Horrible care on my last experience: my wife is cu...

Horrible care on my last experience: my wife is currently in the ER with a dislocated knee while having previous tears on her tendons. She has been there for hours now and no one has asked her is she is in pain or giver her a wheel chair. She had to hobble on her hurt knee to X-ray and then back to the waiting room. I am very disappointed in the emergency room section, and before someone gives me the answer (we treat by injury type first) the ER is dame near empty so that excuse doesn't work this time.

This happened on 11 June 2017 around 8pm JBLM time zone.

Please work on your compassion, and patient care.

Update: they twisted her knee around putting her in pain and is sending her home with pain pills and a note for work for monday. That's not care! I'll be posting an ice complaint and getting my chain of command involved.

I have been waiting 3 months for my sleep study results. Got a call 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment to review the results, yesterday I was on JBLM for another appt and I had asked to see if they had any openings to get seen then ( I live in Everett and was trying to save my self 144 miles) it was along shot and was told that I would have to wait for my scheduled appt. On my way to my appt I get a call saying the doctor isn t in today and I ll have to push my appt another 3 weeks. I m tired of being tired and fall asleep driving all the time. I m not the average soldier that lives on JBLM and I m required to drive greater distances for my care. They could care less if I end up crashing from lack of sleep.

If you have an emergency and need to go get your kids checked out I wouldn't recommend this hospital. My daughter was puking for hours and we waited for literally 3 hours to be seen and it was late. I would most definitely not come to this hospital it's very poor service

*LONG REVIEW ALERT*

*LONG REVIEW ALERT*

I was admitted to the mother baby unit (3 south) on January 17th, where I would stay for the next 6 weeks. The attached picture was taken from my room on 3 different days. The view was absolutely beautiful. But continue on for the important stuff..

The nurses in 3 south are by far the best nurses I've ever had, hands down. (I was on bed rest 8 years ago with my oldest daughter for 8 weeks, so I've had my share of hospital time and know what a good vs great hospital staff is like) The nurses here are so kind and caring. They took such great care of me the whole time I was here. I went into labor at 32 weeks +6 days. Just 9 days shy of our 34 week goal. I told my nurse I had been contracting every 6 minutes and she immediately took me over to L&D where I had my baby girls 3 short hours later. The next 48 hours were the hardest since my babies needed to be in the nicu and I've developed an allergic reaction to something used during my c section. The staff was aware of this and took action quickly. The were faced with problems they couldn't go around, but made sure I was comfortable until I could get what I needed. There was not one time I wished someone else was my nurse as all of them are amazing. I could not be happier with the care they gave me. My husband and 2 year old loved them as well. They are all so welcoming and have great Hearts.

Thank you to all who took care of me, I will always remember each and every one of you.

This place is the worst place EVER! I've been to a lot of different army medical clinics over the last decade.

My husband went to get a vasectomy done. They don't even offer no scapel procedure.

Instead of a small hole that no scapel creates, they put nearly an inch and a half incision in my husbands scrotum. Much much larger than most incisions for a vasectomy. After 5 or 6 weeks there was still swelling and pain. The doctor wouldn't even look at his penis again and told him he was lying about the pain!!!! My husband was in complete agony.

So we paid out of pocket to go to private care urologist and the doctor couldn't believe the wackjob this doc did. He almost couldn't believe we even went to the doctor and asked us if we had done an unlicensed job in a back alley somewhere.

Ridiculous! I want to fill this review with curse words!

Listen. This is a hospital. Staff are friendly, knowledgable, and caring. People will always have bad reviews of the hospital because they were unhappy with their outcome. In medicine you will not always like the results of your treatment and you will not always like the results of your life choices. If you end up here thought, I can promise you will get the best care possible.

I was here for An operation not too long ago, the civilian workers and health providers are great no doubt.

Keep in mind that this is a training hospital.

While they were prepping for surgery, there was a student there(Army). And was inserting a catheter into my veins. His trajectory was way off causing him to poke through my tendon. Which caused severe pain.

I wouldn t trust any army doctor, but I had no choice than to go here. Try to get an off post referral instead

I have had nothing but good care everytime I have been seen. Getting an appointment, however, is a complete joke and the change to MHS Genesis has been terrible. If my kids are unexpectedly sick and need to be seen within 24 hours, there is never any availability and we have to either wait 6+hours at the er or go off post to an urgent care. Could be worse but very frustrating.

