Very nice facility on the beach with friendly staff, good dining and great access to shops, restaurants and the Jekyll Island Convention Center. If you love Westin hotels this one does not disappoint!

I had breakfast at the westin reserve. The buffet was not that great
The potatoes were brown and looked old. My eggs were rubbery. The bacon and sausage were fine
The staff were friendly and very efficient
Too bad the food was not great

Great relaxing area with a great view of the beach. Went there after a school event and had a great time. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Having a great time, although my wife's in a conference I've taken time to enjoy the Island.

Staff was great and we definitely plan on coming back. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach.

Absolutely fabulous! The hotel is clean, the amenities are great, and the staff is so friendly. My daughter and I rented bikes from the Westin, and they were in fantastic shape. The nice guys at the valet area gave us cold water before and after our bike ride. If you are going to Jekyll Island..... THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!

This hotel is not worth the extra money. We stayed and the hallways were dirty, there was trash in our hallway that stayed there the entire time we were there. The bathroom was not cleaned well in our room. The staff was nice but really was not worth the extra money they charge. The view was great but they messed up our reservation. We were supposed to have a King bed and ended up with two queens. Not sure if we will go back. The hallways seemed to be dirty. The staff likes to talk to each other over helping guest.

The pool bar is the worst I've ever been to, not only are there only 2 people serving about 70 the pool itself is dirty and full of flies. The food is mediocre and the staff overwhelmed and already checked out. This place has so much potential but management is inept and incompetent.

We spent a lot of time here over a 4-day period and truly enjoyed our stay. Kid friendly. This is NOT a 5-Star experience, but lots of reasons to give it 4 stars. Right on the beach, this 3-year-old Westin is new and clean with a nice layout. We did a larger 2-room suite with a courtyard/ocean view. I highly recommend a room with a balcony and ocean view. Beach is VERY close. Pool is nice and has a small bar area. I wish the restaurant "the Reserve" was nicer, but it's acceptable. The bar for the restaurant should have taken better advantage of the lobby and nice courtyard. LOTS of restaurants and shops nearby. Entire area feels new, clean, safe and comfortable. Room service was prompt. Bartender was nice. Staff was helpful and very friendly. No complains really other than that the water here tastes salty, so we did lots of bottled water. Great property with lots to do and see. Stay here!

Our honeymoon night was spent there. Need I say more? Great place!!

Great hotel the lobby is very beautiful the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our asks. There are plenty of little shops around and very easy beach access.

17 years of business travel, absolutely the worst service I've ever received

Standard Westin facility so you know what to expect. Good quality. They seem to play fast and loose with "ocean view". Some rooms on the back are a direct view and others have to go on the balcony and look East to see the ocean.

It's been a lil while, but I'm glad I cane. Didn't know about the fee but I guess everything is about money

Wonderful resort hotel with rooms overlooking the ocean. Three years since construction so everything is in great condition. Staff is friendly and helpful and restaurants are great. Village shopping and restaurants all around and great biking trails. Dog friendly hotel and throughout the island. Beautiful beach and peaceful place!

Great vacation hotel. Clean and well kept. Staff were super friendly.

Rooms were really nice. Super modern. The bathroom very classy Rain shower heads double glass doors. Starbucks coffee supplied.

The beds were actually quite comfy ... I really enjoyed that.

There a small shop that brews Starbucks and sells several breakfast/lunch sandwiches.

The breakfast is quite good. And omelette station a variety of fresh fruits. Waffles, bacon, sausage grits... the usual breakfast stuff.

Great great sunrise off the restaurant patio and beach. All in all a great place to stay.

I was just walking on Jekyll Island outside the Westin, and it's beautiful!

Very professional environment while still being a nice vacation spot.

Staff had no clear direction and no clear COVID protocol. Over-priced room for absolutely no amenities. Very poor value for a mismanaged property.

The experience was absolutely wonderful the food was fantastic the room was five stars and the staff did perfect to correct any issues

Traveling with my elderly mom and aunt. We had an ocean front room with a stellar ocean view. Very friendly and helpful staff and a fabulous restaurant downstairs. We really appreciated being given a late check out. Thank you.

This place is just stunning in Arcitecual design, I do not know if the person who designed this is included in the credits. But it is every bit of 4 star. The service is southern style, but has a North Easterner s respect.

The kitchen is just killing it in food quality, I have never tasted breakfast hash browns done to perfection like this.

