My first time here and it was a terrible experience. The doctor sent over the scrip, and should have sent my insurance info with it. They failed to do so, and the women in this store were so hateful and short with me. I will never be back.

The male pharmacist was arrogantly inept and unprofessional. My prescription label said 30 day supply, he told me that it was a 90 day supply and per expiration considerations, our math calculations suggested that it was a 56 day supply. When I raised these discrepancies, he got very defensive. He even suggested using the medication beyond the expiration date. I am left with questions but don t trust his knowledge/expertise enough to properly answer them. I would not go back!

This pharmacy is beyond awesome! The male pharmacist went beyond what is normally expected. For the past 2 years i used a different compounding pharmacy. It's so nice to be back with this one. They are so helpful.

Staff members can get snippy about being asked to do anything out of the ordinary, and the pharmacy will drop you as a patient without filling your meds and with no warning.
If you have primary and secondary insurance, they will only bill the primary and will repeatedly try to charge you the balance instead of submitting to the secondary. They will do this over and over and then act like you are being unreasonable if you ask them to run it through both insurances. This will happen every time you pick up medications for months. They will then label you as a problem patient because they had to do extra work, and weren t able to collect money from you instead of insurance.
They will make sure to let you know that they are doing you a favor because they are losing money on refilling your meds, despite receiving hundreds to thousands of dollars in private insurance reimbursements every month.
If you run out of medication a day or two early (because you are drawing them up in syringes for a g-tube, and some medication won t come out of the tip of the syringe), they will rudely accuse you of fraud when you ask for a refill.
If you will be traveling ahead of a planned move, and ask for a vacation refill, this is a mind blower that will get you dropped as a patient.
They will first pretend that they ve never heard of a vacation refill (hard to believe).
They will then tell you that you need to contact your insurance, and can ask for a vacation refill closer to your travel date (Reasonable).
When insurance tells you they won t cover vacation refills, and you ask the pharmacy what a vacation refill will cost if insurance doesn t cover it, they will complain about how much work it is to find out, but will offer to have someone call you back with the information.
When someone finally calls you back two business days later, they will not have any price information for you, but will instead again tell you how much work it is to find out.
They will then tell you to fill your meds while you are traveling, which is difficult for compounded medications while traveling somewhere you don t have established care.
The worst thing you could possibly do as a patient would be to tell them that you have an upcoming move and will eventually be losing one of your insurance coverages as a result. At this point, they will immediately drop you as a patient (leaving your requested refills unfilled), forcing you to transfer your prescriptions and get established with a new pharmacy, just before traveling, and shortly before your move.
You may have better luck if your prescription needs and insurance coverage are completely typical. But if you have anything out of the ordinary, if you don t want to be charged money that insurance will cover, if you ever plan on traveling or moving, or if you don t want to be left in the lurch at the most inconvenient time possible, I would recommend going somewhere else.