Had an asthma attack while in the psych ward, dispite telling them that I had asthma, that I used both a daily inhaler and a rescue and what those two are they never got them for me.

I had to sit in the dayroom gasping for air while they called the pharmacy and told me it was super busy and could be a little while. While I couldn't breathe. Because that's something that can wait.

I waited for 2 hrs for these lazy people to see my baby with an ALLERGIC REACTION. Being the first person in the ER and still didn't get seen. I'm going off base now, after overhearing everyone in the hallway NOT doing their jobs, eating on the job, and just hanging around talking with each other. After having a bad experience with her birth at this exact same hospital. NEVER going to come back and I recommend nobody else does. The people don't care about their patients obviously. When it's as slow as it was in there, I believe that they should have at least had the time to look at 1 person in the whole 2 hours that I was there waiting but NO!!! THEY ARE A JOKE!!!!

I worked in the emergency room for over 2 years here and it gets busy. What a lot of the dependents do is confuse the department of emergency medicine there for a unit's normal sick call or dental sick call. The last time I knew there was no on-call emergency room dentist, the large amount of active duty patients coming in after their unit's sick call looking to get out of work for the day creates a back fill that can last hours and it affects the providers and nursing staff there. There are also ambulances coming in with patients and being a level 2 trauma center, we get patients who were in car accidents and such.

I am retired Navy and have been going to Madigan for over 13 years. I have had everything from checkups, to surgeries, and now Oncology. 99% of the personel I have dealt with have been respectful and polite. Yes, sometimes appointments may be scheduled a little farther out than one might like, and yes, sometimes ER takes quite a while, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. People need to remember that the staff comes and goes, gets deployed, changes stations. And I imagine that the amount of people who use Madigan is very high. I am very happy with the Madigan Healthcare.

I can t believe that this type of environment is allowed in our wonderful Armed Services! My wife and I checked in the ER at 1710, it s now 2111 and no sign of being seen. My wife is in extreme pain and really needs help but I don t think we are going to get it here. I really hope someone see s these issues and does something about it.

THIS IS JUST ONE OF THE MANY PROBLEMS WE'VE ENCOUNTERED AT THIS HOSPITAL, brought my toddler here at the ER , he was having elbow pain couldn't move his arm which my immediate thought was he dislocated his elbow, doctors took X-rays, examined his arm, made him be in more pain for moving it around for 4 hours and then told us they couldn't find anything on the X-ray and tried to send us home with Tylenol, until I declined to leave because he was still screaming in pain. so then the nurse decided to mess with it a little more and then you hear a loud pop, then the doctor says ''wow I guess it was dislocated'' I can not believe it took 4 hours that his elbow was dislocated. MORAL OF THE STORY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE

I'm not sure what has changed over the past few months but, they've completely stopped responding to patients who are awaiting referrals. They NEVER get back to you, like ever! They don't call you when you are looking to make a follow up appointment after an ER visit, nor do they call you to make the referral appointment after they've determined you need to see a specialist. Both times the patient advocate office had to be called before being seen, its completely ridiculous! Now who knows if they'll want to re-break the bone to set it properly. So freaking stupid I just want to scream!

I don't know who's running the show out there now but it's absolutely beyond belief that military members and their families are treated this way. Being a retired member and family member instead of active duty isn't a valid excuse either! It shouldn't be that hard to make or get an appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my husband through the ER around 10pm. He seen right away. The were pretty professional about their jobs. The RN that was taking care of my husband was awesome. My husband had to go through surgery and the RNs and surgeon were quite understand. We were so new here, but they were very friendly. Give the hospital a 5 star because they did their best to make my husband and I very comfortable while we were here, knowing that they work hard and do their best to meet their patients needs.

Was recently admitted for menengitis. Before being discharged I started to get a spinal headache from the spinal tap. I was at a level 10 pain and was told to drink caffeine and water. I suggested a blood patch and got told my anxiety was out of control and the doctor wanted to give me Ativan and morphine. I chose to leave. After being in severe pain for over 24 hours, I went to another hospital and was given a blood patch under fluoroscopy. In and out in 3 hours and I feel amazing! This is not the 1st horrible experience I ve had at Madigan sadly.