The cafe is great, but give them & the pool a flat top grill, to compete with & rise with the kitchen. That would just send it over the top in quality, into 5 star.

O one little new once, JIHotel has much better robes. If we could make the quality of the robes match the quality of the silverware. That would be nice.

And for god s sake, sell the silverware at cost in the Cafe gift shop. It would greatly increase stop loss.

I didn't personally stay overnight. I met up with friends that stayed the night and went to the beach and played mini golf. The hotel has a great view of the beach.

We only dined in the restaurant. While the food was ok, our server didn't wow us and didn't even check with us to see if we liked the food.

Nice new property. Management is so-so. Seemed generally unfriendly at some points.

Hugh, clean comfortable room with a beautiful view. Polite customer service. My only complaint would be the love bugs swarming round when out sitting poolside. Outstanding location jus to get away and a change from ur normal atmosphere !!

Its nice sure...but a little fancy but missing the things that matter to me. I dont need to be treated like im a spoild bratt. Just friendly and do what you say. Not friendly and didnt do what we needed or what they said. Room had teriable view of garbage cans and parking lot out of a small window no deck. They said ocean view a little misleading. Make sure you tell them ocean front. Ordered room service twice it never came. Also what was charged to my card was over $200 more than I was quoted. They treat you like you are better than them (which we are not) then tell you one thing and do another. Its hard to explain but they kinda treat you royal and snob you at the same time. I can afford to stay here but prefer the Days Inn Lol!

This place has been such a great place to stay and relax!

One of my favorite Starwood / Marriott properties. It s extremely clean and quiet and it has excellent beach access. There are multiple good restaurant choices nearby, and bike rental within walking distance to get you to the rest of the island easily. We will come back often.

Great high-class hotel located right on the beach off the main road coming into Jekyll. Large rooms with tall ceilings and comfy beds.

Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms. Three stars because all three meals at the hotel restaurant were terrible. Someone has a heavy hand with the oil and drowns most dishes. Breakfast service was slow to non-existent, the smoothie was flavorless and the oatmeal runny. I'd give one star to the restaurant and four stars to the hotel.

Very crisp hotel and great service. Everyone seemed happy to help. Was here for a work conference and had a great time staying right on the beach.

The staff were very friendly. The room was a good size. It had a king size bed. The shower was a bit on the weak side though.

When dogs are a higher priority then the people staying in your hotel something is not right... you may need to reevaluate. We saw several large dogs (more than 40 pounds), poop not picked up, and to top it off our room had a connecting door with a dog barking and scratching at it. We had to go to the front desk to report this. Needless to say we checked out early. The breakfast buffet was good but again dogs everywhere! You should clearly note that dogs are allowed in BOLD on your website. The beach was not pretty when we stayed, muddy and dead jellyfish everywhere.

Thank you so much to the Westin at Jekyll. Beautiful ocean view of truly unique beach and close to all the great things on Jekyll. We loved the pool, the beach, the fitness room, the sunrise and the restaurants on site and close by. Went for a run on the beach on my last morning and saw a manta ray on the shore and a dolphin in the water. I can t think of anywhere else that has has such a pefect balance of nature and convenience. Will definitely come back!

It's beautiful, quiet, and a great getaway. Start at the Westin. The service is perfect and hotel is immaculate.

Excellent room layouts. Fantastic service and food in the main restaurant. Great showers too.

When my husband & I arrived from Baltimore we didn't know what to expect. The view was amazing but once we pulled the curtains back there was a cockroach & lovebugs all over the room. We had to call the concierge who then, had to make the engineer aware of the problem. Who did what he could do by spraying. Needless to say I have asthma so I was coughing from the fumes.

Rooftop bar at the Hilton was beautiful. Only open on Fridays and Saturdays, but accessable any day.

Was there for a conference last week. Upon checking in I noticed blood stains on the blanket, called down stairs to request fresh blankets etc. Young lady brought blanket to the door and dropped it off. I will request to stay elsewhere for the conference next year.

Location to stores and the beach is very convenient.

Breakfast at the restaurant was very nice. The staff was kind and welcoming. They accommodated our dog with water. I would go there again.

We and family of 34 had a great time we stayed at Westin the kids at the pool and on the beach, just a great getaway!!!

Arrived for a 2 week event. The hotel itself is very nice, however the room was only partially cleaned. A toenail was found on the floor as well as hair in the bathtub and one of the washcloths was stained. Otherwise, it is quiet with access to the beach.
