told me to "go buy a car somewhere else" after my significant other noticed something wrong in the contract and we kindly asked if he could adjust something and help me out. Shane was definitely unprofessional in the way he spoke to me, despite that I was nice to him throughout. He started throwing papers and grabbing things and looked irritated as he did so, as if I'd done something wrong. This shouldn't be a way to handle anything if you're dealing with customers, whether you have an office in a building or not. I was just so devastated and in the end, went to another dealership(Fox Ford, Chicago) where I was treated with the utmost respect and bought the Perfect car which was a Toyota at a much better deal and rate. Otherwise I will recommend they reTrain their financial director so he knows what and what not to say to people when on the job.
I would however like to thank Anthony their sales rep. who was courteous throughout the entire time and all the other sales rep for being kind.
Service Department ...unacceptable! I brought my Prius in because it wasn't running right and a couple of the warning lights were on. I was told that all it needed was more fuel. What?? They charged me $155 to run diagnostics on it and that's what they come up with? OK, it was low on fuel and I don't know much about hybrids. I pick up the car, go to gas station and fill up the gas tank. Driving home, it seemed okay at first, but then started doing the same thing and warning lights come on. I don't live near Romeoville...it was the closest Toyota place when the car started acting up. I called and told them what happened. I can't drive it the way it is, so it would need to be towed. at my expense. :( At this point I don't trust them anyway...I don't want to take my car back to them. I really believe that I should get my money back. I've tried to contact the Service Manager and the General Manager and neither one has called me back. Very poor customer service! Do NOT go there for service. I wonder if they would treat a male the same way they are treating me??
I personally had a poor experience. I stopped by to asks some questions about a new model Camry and the salesman was rude. Seemed I was wasting his time. Gave me short answers like he was waiting for me to leave. I ll drive across town to a different dealer. It s just not worth the effort to communicate with someone who doesn t care and isn t nice.
One of the best car buying experiences for both my husband and myself. For starters, the dealership is beautiful. We drove roughly 60 miles for a great deal we saw online. The drive was well worth it! Our salesman Brandon was amazing, and we never felt pressured. He was very personable and made the whole experience smooth. He handed us off to a gentleman named Shane to do our financing, and that was equally as smooth. He explained our finance options thoroughly, and got us to a payment and term that was within our means. I couldn t say enough good things about this dealership. We are looking forward to the lease expiring on our 2nd vehicle so we can return and buy another car from them!
Came in to test drive a car. Sat down with salesman about price. Their best price was 1,000 over their advertised price, brought that up to the salesman and he said he would get that fixed--came back with price 800.00 less than his first price which was still 200.00 over advertised price, what a joke!
It took a long time just for an oil change 1 hr and 40 minutes. After they were done they were trying to sale me a battery that I'm sure my car dose not need right now. Claming my car needed to be jump twice. I refused to buy one. When I got my car back all the inside lights were on ( I'm thinking they left them on and this is why my battery die on them ) and they forgot to rest the oil life on the monitor. My car is perfectly fine no problems with the battery.
We had two recalls on our Corolla and called the service department and talked with Charlie Ellingson. Charlie took our information and coordinated with his parts department and ordered the parts necessary to fix our Corolla. He assured us the parts would be there in two or three days. The next morning before 9:00 Charlie called us and set our appointment up for the next day. When we arrived Charlie greeted us and informed us that our wheel alignment had passed the instant check when we drove in. Charlie immediately told a porter to pull in a loaner for us. Charlie checked us in and set up the loaner with in a few minutes. He even offered us a Red Bull energy drink from his personal cooler, we declined, Thanks Charlie. Our Corolla was finished later that day, when we returned Charlie greeted us when we dropped off the loaner and picked up our car. He walked us to our car and explained both recalls in detail. Charlie Ellingson provided my Husband and I the best service experience we have ever experienced hands down. Keep drinking your Red Bull s Charlie and providing wonderful service to your customers. Thank you so much Charlie and Romeoville Toyota.

My mother brought her Corolla in twice so the service manager Julian Keller could take pictures of the paint peeling on her hood. After multiple calls to Julian she is told he is not there or in a meeting. This past Friday I went in to the service department and called from the waiting area and was told Julian was not there as I watched him sit out at his desk unmasked I might ad. Shame on you Julian Keller.

I wanted to buy my 2015 Rav4, originally leased from Thomas Toyota in Joliet, at the of the lease. Unfortunately, Romeoville Toyota tried to inflate the purchase price specified in our lease agreement, so I walked out. Plus they were quoting 6.9% APR even though I have excellent credit. I wasted two hours there this morning between the salesman's back and forth between Sales Mgr. and finance dept. Finance guy tried to say there was an acquisition fee to buy the car. Eventually he "waived" it when I protested. Toyota Financial confirmed there is no acquisition fee.
Thank you Allen and Omar for a streamline purchase. I appreciate the quick response through email communication, the ease of setting up an appointment to view the car ( working with me when I changed the appointment to an earlier time) and finally having the car ready and available at the assigned time (within a short time notice).
We were able to test drive the car with ease, no pressure to buy and upon deciding this was the car to purchase- the purchasing timeline- was as promised! Thank you for quickly getting us out. If i can leave no star i would. Just finished checking a car here. After 10 min negotiation they agree for an out of the door price on paper. When i said ill take it for this price. After they run my credit (781 score) they come up with $50 a month more by stating that the earlier offer on paper is not a biding contract. Worst experience ever. Larry Jordan and Jemaine Holloway are the worst lying saying that none of them wrote the paper estimate. Dont know how to even express my anger and disappointment and my loss of time over there. The worst
Went in for an oil change and as told it would take an hour and a half I said no problem. Hour and a half goes by i see my car being pulled to the front of the service center but my technician was nowhere to be found. 30 minutes of waiting I see him and I say my cars oil change was completed 30 minutes I m waiting on the paper work so I can pay and leave his response was I m busy with other customers with such disrespect. this kid is lucky I didn t put his head through my car window.