For a week now, my ear has had some pretty significant issues.

I had an appointment at the clinic, and I had them look at my ear because it was feeling weird. Not painful, but just funky. She said she saw nothing.

Went to the ER on Friday in excruciating pain, ear drainage a crusty mess running down my cheek. The just said I had an ear infection, gave me some drops and told me to take some Tylenol.

Tonight I was an excruciating ear pain, at home just writhing in bed and crying. I went to the civilian ER nearby, and she immediately noticed the drainage and new it was a PUNCTURED EAR DRUM. I told her everything, even brought the Madigan discharge paperwork and I can tell by the look on her face that she is not impressed with the quality of medical care I have received.

I ll be writing a complaint ASAP.

I have been to Madigan's adolescent clinic, pediatric specialties, women's health and to the ER where my daughter had an emergency appendectomy. In every situation, I and my child have been treated with respect and the utmost concern for our well being. It is apparent to me that the vast majority of the doctors and staff at Madigan are sincerely dedicated to the care and treatment of military families.

In any medical facility there will be situations and personnel that fall short of expectations but having spent many years in the civilian network prior to becoming a military spouse, I appreciatively accept the benefit of the military medical experience over the cost and fickleness of civilian medical options. My many visits to Madigan have been overwhelmingly positive.

Recently made the transition from reserve to Active Duty and have been dealing with back issues dating back to 2010. I had my first physical therapy appointment today and I was treated like I was just there to get a profile. I have been told by two different doctors that my rehab and recovery time would be between 5-6 months in the absolute best case and some of my disks are severely worn. Madigan Physical therapy hardly looked at my back(a few strength tests), no MRI or X-ray when they knew they had no record in their files and to make things more comical, they said id be just fine within 3-4 weeks. This is exactly why no one wants to enlist anymore. The military will break you physically and never hold up their end of the deal to give proper health care.

I have a bad rash on my eyes (red, swollen, itchy, flakey, burns and oozes). I ve seen two doctors about it. Both immediately said I m allergic to something but refused to write a referral to an allergist. Both commented on how difficult allergies can be to pinpoint (I though there were tests for that...but whatever. Also, glad that because something is difficult means that it shouldn t be bothered with). During my most recent visit, I m close to positive that the Doctor left the room to Google skin rashes and came back with a complicated word to diagnose me, shut me up and send me on my way. He proceeded to tell me if I break out in hives that might be reason to see an allergist. I was under the impression that hives is exactly what you d call the rash on my eyes. But apparently I m just a stupid civilian/ms. I have no idea where they get these doctors, but I know how to google things myself. So I guess I ll just be doing that in the future. Also, the pharmacy wait is unreal. Getting an appointment within a two month time frame is impossible. Be prepared to plan your year around those appointments and spend all day at the doctors office if you end up needing a prescription same day.

Their motto posted on the walls say " care with compassion". I felt anything BUT compassion during my appointments with the OB clinic. A few of the nurses and attendants are rude, condescending and judgmental. I have high risk pregnancy with a history of miscarriage and a thyroid issue. I have expressed this to the care providers but none are taking any actions to appoint me to the appropriate OB doctor. I am still waiting to hear back form RELAY HEALTH, their messaging system, to get my synthroid prescription refilled. I am running out! I did a blood work in their lab and they "lost it" and had to do another one to read my hormone levels. I have not heard back any result from them either. I went to the emergency room due to bleeding during this pregnancy and they could not do an ultrasound. I had to call for a separate appointment and when I called them they said that I needed to wait another 3 weeks for the ultra sound because they feel it wasn't an emergency. HELLO! I need an assessment after the trauma! They treat their patients like cattle with total disregard to their concerns. If you are pregnant and have Tricare consider OTHER options besides Madigan!

Not worth the trouble of being a hospital. This clinic should be closed and patients referred somewhere else. The military providers are USELESS to say the least. I have been fighting for help for over three years. Changed my provider at least three times and have seen about 12 different specialist. If you are a tricare prime person go to a real doctor and don't mess with this location. Not worth the trouble. I would suggest you request to never been seen here. This doctors believe in signs not symptoms. They don't look further than the surface and then tell you your fine even if you have a broken back, ptsd, and haven't slept well in several years. Good luck if you go here and i hope you get treatment.

