There is simply no way to get information within acceptable times. I e.g. do not receive invoices with my purchases. After a very long wait, I finally get an invoice. But I need all my bills .... and now I get back this standard answer with the info that it takes up to 10 working days !!!!!! And that took it !!!! 10 working days !!!!!! NOT acceptable in the marketing and product !!!!!!
