Ordered a necklace as a gift in the online shop. The order was confirmed, but I still haven't received a shipping confirmation one week after the order confirmation. Upon my (!) Request, I was informed of the following: "Due to an internal system change, there were unfortunately increased inventory differences and several orders could not be served. [...]" That was it with the birthday present ... was consoled me with a 10% discount on my next order - embarrassing! Mistakes happen, no question. Would I have received any information without asking? Transparency should be the minimum measure of good customer service, unfortunately this is not the case here! To date, my short, factual complaint via email has also not been responded to ...