Madigan is a great hospital. The staff is friendly and for its size and capacity the staff does a great job keeping it up. Remember this is a government hospital so don t expect a Keurig and snacks in every waiting area or lobby like some private clinics and hospitals. Madigan has a huge patient load and still comes out on top. The dining facility is even good. There are even transport shuttles for handicap people. What more could you want?

I'm in the Navy and unfortunately I'm stationed on JBLM and have to go to Madigan. I've been suffering from the same symptoms for weeks now and after showing no signs of improvement I finally made an appointment...and what a waste it was. First of all, the doctor was late for the appointment because he was running late to work. Secondly, the doctor came in and automatically assumed I had a common cold and didn't lay a hand on me. He didn't feel, listen, or observe for ANYTHING. Mind you I rarely ever come down with some sort of sickness and I'm command fitness leader. I workout constantly and eat healthy. I started to get sick after scuba diving and weeks afterwards I've been having all sorts of symptoms. I thought the doctor would actually hear me out and actually show concern BUT NO WAY he did aaaall the talking and prescribed some mucinex pills for the morning and a $1.50 bottle of q-tussin for nights. MIND YOU, I was steps ahead and was already taken liquid mucinex but o no this doctor knew best...so I didn't get any chest x-rays nor did he listen to my lungs. He said here take this and shoed me away...worst appointment I ever had in my 9 years of service...Go out in town where a doctor can actually have time for you, listen to you and really try to find the problem.

My experience with Madigan ER is very positive. That talented group of doctors and nurses saved my life... I was in septic shock and violently shaking when I walked in... A truly brilliant doctor rapidly figured out what was wrong with me. Within two hours I was in ICU and slowly on my way to recovery. At one point my BP was 70 over 30.... Almost dead....

I only gave Madigan one star because there wasn't an option to give ZERO! The ER is a joke, don't go there for severe problems because they will probably wait until you are damn near knocking on heaven's door before they attend to you. The pharmacy is the absolute WORST! I had a prescription that was supposed to have a QTY of 14 and literally got home and saw that they gave me 13 and 1/4 pills. The stupidity is overwhelming there and they LITERALLY google whatever you tell them. I could do that at home. I suggest you get referred off post where the REAL medical teams are because Madigan is the worst military hospital I have ever been to!

Provider Dulcie A. Covington in Internal Medicine ...

Provider Dulcie A. Covington in Internal Medicine Clinic at Madigan was absolutely unprofessional and after inconveniently arranging an appointment on the 31st to explain my mom's urgent lab results failed to explain anything-instead she screamed at my mother and walked out without refilling her diabetic script. ARNP Covington in Internal Medicine Clinic was upset when my mom told her what medications she was currently taking and how the prescription she had been prescribed last time could have killed her with an adverse secondary reaction. That going forward she wanted her PCP to be aware of what she was taking and to add it to her file electronically so that she if she came for treatment in an emergency that it was there and she didn't die from adverse reactions. ARNP Covington refused to listen to my mother and told my mother that she was dying when her lab results did not say that at all. In fact despite the fact that my mother's BP is out of control she had actually told my mother that she did not want to bother with doing that exam and that it was a waste of time. If I had not had an email from her old Dr. Chen who I had sent her electronic results too from what Madigan posted online my mother nearly had a breakdown at Madigan. As it was she kept clutching her chest, I could feel her heart pounding away in agitation, and she was not breathing for a while. My God, what was wrong with that woman?! Covington does not know her professional limits and how to behave professionally! How could you scream at a patient and tell them they are dying and to go away?!! How can you refuse to professionally explain the lab results that was the purpose of the entire visit? I had Dr. Chen go over her results as favor since I was concerned that as she was an ARNP and not a doctor she wouldn't understand the delicate comorbidity of my mother's treatment plan and had him go over it. If I didn't have his explanations;

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MCHC refers to the average amount of hemoglobin inside a single red blood cell. A normal MCHC level for an adult is 31-37 grams per deciliter (g/dL). MCHC values by themselves are not always a sign that a person has any underlying health problems but may prompt your doctor to do further tests.

MCHC

It would have been an entirely different story for my mom. As it is when I noticed that she suddenly mentioned her arm hurt I wondered if she was having a heart attack especially when she suddenly described neck and back pain in correlation. My mom was totally out of it though, and refused to go back to her assigned PCP. Which as Convington had just walked out on my mom leaving her in that heightened state I don't think she was the right one to treat her either. My mom was determined to get her prescriptions and go home to celebrate New Years with family and try to make the most of today, if she died she wanted to be surrounded by family and not rude PCPs in an environment that felt sterile to her. Once her breath normalized and she stopped saying her chest hurt like it was being painfully squeezed and any movement even breathing hurt we discover that Covington had failed to fill the scripts and if it wasn't for the kind pharmacists working there (Emerald and Jessie) who understood the importance of diabetic patient checking her sugar levels daily my mom would have lost it in despair, that's how hurt she felt. We wait for nearly an hour for what should have been a few minutes but we really appreciated that we were able to get the glucose strips and lancets at all. I can't recommend Madigan ARMY Medical based on our experience. If you care about your parents take them somewhere else. That's what I am going to look into doing and cover the difference! ***My mom wanted me to add that LPN Allison was wonderful and cordial.

Worse place and terrible leadership. They often don't know their jobs. They had so much free time in their hands and did not know what to do with it. They spent most of their time spying or instigating employees spying on each other and fighting each other instead of fixing, cooperating to improve the work place. And sadly, no accountability, they hold their jobs lifetime! It is scary to know these type of people in the business of taking care of people's health. Hope that they will be privatized soon. Too many "bosses" hide behind their desks and too few real workers do real jobs.

Made a trip to the er for fever over 104. I was delirious, alone, doubled over in a wheelchair with back and neck pain, fever, and trouble breathing. I recall the nurse snorting in derision in my ear as i replied "here" to her calling my name. This was after the mocking attitudes of waiting room staff as i struggled recite my address and phone # for the second time. Had to have a chest xray. The tech forced my head up into the position he needed with a sharp rap of his finger on my chin. I was in tears from the pain in my back and neck. Instead of the most remote hint on humanity, again, more annoyance. At madigan, neck pain, at least mine, equals spinal tap. Lucky me, this is a teaching hospital... After expressing my fear of the procedure in a moment of clarity and confirming both the name and experience of the Doc who'd be performing it, my spine was threaded no less the 8 times by a first-time student with trembling hands. TREMBLING HANDS! As his peer tried to talk him through again and again, I cried "I don't want to do this any more", begging him to stop. This was met with "you're doing fine". I experienced painful shockes down the left and right sides of my spine throughout. If you're up for playing lab rat to the inexperienced, unprofessional, arrogant and uncaring , you'll be right at home in Madigan's ER.

I just spoke with Mike who is an MSA at the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Clinic and I just have to say that he is amazing. My husband and I are stationed in Kansas and we our nervous about the whole process. I have talked to Mike a couple of times and he is very patient and kind. I am an MSA as well, so from one MSA to another thank you so much Mike for being positive and patient. Madigan is blessed to have you on their team. Madigan is awesome.

I called the tricare appointment line two times, over a week apart, to make a prenatal appointment. Both times they said they didn't see any open appointments so they messaged the hospital and the hospital was to call me. They never did.

Please please please don't use maternity ward here . Doctors were awful breaking hippa violations. I reported doctors for abuse and assault. Cid did nothing are raping and violating woman have outside attorney with you. I was raped and no one did anything... they covered up rape and I was pushed through the system while doctors lied. Please find a real hospital if active bring civilian lawyer if anyone trying to force care all senator and reporters. If you touch a patient without their permission its assault. If they try to force procedures on you kick them out ask for another doctor and have witnesses and use record on your phone no one has right to abuse woman. I was raped and no one did anything... CID did nothing no investigation. Worst hospital go so whete else.

Spent about a year living down the street from this hospital back in 2005. I trained at this hospital 2-3 days a week while I was a student in their M6 program.

Excellent hospital and very nice people. Would recommend to anyone.

I would give this place a zero if possible. You can never make an appointment any more, even if it is a follow up from the ER or urgent care. The staff is horrible and nasty, they constantly tell me to change to a different Tricare and go off post. I have a chronic condition that requires a blood test and medicine refill every 3 months, and I have to fight to get that. My daughter has a neurological disorder and needs to be seen quickly when ill and they never get her in to be seen. The pharmacy takes 3-4 hours just to fill one med. Definitely the worst medical center I have ever been to in my life. They honestly do not care about their patients at all.

I took my husband to the ER after he had been vomiting all night. He wasn't holding any water down and desperately needed IV fluids. He was supposed to go to PT but I called his NCO and told him I was taking my husband to the ER. The triage nurse got all pissy with my husband because he was at the ER instead of his unit doc. My poor husband was so dehydrated, he couldn't even remember his phone number or our address.

After being seen by triage we sat there for 2 hours! Then they called us up to the desk saying that my husband wasn't an emergency and we were sent down the doctors offices. They weren't even open yet and we had to wait another hour and a half just to be seen by a bloody doctor. He threw up again while we were waiting and no one seemed to care. Afterwards the doctor saw him and sent him home with nothing.

Next time my husband gets this sick I'm not going to bother taking him to Madigan. They are a disgrace

If I could give 0 stars I would, not for the whole hospital but for the OBGYN clinic and the family obgyn coordinator! No communication whatsoever, the obgyn clinic receptionist has a very smart mouth and can barely speak English! The obgyn family coordinator doesn t communicate at all and I really don t understand why they have one person to do that job when it s a ton of people that are pregnant!!! Get it together is all I m going to say!!!!

After giving birth to my daughter, they left the epidural port in my back all night and refused to remove it after hours and hours of me begging. It has caused permanent nerve damage and I now suffer with back pain.

What a joke the ER wasn't even busy I came in at midnight to avoid a long wait that was a bad idea it's now 2am and I haven't seen anyone they are calling back 2 people an hour max. What a joke of people here definitely get paid by the hour it shows as I write this I asked for a comment card over the phone because no one came to the desk for 18 minutes and counting. For anyone reading this bring a novel or a laptop and work on your will while you wait for these jokers

My mom was admitted into the ER and she returned home days later with no diagnosis and bruises on her arm from the IV because it was placed in her vein incorrectly. She was also given potassium straight into her vein instead of it being connected to the IV like it was supposed to be which has left her with pain in her arm. I called to make a complaint and I was told there is nothing they can do.

I am active dity stationed in California on an unaccompanied tour, with my family living in Olympia Washington. During the last five years because of my families location, my family has been enrolled in and seeing civilian doctors near my home. My wife has a serious back injury and has had to endure two spinal surgeries in the last four years. Now that Madigan has opened a clinic in Lacey, they are railroading my family to only be able to go to Madigan. for care. MY WIFE CANNOT drive herself that far because of her condition, and we are unable to get her to the hospital for desparately needed care. Since MADIGAN and TRICARE (TRYS to CARE but DON'T) is forcing her to go there, we will figure out the transportation. The REAL PAIN is my wife has been awaiting authorizations for needed care which TRICARE and MADIGAN have blocked for more than 4 weeks, so now SHE has to go to MADIGAN, and oh yeah there is a month and a half++++++ wait at a minimum thats once they get her records and decide if she warrants an appointment. She can't feel her left arm, with limited use, along with spinal pain that keeps her from sleeping at night and doing basic functions. She wants to get treated in hopes of getting better. One of the reasons we went to outside care, was because the physicians at MADIGAN seemed to think all she needed is another drug. NO BELIEVE it or not, she just wants to get well. If there was a negative star, I would chose the lowest one, but since there is not, then I will have to just check the single star. For that matter I really will be suprised if this even makes it to the screen.

The worst medical care provided to military retirees I've ever witnessed. They are so jaded the ER staff treats you as if your a drug seeker. Maybe it's the location. The wait in the pharmacy was astronomical. I will never go there again.

I stayed here for about a day when I had my appendix removed (7 North). Did not go through the ER since I was transferred from somewhere else so cannot speak to that experience.

Main points:
My nurses were excellent. Give respect, get respect.
The food was pretty good, for hospital food.
I had many opportunites to ask questions about my procedure.
The doctors/surgeons visited my room multiple times to let me know how the procedure would go.

I have been to Madigan Hospital twice now and the first visit was perfectly fine and the second visit I had to deal with 2 disrespectful women working here. My mom was in the room with me along with my baby sister. And each of them just made rude comments. Learn some respect. Miss our old Hospital back home. No wonder why y'all have a low star rate.
